BACKGROUND: Information on the protein-based severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV-2) vaccine-NVX-CoV2373 (Novavax), as a heterologous booster remains limited. We investigated the immunogenicity and adverse events of NVX-CoV2373 as a second booster and compared them with those of mRNA vaccines in healthy adults. METHODS: Healthcare workers who had received an mRNA vaccine (mRNA-1273 or BNT-162b2) as the first booster (third dose) 12 weeks prior were recruited. Participants voluntarily received either NVX-CoV2373 or an mRNA vaccine as a second booster. Participants with a history of SARS-CoV-2 infection were excluded. The primary outcomes included serum anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike protein (SP) and neutralizing antibody titers against B.1.1.7 (Alpha), B.1.1.529 (Omicron) BA2, and BA5 variants on the 28th day after the boost. Secondary outcomes included new SARS-CoV-2 infections and adverse events reported during the study period. RESULTS: A total of 160 participants were enrolled in this study. Compared with the mRNA vaccination group (n = 59), the NVX-CoV2373 vaccination group (n = 101) had significantly lower anti-SARS-CoV-2 SP antibody titers and neutralizing antibody titers against all variants tested after the boost. During the study period, higher rates of new SARS-CoV-2 infections and a lower incidence of adverse events were observed in the NVX-CoV2373 vaccination group. No significant differences in cellular immune responses were observed between the two groups. CONCLUSION: Compared to a homologous mRNA booster vaccination, heterologous boosters with NVX-CoV2373 showed lower antibody responses, a higher incidence of new SARS-CoV-2 infections, and fewer adverse events.

When small quantum systems, atoms or molecules, absorb a high-energy photon, electrons are emitted with a well-defined energy and a highly symmetric angular distribution, ruled by energy quantization and parity conservation. These rules are based on approximations and symmetries which may break down when atoms are exposed to ultrashort and intense optical pulses. This raises the question of their universality for the simplest case of the photoelectric effect. Here we investigate photoionization of helium by a sequence of attosecond pulses in the presence of a weak infrared laser field. We continuously control the energy of the photoelectrons and introduce an asymmetry in their emission direction, at variance with the idealized rules mentioned above. This control, made possible by the extreme temporal confinement of the light-matter interaction, opens a road in attosecond science, namely, the manipulation of ultrafast processes with a tailored sequence of attosecond pulses.

BACKGROUND: Real-time surveillance of COVID-19 in large-scale community outbreaks presents challenges. Simple counts of the daily confirmed cases can be misleading due to constraints from bottlenecks in access to care or laboratory testing. This study aimed to investigate the role of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid diagnostic test (Ag-RDT) in addressing these challenges for real-time COVID-19 surveillance. METHODS: This study included the results of 86,994 SARS-CoV-2 Ag-RDT and real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) tests. These were conducted at four community testing stations within the Taipei metropolitan area during a community COVID-19 outbreak spanning from May 17, 2021, to August 9, 2021. We examined the correlation between the positive rates of Ag-RDT tests and the epidemic curve of laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases by onset date to examine its role in real-time surveillance. RESULTS: During the 85-day study period, the trend of Ag-RDT test positive rates paralleled that of the epidemic curve. The correlation between the Ag-RDT positive rate and the number of cases (Pearson correlation coefficient: 0.968) is comparable to that of the RT-PCR positive rate (Pearson correlation coefficient: 0.964). The Ag-RDT positive rate exhibited a more advanced leading trend, with Ag-RDT leading by 3 days in comparison to the 2-day lead for RT-PCR. CONCLUSION: The positive rate of SARS-CoV-2 Ag-RDT tests at community testing stations serves as a good surrogate for assessing virus activity within the community and a useful tool for real-time COVID-19 surveillance. It is a robust indicator of the outbreak trend and near-term numbers of cases. This finding may facilitate the management of subsequent outbreaks of emerging infectious diseases.

