Soft-tissue recurrence of giant cell tumor of bone associated with pulmonary metastases.

ABSTRACT

A soft tissue recurrence associated with pulmonary metastases developed in a 46 year old lady one year after intra-lesional excision and autogenous bone graft of giant cell tumor of bone of the distal end of the right radius. The different imaging modalities and procedures used for staging as well as the management were discussed.
