ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic liver cancer resection and open liver cancer resection for primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 60 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma from May2016 to May 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group received laparoscopic liver cancer resection and the observation group received laparoscopic liver cancer resection. The effects between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the incision length, intraoperative blood loss, initial feeding time, drainage tube indwelling time and hospitalization time were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 3.3%, which was lower than that of the control group (13.3%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was 4.9±0.5, which was lower than that of the control group (8.7±1.1), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic liver cancer resection is effective in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma, which greatly improves the symptoms of patients and effectively reduces the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
