Effect of Fuzheng Hunao Capsule on Protein Expression of TNF-? and HSP70 of Myocardial Tissues in Rats with Intracerebral Hemorrhage / 中国中医药信息杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the effect of Fuzheng Hunao capsule on TNF-? and HSP70 protein expression of myocardial tissues in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Seventy two rats were randomly divided into 4 groupssham,model,Fuzheng Hunao and Angong Niuhuang.The protein expression of TNF-? and HSP70 in rat myocardial tissues were detected by the immunohistochemistiy method,and the integrated optical density (IOD) was measured with image analysis.Result The IOD of TNF-? and HSP70 in model group was higher than that in sham group.The IOD of TNF-? in Fuzheng Hunao and Angong Niuhuang group was lower than that in model group.While the IOD of HSP70 was higher than that in model group.Conclusion Inflammatory response attend the myocardial damage.Fuzheng Hunao capsule could protect the myocardial tissues by inhibiting the protein expression of TNF-? and increasing that of HSP70.