We describe a numerical algorithm for approximating the equilibrium-reduced density matrix and the effective (mean force) Hamiltonian for a set of system spins coupled strongly to a set of bath spins when the total system (system + bath) is held in canonical thermal equilibrium by weak coupling with a "super-bath". Our approach is a generalization of now standard typicality algorithms for computing the quantum expectation value of observables of bare quantum systems via trace estimators and Krylov subspace methods. In particular, our algorithm makes use of the fact that the reduced system density, when the bath is measured in a given random state, tends to concentrate about the corresponding thermodynamic averaged reduced system density. Theoretical error analysis and numerical experiments are given to validate the accuracy of our algorithm. Further numerical experiments demonstrate the potential of our approach for applications including the study of quantum phase transitions and entanglement entropy for long range interaction systems.

(1) Background: Bladder cancer is a malignant tumor mainly caused by exposure to environmental chemicals, with a high recurrence rate. NR1H4, also known as Farnesoid X Receptor (FXR), acts as a nuclear receptor that can be activated by binding with bile acids, and FXR is highly correlated with the progression of cancers. The aim of this study was to verify the role of FXR in bladder cancer cells. (2) Methods: A FXR overexpressed system was established to investigate the effect of cell viability, migration, adhesion, and angiogenesis in low-grade TSGH8301 and high-grade T24 cells. (3) Results: After FXR overexpression, the ability of migration, adhesion, invasion and angiogenesis of bladder cancer cells declined significantly. Focal adhesive complex, MMP2, MMP9, and angiogenic-related proteins were decreased, while FXR was overexpressed in bladder cancer cells. Moreover, FXR overexpression reduced vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA and protein expression and secretion in bladder cancer cells. After treatment with the proteosome inhibitor MG132, the migration, adhesion and angiogenesis caused by FXR overexpression were all reversed in bladder cancer cells. (4) Conclusions: These results may provide evidence on the role of FXR in bladder cancer, and thus may improve the therapeutic efficacy of urothelial carcinoma in the future.

Bladder cancer (BC) has a high recurrence rate worldwide. The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of fatty acid binding protein 6 (FABP6) in proliferation and migration in human bladder cancer cells. Cell growth was confirmed by MTT and colony formation assay. Western blotting was used to explore protein expressions. Wound healing and Transwell assays were performed to evaluate the migration ability. A xenograft animal model with subcutaneous implantation of BC cells was generated to confirm the tumor progression. Knockdown of FABP6 reduced cell growth in low-grade TSGH-8301 and high-grade T24 cells. Cell cycle blockade was observed with the decrease of CDK2, CDK4, and Ki67 levels in FABP6-knockdown BC cells. Interestingly, knockdown of FBAP6 led to downregulation of autophagic markers and activation of AKT-mTOR signaling. The application of PI3K/AKT inhibitor decreased cell viability mediated by FABP6-knockdown additionally. Moreover, FABP6-knockdown reduced peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ and retinoid X receptor α levels but increased p-p65 expression. Knockdown of FABP6 also inhibited BC cell motility with focal adhesive complex reduction. Finally, shFABP6 combined with cisplatin suppressed tumor growth in vivo. These results provide evidence that FABP6 may be a potential target in BC cells progression.

