[Improve the understanding of hepatic disease related pulmonary vascular disease].

Hepatic disease-related pulmonary vascular disease refers to the changes in the structure or function of pulmonary circulation caused by liver parenchymal or hepatic vascular diseases, mainly including hepatopulmonary syndrome characterized by hypoxemia, portopulmonary hypertension characterized by pulmonary hypertension, and hepatic vascular shunt characterized by increased cardiac output and pulmonary hypertension. Early diagnosis and treatment of liver disease and early evaluation of liver transplantation may significantly improve the prognosis for patients with hepatic disease-related pulmonary vascular disease.
