RESUMO

Este trabalho tem como intuito refletir o fazer da Educação Física em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial, por meio da Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde. Como percurso metodológico, seguimos o processo de sistematização de experiências proposto por Holliday, com apreensão do material empírico a partir do diário de campo por 12 meses. Por vezes, foram atribuídas ao profissional de Educação Física exclusivamente tarefas consideradas restritas à área, como alongamento e práticas recreativas; e pôde-se perceber que houve dificuldades de compreensão da atuação da categoria como profissional da saúde mental, responsável pelo acolhimento, apoio matricial, salas de espera e demandas pertinentes ao serviço. Pelo olhar fragmentado das profissões, o trabalho multiprofissional é ainda um desafio e a Residência é um diferencial para mudança deste cenário.

ABSTRACT

This work aims to reflect the Physical Education's role in a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS Geral) throughout the multidisciplinary residence team. Hence, the methodology of the present work follows a systematic guideline referred by Holliday (2016), with apprehension of the empirical material from the journal field for 12 months. At times, the Physical Education teacher was only assigned with tasks considered restricted on this sector, such as stretching and recreation; and it was possible to perceive that there were difficulties on understanding the performance of this category as a mental health professional responsible to contribute on the patient's accommodation, matrix support, waiting rooms, and eventual service demands. From the fragmented look of the professions, the multidisciplinary work is still a challenge, and the Residence is a differential to the change of this scenario.
