Este texto busca compartilhar a experiência de um Terapeuta Ocupacional em um Serviço de Pronto Atendimento Psicológico às pessoas que perderam um ente significativo por morte, destacando o processo de luto e suas possíveis manifestações nas atividades ocupacionais e no meio social, bem como a importância da assistência do Terapeuta Ocupacional inserido em equipes multiprofissionais que prestem assistência ao enlutado.(AU)

ABSTRACT

This paper seeks to share the experience of an Occupational Therapist in an Emergency Psychological Assistance to people who have lost a loved one significant death, highlighting the mourning process and its possible manifestations in the occupational and the social, as well as the importance of assistance the Occupational Therapist inserted in multidisciplinary teams to provide assistance to the bereaved.(AU)
