Pacientes com doenças sistêmicas de origem auto-imune/dermatológicas: incidência das manifestações bucais e revisão de literatura / Patients with auto-immuny/dermatologic sistemic illnesses: incidence of buccal manifestations and literature review

RESUMO

Objetivo: Relizou-se revisão da literatura das principais doenças auto imunes dermatológicas e avaliou-se a incidência das principais manifestações bucais destas em pacientes do ambulatório de Dermatologia do Hospital Lauro Wanderley e na Clínica de Semiologia Odontológica da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB). Materias e Métodos: No período de onze meses, foram examinados 22 pacientes,dos quais, 10 apresentavam lúpus eritematoso sistêmico, 05 pênfigo vulgar, 03 eritema multiforme, 01 penfigóide cicatricial, 01 pênfigo foliáceo e 01 líquen plano. Resultados: Destes, 60% possuíam manifestações bucais em forma de úlceras ou bolhas. Conclusão:Conclui-se que existe, no nosso meio, uma prevalência considerável de doenças dermatológicas de origem auto-imunes e que o grau de morbidade das mesmas são variáveis.

ABSTRACT

Objective: There was realized a literature review about auto immune dermatological illnesses and there was evaluated the incidence of the main buccal manifestations of these diseases in patients of the Clinic of Dermatology of the Lauro Wanderley Hospital and the Clinic of Semiologia Odontológica of the Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB). Material andMethods: In the period of eleven months, 22 patients had been examined, of which, 10 presented lupus erythematosus, 05 pemphigus vulgaris, 03 erythema multiforme, 01 cicatricial pemphigoid, 01 foliaceus pemphigus and 01 patient presented lichen planus. Results: Of the total, 60% presented buccal manifestations as a form of ulcers or bubbles. Conclusion: It is concluded that exists, a considerable prevalence of autoimmune dermatological illnessesand and the morbidity's degree of these diseases is variable.
