ABSTRACT
This work describes the identification of some chemical constituents of [Maytenus rothiana [Celastraceae]], a medicinal plant widely used in India. By using gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry [GC-MS], seven terpenoids and steroids were identified. All of them reported for the first time in [Maytenus rothiana]
