ABSTRACT
The clinical, histological and immunohistochemical features of the first three cases of mammary hamartoma diagnosed at the University of the West Indies are reported. These tumours are innocuous and under-recognized although the mammographic features are characteristic. With increased utilization of this test in breast cancer detection in our region, it is likely that more of these legions will be identified. (AU)