BACKGROUND: Current pharmacologic prophylactic strategies for migraine have exhibited limited efficacy, with response rates as low as 40%-50%. In addition to the limited efficacy, the acceptability of those pharmacologic prophylactic strategies were unacceptable. Although noninvasive brain/nerve stimulation strategies may be effective, the evidence has been inconsistent. The aim of this network meta-analysis (NMA) was to compare strategies of noninvasive brain/nerve stimulation for migraine prophylaxis with respect to their effectiveness and acceptability. METHODS: The PubMed, Embase, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, ClinicalTrials.gov , ClinicalKey, Cochrane CENTRAL, Web of Science, and ClinicalTrials.gov databases were systematically searched to date of June 4th, 2021 for randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Patients with diagnosis of migraine, either episodic migraine or chronic migraine, were included. All NMA procedures were conducted under the frequentist model. RESULTS: Nineteen RCTs were included (N = 1493; mean age = 38.2 years; 82.0% women). We determined that the high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) over C3 yielded the most decreased monthly migraine days among all the interventions [mean difference = - 8.70 days, 95% confidence intervals (95%CIs): - 14.45 to - 2.95 compared to sham/control groups]. Only alternating frequency (2/100 Hz) transcutaneous occipital nerve stimulation (tONS) over the Oz (RR = 0.36, 95%CIs: 0.16 to 0.82) yielded a significantly lower drop-out rate than the sham/control groups did. CONCLUSIONS: The current study provided a new direction for the design of more methodologically robust and larger RCTs based on the findings of the potentially beneficial effect on migraine prophylaxis in participants with migraine by different noninvasive brain/nerve stimulation, especially the application of rTMS and tONS. The highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N8 virus has been detected in wild birds and poultry worldwide. The threat caused by HPAI H5N8 virus still exists with concerns for human infection. The preparedness for epidemic prevention and decreasing the agricultural and economic lost is extremely important. Hemagglutinin (HA), a surface glycoprotein of influenza viruses, is considered as the major target for detection of the influenza virus subtype in the infected samples. In this study, the recombinant H5N8 HA1 and HA2 proteins were expressed in Escherichia coli, and were utilized to generate two monoclonal antibodies, named 7H6C and YC8. 7H6C can bind the HA proteins of H5N1 and H5N8, but cannot bind the HA proteins of H1N1, H3N2, and H7N9, indicating that it has H5-subtype specificity. In contrast, YC8 can bind the HA proteins of H1N1, H5N1, and H5N8, but cannot bind the HA proteins of H3N2 and H7N9, indicating that it has H1-subtype and H5-subtype specificity. The epitope sequences recognized by 7H6C are located in the head domain of H5N8 HA, and are highly conserved in H5 subtypes. The epitope sequences recognized by YC8 are located in the stalk domain of H5N8 HA, and are highly conserved among the H1 and H5 subtypes. 7H6C and YC8 can be applied for specific detection of the HA proteins of H5N8 and H5Nx avian influenza viruses. KEY POINTS: • The mAb 7H6C or YC8 was generated by using the HA1 or HA2 of the HPAI H5N8 virus as the immunogen. • 7H6C recognized the head domain of H5N8 HA, and YC8 recognized the stalk domain of H5N8 HA. • 7H6C and YC8 can detect the HA proteins of H5Nx subtypes specifically.

Vital signs are central to the assessment of physiologic functions of patients and must be included in the electronic health record. The purpose of this retrospective and cross-sectional design study was to evaluate use of-and satisfaction with-automated physiological monitoring systems. Usage data from a hospital database were analyzed 3, 6, and 12 months after implementation of the automated system (June 2018 to May 2019). In addition, questionnaires were completed by 168 nurses, and 20 nurses were interviewed between August/September 2020 and October/November 2020, respectively. Results revealed that usage frequency of automated physiological monitoring devices increased steadily with user familiarity. Although respondents indicated general satisfaction with the devices, system downtime, sufficiency of the battery charge, and data transmission speed were identified as needing correction to smooth workflow and boost work efficiency. Although most interviewees considered devices easy to use, some mentioned transmission speed of the gateway, scanner sensitivity, and accuracy of the ear thermometer as needing improvement. For nurses to use automated physiological monitoring devices fully, a user-friendly design in functions and features is vital, and in-service training and a streamlined workflow are recommended to facilitate technology adoption.

Glioblastoma, also known as glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), is a fast-growing tumor and the most aggressive brain malignancy. Proteasome subunit beta type-8 (PSMB8) is one of the 17 essential subunits for the complete assembly of the 20S proteasome complex. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the role of PSMB8 expression in GBM progression and angiogenesis. PSMB8 expression in glioblastoma LN229 and U87MG was knocked down by siRNA or inducible shRNA both in vitro and in vivo. After PSMB8 reduction, cell survival, migration, invasion, angiogenesis, and the related signaling cascades were evaluated. An orthotopic mouse tumor model was also provided to examine the angiogenesis within tumors. A GEO profile analysis indicated that high expression of PSMB8 mRNA in GBM patients was correlated with a low survival rate. In immunohistochemistry analysis, PSMB8 expression was higher in high-grade than in low-grade brain tumors. The proliferation, migration, and angiogenesis of human GBM cells were decreased by PSMB8 knockdown in vitro. Furthermore, phosphorylated focal adhesion kinase (p-FAK), p-paxillin, MMP2, MMP9, and cathepsin B were significantly reduced in LN229 cells. Integrin ß1 and ß3 were reduced in HUVEC after incubation with LN229-conditioned medium. In an orthotopic mouse tumor model, inducible knockdown of PSMB8 reduced the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), VEGF receptor, and CD31 as well as the progression of human glioblastoma. In this article, we demonstrated the role of PSMB8 in glioblastoma progression, especially neovascularization in vitro and in vivo. These results may provide a target for the anti-angiogenic effect of PSMB8 in glioblastoma therapy in the future.

