Distribuição territorial de fisioterapeutas no Paraná e inserção em equipes na atenção básica / Territorial distribution of physiotherapists in the State of Paraná and insertion in first aid teams

RESUMO

O objetivo foi identificar a distribuição dos fisioterapeutas no Estado do Paraná e conhecer a sua participação nas equipes NASF-AB das cidades sede das regionais de saúde do Estado. Foram consultadas no mês de agosto de 2018 as bases de dados do Cadastro Nacional de Estabelecimentos de Saúde - CNES, Conselho Regional de Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional da 8ª Região - Crefito-8, e Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística - IBGE. Os dados foram analisados de maneira descritiva. Os achados apontam um crescimento gradativo no número de profissionais e aumento no número de equipes NASF-AB com a presença do fisioterapeuta. Também foi evidenciada a falta de cadastro no CNES por profissionais inscritos no conselho de classe. O conhecimento da distribuição de fisioterapeutas no Estado pode subsidiar o planejamento de ações de saúde, para ampliação do acesso da população a este profissional.

ABSTRACT

Current paper identifies the distribution of physiotherapists in the state of Paraná, Brazil and their participation in NASF-AG teams of the cities featuring regional health centers. Databases of the National List of Health Centers (CNES), Regional Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy of the 8th region (Crefito-8, and the IBGE were consulted and data were descriptively analyzed. There was a gradual increase in the number of professionals and the number of teams with a physiotherapist. Lack of insertion in CNES of professionals was detected. Knowledge on the distribution of physiotherapists in the state may be of great help to plan health activities and for access of the professional by the population.
