Comparisons and Thoughts on the Development of Medical Simulation Between China and Foreign Countries / 中国医院管理

ABSTRACT

Medical simulation is an educational subject,which will become the main trend of the clinical skill training in the future.Medical simulation is just at the beginning stage in China;however,it has come a long way in foreign developed countries.The article compares the development of medical simulation between China and foreign countries,in terms of specialized courses,fellowship training,theoretical research,academic communities and academic exchange.Based on this,that advanced foreign experience needs to be learnt is proposed,innovation is needed,academic system should be perfected,more academic exchange platforms be established,and the theoretical connotation and denotation be enlarged to develop medical simulation with Chinese characteristics
