Clínica psicossocial: articulando saúde mental e a estratégia saúde da família

RESUMO

Trata-se de um estudo de caso em clínica psicossocial sobre um usuário em tratamento, articulando saúde mental e a estratégia saúde da família. Recorte de uma pesquisa participante realizada em um centro paulista de atenção psicossocial com apoio matricial à estratégia saúde da família. Os resultados evidenciam itinerários fragmentados antes de seu tratamento nesse centro em contraste com os percursos articulados no tratamento interativo. Os sentidos da experiência de sofrimento do usuário passam por sua visão de mundo místico-pentecostal repercutindo-se nesses diferentes itinerários. Nas considerações finais, salienta-se que não se observaram discursos de poder nas relações de cuidados nesse último tratamento. Entretanto, haveria uma tendência do usuário para a construção de um projeto de vida no qual a aposentadoria parece ser uma meta importante.(AU)

ABSTRACT

This article is a clinical psycho-social case study about a patient in treatment, which connects mental health and the family health strategy. It is part of a participant research conducted in a psychosocial care center providing matrix support to the family health strategy. The results show fragmented itineraries before treatment in this center, in contrast with the pathways articulated in the interactive treatment. The senses of the user's experience of suffering are associated with his mystical Pentecostal worldview, echoing on these different itineraries. The final considerations highlight that no power discourses were observed in care relationships during the interactive treatment. However, there would be a tendency of the user to build a life plan in which a retirement pension seems to be an important target.(AU)
