The major clinical signs of primary tumor of small intestine included hemorrhage(85%), abdomen pain(19%), abdomen mass and intestine obstruction(16%). Forty- eight patients (82.8%) were diagnosed by laparotomy of abdominal cavity and misdiagnosed preoperatively as other diseases.
