A new triglycoside flavone, luteolin-4'-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 â 6)-ß-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 â 3)-ß-d-glucopyranoside (1) was isolated from the leaves of Ficus ischnopoda, together with five known flavonoids (2-6) and seven known lignans (7-13). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literature data. Compounds 1-13 were reported in this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 3-6 exhibited significant anti-HSV-1 activity in vitro.
