ABSTRACT

Objective To study changes of telomerase activity in transitional cell carcinoma after intravesical instillation of Serratia Marcescens . Methods TRAP-PCR and TRAP-sliver staining were used to detect telomerase activity in 20 patients with TCC after intravesical instillation of Serratia Marcescens .
