ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the roles of plasma p-tau(~ 181P)protein for clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer′s Disease (AD). Methods Subjects including 23 mild AD(19≤MMSE≤26) and 35 moderate and severe AD(MMSE0.05).
