RESUMO
Objectives: To study the risk factors for massive intraoperative blood loss in children with biliary atresia who underwent liver transplantation for the first time, and to analyze their impacts on graft survival, hospital stay and postoperative complications. Methods: The data of 613 children with biliary atresia who underwent liver transplantation at Department of Pediatric Organ Transplantation,Tianjin First Central Hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were collected and analyzed. There were 270 males and 343 females, aged 7.4 (3.9) months (range: 3.2 to 148.4 months), the body weight of the recipients were (7.8±3.5) kg (range: 4.0 to 43.3 kg).According to the 85th quad of estimated blood loss(EBL),they were divided into two groups:massive EBL group(96 cases) and non massive EBL group(517 cases). The age, height, weight and other factors between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Univariate Logistic regression and multiple stepwise regression were used to determine the risk factors of massive EBL. Then, the postoperative complications of the two groups, including portal vein thrombosis and portal vein anastomotic stenosis etc.,were analyzed and compared by chi square test. Kaplan Meier curve and log rank test were used to analyze the recipient and graft survival rate of the two groups. Results: During the study period,713 transplants were performed and 613 patients were enrolled in the study. Ninety-six patients(15.7%) had massive EBL,and the postoperative hospital stay was 21(16) days(range:2 to 116 days),the hospital stay of non-massive EBL group was 22(12)days(range:3 to 138 days)(U=24 224.0,P=0.32). Univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the recipient's weight,Kasai portoenterostomy, platelet count, operation time and cold ischemia time were the risk factors of massive EBL during biliary atresia transplantation. Multiple regression analysis showed that cold ischemia time ≥10 hours, prolonged operation time(≥8 hours) and body weight<5.5 kg were important independent risk factors for massive EBL.The incidence of portal vein thrombosis, hepatic vein stenosis, intestinal leakage and pulmonary infection in patients with massive EBL were significantly higher than those without massive EBL(3.1% vs. 0.8%,9.4% vs. 2.1%,6.3% vs. 0.8%,30.2% vs. 20.1%,all P<0.05). The 3-year overall graft and recipient survival rate were significantly lower in patients with massive EBL than those without massive EBL(87.5% vs. 95.7%,P=0.001;84.4% vs. 95.4%,P<0.01,respectively). Conclusions: In children with biliary atresia who underwent liver transplantation for the first time, the effective control of intraoperative bleeding should shorten the operation time and reduce the cold ischemia time as far as possible,on the premise of ensuring the safety of operation. For children without growth disorder, the weight of children should be increased to more than 5.5 kg as far as possible to receive the operation. Reducing intraoperative bleeding is of great significance to the prognosis of children.

Objective: To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on cognitive function of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP) . Methods: A total of 58 patients with DEACMP admitted to the Emergency Medicine Department of Hudson International Peace Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were included. According to the random number table, the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 29 patients in each group. Patients in both groups were given nutritional nerve therapy, improved microcirculation, adrenal cortical hormone and other drugs, as well as hyperbaric oxygen and rehabilitation training, once per day. The study group was treated with tDCS (electrode pads were placed and current stimulation was given 30 min/time) 1/d on the basis of conventional treatment, while the control group was treated with tDCS pseudo stimulation (electrode pads were placed and current stimulation was given for 10 s) 1/d for 30 days consecutively. The auditory event-related potential P300 (ERP-P300) was tested before and 30 days after treatment, and the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scale, Barthel index (BI) and the National Institutes of Health Neurological Impairment score (NIHSS) were used to evaluate and analyze the patients. Results: There was no significant difference in scores between the two groups before treatment (all P>0.05) . After 30 days of treatment, the MMSE score, orientation, memory, attention and computing power, and language ability of the study group were all higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) . 90 days after treatment, the BI of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) . After 30 days of treatment, the NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) . The latency of ERP-P300 in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the amplitude was higher than that in the control group at 30 days after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . The latency of ERP-P300 was negatively correlated with the total MMSE score before and after DEACMP treatment (r=-0.837, -0.819, P<0.05) . The latency of ERP-P300 was negatively correlated with orientation, attention and computing power, and language ability before treatment (r=-0.698, -0.675, -0.742, P<0.05) . Conclusion: TDCS treatment can help improve the cognitive function of DEACMP patients, and ERP-P300 test can help determine the cognitive function severity of patients.