OBJECTIVE: To examine the longitudinal course of vasomotor symptoms (VMS) in women with a history of migraine in comparison to women without a history of migraine disease. METHODS: The study sample consisted of 467 women with a self-reported prior migraine diagnosis and 2,466 women without prior migraine diagnosis who were assessed longitudinally during menopausal transition as part of the Study of Women's Health Across the Nation. Linear mixed regression models with backward elimination were used to evaluate longitudinal associations between VMS and migraine while adjusting for baseline and time-varying demographic, socioeconomic, psychological, and reproductive factors. Additional analyses were performed to further assess the specificity of the association between migraine and VMS that included evaluating the association between migraine and vaginal dryness and between back pain and VMS. RESULTS: A history of migraine predicted an increased frequency of VMS but not vaginal dryness during menopausal transition. Significant interaction between history of migraine and menopausal status for the prediction of VMS was also identified. Burden of VMS was found to be higher during late-stage perimenopause in women with migraine. In contrast, the history of back pain did not predict the frequency of VMS. INTERPRETATION: This is the first study to delineate that a history of migraine predicts an increased frequency of VMS in women during menopausal transition. Hypothalamic abnormalities and thermoregulatory dysfunction against a milieu of decreasing estradiol concentrations during menopausal transition may explain the increased frequency of VMS in migraineurs during menopausal transition. We demonstrate the control of multiphoton electron excitations in InAs nanowires (NWs) by altering the crystal structure and the light polarization. Using few-cycle, near-infrared laser pulses from an optical parametric chirped-pulse amplification system, we induce multiphoton electron excitations in InAs nanowires with controlled wurtzite (WZ) and zincblende (ZB) segments. With a photoemission electron microscope, we show that we can selectively induce multiphoton electron emission from WZ or ZB segments of the same wire by varying the light polarization. Developing ab initio GW calculations of first to third order multiphoton excitations and using finite-difference time-domain simulations, we explain the experimental findings: While the electric-field enhancement due to the semiconductor/vacuum interface has a similar effect for all NW segments, the second and third order multiphoton transitions in the band structure of WZ InAs are highly anisotropic in contrast to ZB InAs. As the crystal phase of NWs can be precisely and reliably tailored, our findings open up for new semiconductor optoelectronics with controllable nanoscale emission of electrons through vacuum or dielectric barriers.

BACKGROUND/AIMS: Glioblastoma, also known as glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), is a fast-growing type of tumor that is the most aggressive brain malignancy in adults. According to GEO profile analysis, patients with high transient receptor potential canonical 3 (TRPC3) expression have poor survival rates. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of Ethyl-1-(4-(2,3,3-trichloroacrylamide)phenyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate (Pyr3), a selective TRPC3 channel blocker, on the proliferation and migration of human glioblastoma cells. METHODS: We first analyzed the TRPC3 mRNA expression in Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Then, TRPC3 protein expression was analyzed by Western blotting in three human GBM cell lines. The survival rate was measured by sulforhodamine B. JC1 staining was used to analyze the mitochondria membrane potential by flow cytometric analysis. Besides, the migration and invasion were evaluated by wound healing and Transwell assays. Annexin V and 7-aminoactinomycin D staining was used to monitor the apoptosis by flow cytometric analysis. The expression of apoptotic-related and migration-related proteins after Pyr3 treatment was detected by Western blotting. In addition, an orthotropic xenograft mouse model was used to assay the effect of Pyr3 in the in vivo study. RESULTS: Basis on the results of bioinformatics study, glioma patients with higher TRPC3 expression had a shorter survival time than those with lower TRPC3 expression. GBM cell proliferation was decreased by Pyr3 treatment. The migration and invasion abilities of glioma cells were also inhibited via focal adhesion kinase and myosin light chain dephosphorization after Pyr3 treatment. Moreover, Pyr3 induced caspase-dependent apoptosis and mitochondria membrane potential imbalance in the GBM cells. In a xenograft animal model, Pyr3 in combination with temozolomide (TMZ) inhibited GBM tumor growth. CONCLUSION: Pyr3 inhibited GBM tumor growth in vitro and in vivo. Pyr3-TMZ combination therapy could be used to treat glioblastoma in the future.

