RESUMO

Bifidobacterium is a major probiotic of intestinal gut flora and exerts many physiological activities, and it is widely applied in the fields of food and medicine. As an important part of Bifidobacterium, glycoside hydrolase plays a role in its physiological activity. With the continuous development and improvement of genetic engineering technology, research on this type of enzyme will play a crucial role in promoting the further development of Bifidobacterium in the field of probiotics. In this review, the preparation methods, enzymatic properties, and functions of glycoside hydrolase extracted from Bifidobacterium are described and summarized. The common method for preparing glycoside hydrolase derived from Bifidobacterium is heterologous expression in Escherichia coli BL21. The optimal pH range for these glycoside hydrolase enzymes is between 4.5 and 7.5; the optimal temperature is between 30 and 50 °C, which is close to the optimal growth condition of Bifidobacterium. Based on substrate specificity, these glycoside hydrolase could hydrolyze synthetic substrates and natural oligosaccharides, including a series of pNP artificial substrates, disaccharide, and trisaccharides, while they have little ability to hydrolyze polysaccharide substrates. This review will be expected to provide a basis for the development of Bifidobacterium as a probiotic element.

Over the past decade, the emission standards and fuel standards in Beijing have been upgraded twice, and the vehicle structure has been improved by accelerating the elimination of 2.95 million old vehicles. Through the formulation and implementation of these policies, the emissions of carbon monoxide (CO), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in 2019 were 147.9, 25.3, 43.4, and 0.91 kton in Beijing, respectively. The emission factor method was adopted to better understand the emissions characteristics of primary air pollutants from combustion engine vehicles and to improve pollution control. In combination with the air quality improvement goals and the status of social and economic development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period in Beijing, different vehicle pollution control scenarios were established, and emissions reductions were projected. The results show that the emissions of four air pollutants (CO, VOCs, NOx, and PM2.5) from vehicles in Beijing decreased by an average of 68% in 2019, compared to their levels in 2009. The contribution of NOx emissions from diesel vehicles increased from 35% in 2009 to 56% in 2019, which indicated that clean and energy-saving diesel vehicle fleets should be further improved. Electric vehicle adoption could be an important measure to reduce pollutant emissions. With the further upgrading of vehicle structure and the adoption of electric vehicles, it is expected that the total emissions of the four vehicle pollutants can be reduced by 20%-41% by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

Road traffic constitutes a major source of air pollutants in urban Beijing, which are responsible for substantial premature mortality. A series of policies and regulations has led to appreciable traffic emission reductions in recent decades. To shed light on long-term (2014-2020) roadside air pollution and assess the efficacy of traffic control measures and their effects on public health, this study quantitatively evaluated changes in the concentrations of six key air pollutants (PM2.5, PM10, NO2, SO2, CO and O3) measured at 5 roadside and 12 urban background monitoring stations in Beijing. We found that the annual mean concentrations of these air pollutants were remarkably reduced by 47%-71% from 2014 to 2020, while the concurrent ozone concentration increased by 17.4%. In addition, we observed reductions in the roadside increments in PM2.5, NO2, SO2 and CO of 54.8%, 29.8%, 20.6%, and 59.1%, respectively, indicating the high effectiveness of new vehicle standard (China V and VI) implementation in Beijing. The premature deaths due to traffic emissions were estimated to be 8379 and 1908 cases in 2014 and 2020, respectively. The impact of NO2 from road traffic relative to PM2.5 on premature mortality was comparable to that of traffic-related PM2.5 emissions. The public health effect of SO2 originating from traffic was markedly lower than that of PM2.5. The results indicated that a reduction in traffic-related NO2 could likely yield the greatest benefits for public health.

BACKGROUND: Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is characterized by unifocal, multifocal single-system, or multi-system disease that occurs in all age groups, while it primarily attacks pediatric patients. Solitary gastrointestinal (GI) LCH in adults is exceedingly rare, so we aimed to investigate GI LCH in adults with unifocal single-system involvement and clarified the clinicopathologic characteristics of this disease. METHODS: Two cases of solitary GI LCH in adults were presented, and the clinicopathologic features of this diagnosis in the literature were reviewed. RESULTS: The main diagnostic feature of LCH is the morphologic identification of the characteristic Langerhans cells with prominent nuclear grooves and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm, accompanied by a variable number of lymphocytes, eosinophils, and plasma cells. The distinctive cells expressed S100, CD1a, and langerin (CD207) on immunohistochemistry. BRAF V600E mutations were detected in the two patients. CONCLUSIONS: Gastrointestinal Langerhans cell histiocytosis in adults with unifocal, single-system involvement is extremely rare. Most patients were asymptomatic and usually a small solitary polyp in GI tract can be observed under routine endoscopy. Although the overall prognosis of unifocal single-system LCH is favorable, long-term follow-up is still necessary to rule out systemic disease.

