ABSTRACT
â¢We describe the first case of binasal hemianopia due to bilateral optic perineuritis.â¢Bilateral optic perineuritis should be considered as a causative disease of binasal hemianopia.â¢Early diagnosis of optic perineuritis is crucial to avoid irreversible visual impairment.