BACKGROUND/AIMS: Glioblastoma (GBM) is a malignant brain tumor with a poor prognosis. Proteasome subunit beta type-4 (PSMB4) is an essential subunit that contributes to the assembly of the 20S proteasome complex. However, the role of PSMB4 in glioblastomas remains to be clarified. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of PSMB4 in GBM tumor progression. METHODS: We first analyzed the PSMB4 protein and mRNA expression in 80 clinical brain specimens and 77 datasets from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Next, we inhibited the PSMB4 expression by siRNA in cellular and animal models to explore PSMB4's underlying mechanisms. The cell survival after siPSMB4 transfection was assayed by MTT assay. Annexin V and propidium iodide staining was used to monitor the apoptosis by flow cytometric analysis. Moreover, the migration and invasion were evaluated by wound healing and Transwell assays. The expression of migration-related and invasion-related proteins after PSMB4 inhibition was detected by Western blotting. In addition, an orthotropic xenograft mouse model was used to assay the effect of PSMB4 knockdown in the in vivo study. RESULTS: Basis on the results of bioinformatics study, glioma patients with higher PSMB4 expression had a shorter survival time than those with lower PSMB4 expression. The staining of clinical brain tissues showed elevated PSMB4 expression in GBM tissues compared with normal brain tissues. The PSMB4 inhibition decreased proliferation, migration and invasion abilities in human GBM cells. Downregulated PSMB4 resulted in cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in vitro. In an orthotropic xenograft mouse model, the glioma tumors progression was reduced when PSMB4 was down-regulated. The decreased PSMB4 enhanced the anti-tumor effect of temozolomide (TMZ) on tumor growth. In addition, the absence of PSMB4 decreased the expression of phosphorylated focal adhesion kinase and matrix metallopeptidase 9 in vivo. CONCLUSION: PSMB4 inhibition in combination with TMZ may exert an anti-tumor effect by decreasing cell proliferation and invasion as well as by promoting apoptosis in human glioblastoma cells. This research may improve the therapeutic efficacy of glioblastoma treatment.

Bisphenol A (BPA) is an industrial material used for many plastic products and is considered an endocrine disruptor. BPA can be released into the environment and can spread through the food chain. It is well known that BPA exposure leads to lesions, especially in the reproductive system. According to previous studies, BPA reduces newborn numbers in pregnant mice and affects placentation. The placenta is a special endocrine organ during pregnancy. It secretes important hormones, such as progesterone and estrogen, to maintain gestation. In steroid hormone synthesis, two specific enzymes are important: P450scc (CYP11A1) converts cholesterol to pregnenolone and aromatase (CYP19) induces androgen conversion to estrogen.To determine the effects of a low dose of BPA on hormone synthesis in the placenta, we used JEG-3 cells as a model. We found that the steroidogenic genes CYP11A1 and CYP19 were downregulated in human tissues by detectable concentrations of BPA (1-1000 nM), which do not affect cell viability. Furthermore, we demonstrated that BPA influenced the ERK signaling pathway and resulted in hormone reductions. An analysis of trophoblasts in primary culture from a term human placenta showed the same phenomena. Our data demonstrate that treatment with a low dose of BPA does not affect human placental cell survival, but decreases hormone production via to the downregulation of steroidogenic genes and ERK signaling pathway changes.