Objective: To clarify the effect of FOXR2 on the proliferation and apoptosis of prostate cancer cells and to reveal the mechanism. Methods: The expression of FOXR2 in clinical samples of prostate cancer were detected by Quantitative Real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) and Western blotting. The CCK8 proliferation kit and the Annexin V-FITC apoptosis kit, flow cytometry were used to detect the proliferation and apoptosis of prostate cancer cells with or without the FOXR2 knockdown. Combined with the results of microRNA chip, we predicted the related miR-152 and detected the relationship between miR-152 and FOXR2 by luciferase reporter gene assay. The correlation between HOTAIR and miR-152 is clearly defined by software prediction and qRT-PCR. Results: FOXR2 had a relatively high expression in the prostate cancer tissue. The mRNA expression of FOXR2 is 4.9 times that of adjacent tissues, and the protein level was also significantly up-regulated. In the PC3 cell line, the specific knock-down of FOXR2 inhibits the proliferation of cells and promotes cell apoptosis. According to the microRNA chip results and luciferase reporter gene assay, we found miR-152 could regulate the expression of FOXR2; and FOXR2 3 'UTR had two miR-152 binding sites, all of which could control the expression of FOXR2. The results of LNCediting and qRT-PCR suggest that HOTAIR is negatively correlated with the expression of miR-152, and is involved in the regulation of miR-152 expression in prostate cancer. Conclusion: FOXR2 up-regulation can promote the proliferation and inhibit the apoptosis of prostate cancer cells because that HOTAIR restrains the expression of miR-152.

Wheat stripe rust (yellow rust [Yr]), caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici, is an economically important disease of wheat worldwide. Virulence information on P. striiformis f. sp. tritici populations is important to implement effective disease control with resistant cultivars. In total, 235 P. striiformis f. sp. tritici isolates from Algeria, Australia, Canada, Chile, China, Hungary, Kenya, Nepal, Pakistan, Russia, Spain, Turkey, and Uzbekistan were tested on 20 single Yr-gene lines and the 20 wheat genotypes that are used to differentiate P. striiformis f. sp. tritici races in the United States. The 235 isolates were identified as 129 virulence patterns on the single-gene lines and 169 virulence patterns on the U.S. differentials. Virulences to YrA, Yr2, Yr6, Yr7, Yr8, Yr9, Yr17, Yr25, YrUkn, Yr28, Yr31, YrExp2, Lemhi (Yr21), Paha (YrPa1, YrPa2, YrPa3), Druchamp (Yr3a, YrD, YrDru), Produra (YrPr1, YrPr2), Stephens (Yr3a, YrS, YrSte), Lee (Yr7, Yr22, Yr23), Fielder (Yr6, Yr20), Tyee (YrTye), Tres (YrTr1, YrTr2), Express (YrExp1, YrExp2), Clement (Yr9, YrCle), and Compair (Yr8, Yr19) were detected in all countries. At least 80% of the isolates were virulent on YrA, Yr2, Yr6, Yr7, Yr8, Yr17, YrUkn, Yr31, YrExp2, Yr21, Stephens (Yr3a, YrS, YrSte), Lee (Yr7, Yr22, Yr23), and Fielder (Yr6, Yr20). Virulences to Yr1, Yr9, Yr25, Yr27, Yr28, Heines VII (Yr2, YrHVII), Paha (YrPa1, YrPa2, YrPa3), Druchamp (Yr3a, YrD, YrDru), Produra (YrPr1, YrPr2), Yamhill (Yr2, Yr4a, YrYam), Tyee (YrTye), Tres (YrTr1, YrTr2), Hyak (Yr17, YrTye), Express (YrExp1, YrExp2), Clement (Yr9, YrCle), and Compair (Yr8, Yr19) were moderately frequent (>20 to <80%). Virulence to Yr10, Yr24, Yr32, YrSP, and Moro (Yr10, YrMor) was low (≤20%). Virulence to Moro was absent in Algeria, Australia, Canada, Kenya, Russia, Spain, Turkey, and China, but 5% of the Chinese isolates were virulent to Yr10. None of the isolates from Algeria, Canada, China, Kenya, Russia, and Spain was virulent to Yr24; none of the isolates from Algeria, Australia, Canada, Nepal, Russia, and Spain was virulent to Yr32; none of the isolates from Australia, Canada, Chile, Hungary, Kenya, Kenya, Nepal, Pakistan, Russia, and Spain was virulent to YrSP; and none of the isolates from any country was virulent to Yr5 and Yr15. Although the frequencies of virulence factors were different, most of the P. striiformis f. sp. tritici isolates from these countries shared common virulence factors. The virulences and their frequencies and distributions should be useful in breeding stripe-rust-resistant wheat cultivars and understanding the pathogen migration and evolution.
RESUMO
One of fundamental aims of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography is to maximize brightness or conversion efficiency of laser energy to radiation at specific wavelengths from laser produced plasmas (LPPs) of specific elements for matching to available multilayer optical systems. Tin LPPs have been chosen for operation at a wavelength of 13.5 nm. For an investigation of EUV radiation of laser-produced tin plasmas, it is crucial to study the related atomic processes and their evolution so as to reliably predict the optimum plasma and experimental conditions. Here, we present a simplified radiation hydrodynamic model based on the fluid dynamic equations and the radiative transfer equation to rapidly investigate the evolution of radiation properties and dynamics in laser-produced tin plasmas. The self-absorption features of EUV spectra measured at an angle of 45° to the direction of plasma expansion have been successfully simulated and explained, and the evolution of some parameters, such as the plasma temperature, ion distribution and density, expansion size and velocity, have also been evaluated. Our results should be useful for further understanding of current research on extreme ultraviolet and soft X-ray source development for applications such as lithography, metrology and biological imaging.
