Comparación de siete pruebas de inmuno ensayo enzimato en la detección de anticuerpos Anti-HIV/1-2 / Comparison of seven enzyme immunoassay tests for the detection of Anti-HIV/1-2 antibodies

RESUMEN

Cuatrocientas muestras de suero de pacientes atendidos en el Consultorio de SIDA, fueron sometidos a la investigación de la presencia de anticuerpos Anti-HIV/1-2. Para tal efecto se utilizaron siete inmunoensayos diferentes Se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados: a) Con los Kits Au Bio Dot.HIV/I-2 (Cuba), Elisa. HIV/I-2Abbott (USA),y Bio Screen.HIV/1-2 (Cuba). Se obtuvieron 40 resultados positivos (10 por ciento) Y360 resultados negativos (90 por ciento). b) Con el Kit Reco "Cambridge" (USA), se obtuvieron 39 resultados positivos (9.75 por ciento) y 361 resultados negativos (90.25 por ciento). c) Con los Kits HIV/I-2. Chev "Ortho" (USA) y Test Pack HIV/I-2 (USA) se obtuvieron 38 resultados positivos(9.5 por ciento) y 362 resultados negativos (90.5 por ciento). d) Con el Kit Eucardio HIV/1-2 (USA) se obtuvieron 37 resultados positivos (9.25 por ciento) Y 363 resultados negativos (90.75 por ciento).

ABSTRACT

Four thousand serum samples were obtained from patients attended at AIDS consulting rooms were investigated to find out Anti.HIV/I-2 antibodies. To get this results seven different inmunoassays were used withthese following au to comes. a) Using AUBIODOT/HIV/I-2 (Cuba), Elisa HIV/I-2, 3G. Abbott (USA) and BIOSCREEN/HIV/1-2 (Cuba) Kit wegot 40 positive result (10 per cent) and 360 negative ones (90 per cent). b) Using Reco "Cambridge" (USA) Kit were obtained 39 positive results (9.75 per cent) and 361 negative result (90.25 per cent). c) Using HIV/I-2 CHEV "Ortho" (USA) and test Pack HIV/1-2 (USA) Kits were found 38 positive samples (9.5 per cent) and362 negative samples (90.5 per cent).d) Using Eucardio HIV/1-2 (USA) Kit were obtained 37 positive samples (9.25 per cent) and 363 negative samples (90.75 per cent).
