ABSTRACT
Organ donation is recognized as the core part of organ transplantation and its distribution often raises ethical controversy .Organ donor ' s lineal consanguinity priority included in Chinese organ donation principles has extreme ethical values and social benefits .Stating"organ donors and their lineal consanguinity priority"as"family priority principle" is much more accorded with China ' s national conditions .Beginning with the four principles of"benefit, respect and autonomy , no harm, and justice", this paper defended family priority principle in our coun-try , in order to enhance public trust in organ donation distribution system of our country and promote the further de -velopment of organ transplantation .