RESUMO

We analyze femtosecond supercontinuum generation in a distribution of thin solid plates to show that the distributed scheme inhibits processes leading to pulse breakup while allowing spectral expansion to proceed as desired. We introduce basic criteria for setting the plate thickness or initial laser intensity and the location of each plate in the laser beam path and confirm that under these conditions a fully-coherent and intense supercontinuum can be generated for input peak power of as much as two thousand times the critical power for self-focusing of the solid medium.

Headaches are universal experiences and among the most common disorders. While headache may be physiological in the acute setting, it can become a pathological and persistent condition. The mechanisms underlying the transition from episodic to chronic pain have been the subject of intense study. Using physiological and imaging methods, researchers have identified a number of different forms of neural plasticity associated with migraine and other headaches, including peripheral and central sensitization, and alterations in the endogenous mechanisms of pain modulation. While these changes have been proposed to contribute to headache and pain chronification, some findings are likely the results of repetitive noxious stimulation, such as atrophy of brain areas involved in pain perception and modulation. In this review, we provide a narrative overview of recent advances on the neuroimaging, electrophysiological and genetic aspects of neural plasticity associated with the most common forms of chronic headaches, including migraine, cluster headache, tension-type headache, and medication overuse headache.

BACKGROUND: Thunderclap headache (TCH) is a sudden headache (SH) with accepted criteria of severe intensity and onset to peak within one minute. It is a well-known presentation for subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) but most patients with TCH or SH run a benign course without identifiable causes. Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS), a recently recognized syndrome characterized by recurrent TCH attacks, has been proposed to account for most of these patients. METHODS: We recruited consecutive patients presenting with SH at our headache clinic. Computed tomography and/or magnetic resonance imaging with angiography were performed to exclude structural causes and to identify vasoconstriction. Catheter angiography and lumbar puncture were performed with patients consent. Reversibility of vasoconstriction was confirmed by follow-up study. RESULTS: From July 2010 to June 2013, 31 patients with SH were recruited. Twenty-four (72.7%) of these SH patients exhibited headache fulfilling the TCH criteria. The diagnosis of RCVS was confirmed in 14 (45.2%) of patients with SH and 11 (45.8%) of patients with TCH. Other diagnoses were as follows: primary headaches (SH: 41.9%, TCH: 45.8%) and other secondary causes (SH: 12.9%, TCH: 8.3%). Compared with non-RCVS patients, patients with RCVS were older (50.8 ± 9.3 years vs. 40.8 ± 10.0 years, P = 0.006) and less likely to experience short headache duration of < 1 hour (23.1% vs. 78.6%, P = 0.007). Patients with RCVS were more likely to cite bathing (42.9% vs. 0%, P = 0.004) and less likely to cite exertion (0% vs. 29.4%, P = 0.048) as headache triggers. CONCLUSIONS: Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome is a common cause of SH and TCH. Considering the potential mortality and morbidity of RCVS, systemic examination of cerebral vessels should be performed in these patients.

Background and Aims: Besides hospital size, clinical diagnosis and severity of patient cases determine the total platelet usage. Therefore, the appropriateness of platelet usage could not be compared simply with the total units of platelet usage in each hospital. This study aimed to objectively monitor and analyze platelet usage after implementing a single-unit issuing policy for each platelet transfusion in our hospital in October 2020. Materials and Methods: We used three objective indices, X, Y, and Z, to monitor platelet usage and compared it with other hospitals. Three indices were generated by dividing the annual total units of platelet usage by the total annual reimbursement, total number of admissions, and average total reimbursement per admission for each hospital. Results: The new indices X and Y alleviated hospital size-dependent differences. Index Y was preferred over X because its value fluctuated less during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Z index was adjusted for the average total reimbursement per admission, and the results showed that more patients with higher disease complexity did not have increased platelet usage during the COVID-19 pandemic. In our hospital (H1), index Z decreased from 2019 to 2021 due to a policy of issuing a single unit for each platelet transfusion. Conclusion: These three objective indices are suitable for peer comparison and monitoring platelet usage in hospitals, irrespective of their size. They could be applied to promote patient blood management and provide an early response to the gradual shortage of blood resources owing to the aging population and declining birth rate in Taiwan.
