RESUMO

RESUMOO objetivo desta pesquisa foi mapear as variáveis relevantes na fase ofensiva do handebol a partir de entrevista semiestruturada com quatro treinadores experientes. As entrevistas foram transcritas, tabuladas e analisadas com base no método do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. A descrição dos resultados baseou-se nos princípios operacionais ofensivos, apontando que tais análises devem abordar (dentre outros) padrões de movimentação e continuidade do jogo (referentes à manutenção da posse da bola); produção de espaços e vulnerabilidade coletiva defensiva adversária (referentes à progressão ao alvo); posicionamento do pivô, vulnerabilidade individual defensiva e eficácia dos arremessos (referentes à tentativa da anotação do gol). A análise de tais variáveis permite balizar a sistematização dos treinamentos com exigências estratégico-táticas semelhantes à competição, possibilitando o aperfeiçoamento e/ou a aprendizagem de diferentes elementos, evitando a estereotipação de comportamentos individuais e coletivos dos atacantes.

ABSTRACTThe aim of this work was to map the relevant variables in the offensive phase of handball from semi-structured interviews with four experienced coaches. The interviews were transcribed, tabulated and analyzed based on Collective Subject Discourse method. The description of the results was based on the offensive operational principles, indicating that such analyzes should address patterns of movement and game continuity (referring to the maintenance of ball possession); production spaces and collective vulnerability of defense (referring progression to the target); pivot positioning, defensive individual vulnerability and effectiveness of throws (referring to the annotation of the goal). The analysis of these variables allows delimit the systematization of training with strategic-tactical requirements similar to competition, enabling the development and/or learning of different elements, avoiding stereotyping behaviors of players.