The incineration of sacrificial offerings is a significant widely practiced custom that is also a kind of neglected air pollution source in China. Our results showed that the emission factors of particulate matter, SO2, CO, NOx, and VOCs emitted from the incineration of sacrificial offerings with purification systems were reduced by 95%, 19%, 9%, 82%, and 42%, respectively, compared with those without a purification system, revealing a significant effect of the flue gas purification system on reducing particulate matter and gaseous pollutants. The emission level of air pollutants from the incineration of sacrificial offerings remained stable before 2013 and then showed a remarkable decrease after the implementation of China´s Air Pollution Prevention Action Plan in 2013. The emissions of TSP (total suspended particulate), PM10, PM2.5, and NOx in 2009 were 8222, 6106, 5656 and 15,878 ton, respectively, obviously higher than 3434, 2551, 2305 and 8579 ton in 2019. Such trend was affected by both the quantity of incineration and the installation rate of purification systems after the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Crematory (GB 13801-2015) issued in China. Distinct spatial distribution of atmospheric pollutants from incineration of sacrificial offerings was found with higher in the east and south of China than the west and north of China, which is proportional to the regional economy and population. The maximum ground-level concentration typically occurred at 0.12-0.2 km from the pollution source, posing potential health risks to people entering and exiting funeral and burial sites and nearby residents.

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is one of the most common peripheral vestibular diseases. Since the peripheral vestibular system connects with the cerebellum via the brainstem, repeated episodic vertigo may result in progressive structural and functional changes in the cerebellum and brainstem. In the present work, voxel-based morphometry (VBM) of T1-weighted images and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) in 32 patients with BPPV and 32 matched healthy controls were used to assess cerebellar and brainstem anatomical and spontaneous resting-state brain activity alterations associated with BPPV. We used a spatially unbiased infratentorial template toolbox in combination with VBM to analyze cerebellar and brainstem gray matter volume (GMV), fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations (fALFF), and regional homogeneity (ReHo). Patients with BPPV showed decreased GMV in the right cerebellum posterior lobe/cerebellar tonsil extending to the cerebellum anterior lobe and pons relative to healthy controls. BPPV patients also exhibited significantly higher fALFF values in the right pons and left pons and higher ReHo values in the left cerebellum posterior lobe/Crus2 than the controls. Furthermore, the fALFF z-scores in the pons were positively correlated with the duration of vertigo at baseline and dizziness visual analog scale scores 1 week after canalith repositioning procedures (CRPs). BPPV patients exhibited structural and functional changes in the cerebellum and pons, which may reflect the adaptation and plasticity of these anatomical structures after repeated attacks of episodic vertigo. These results indicate that the changes in pons function may be closely related to residual dizziness after CRPs.

Diesel-fired combustion is one of the main sources of air pollution in the world. In this study, to better understand the energy consumption and main air pollutant emissions of diesel-fired combustion, a practical investigation and historical data analyses were conducted to determine the variations and driving forces of diesel consumption, the distribution of diesel consumption, and the contribution of emissions among various industries. Based on the results of this study, future control measures can be proposed for diesel-fired combustion. The results show that economic development led to an increase in the total volume of passengers and freight transportation, and the number of diesel vehicles increased from 0.16 million in 2009 to 0.25 million in 2018. However, diesel consumption in Beijing decreased from 2.4 Mt in 2009 to 1.8 Mt in 2018 due to the dominant driving forces, such as structural optimization of the diesel vehicle fleet and stricter limit standards for single-vehicle fuel consumption. The use of diesel vehicles in the logistics and transportation industries and the use of diesel-fired machinery in the construction industry were the two main sources of diesel consumption, accounting for 55% and 23% of the total, respectively. The main air pollutant emissions from diesel-fired combustion from 2009 to 2018 first increased and then decreased, while the NOX emissions peaked at 74,800 tons in 2014, which was affected by the structural optimization of the vehicle fleet and the elimination of old diesel trucks. The emissions finally decreased to 54,000 tons in 2018, which was approximately 89% of the amount in 2009. However, the continuously increasing contribution of diesel combustion to the total emissions requires more attention. The electrification of diesel vehicles and the structural upgrading of diesel vehicles have played important roles in mitigating the emissions of diesel combustion. Our study suggests that consumption control targets should be set, reduction plans for key industries such as the logistics and transportation, construction, and tourism industries should be developed, and low-emission zones should be created to promote the elimination and updating of low-emission diesel vehicles and machinery.

Breast cancer has become the most common cancer in women, and nontriple negative breast cancer (non-TNBC) accounts for 80-90% of all invasive breast cancers. Early detection, diagnosis, and treatment are considered key to a successful cure. Conventionally, breast imaging and needle core biopsy are used for detection and monitoring. However, small variations in volume might be ignored in imaging, and traditional biopsies are spatially and temporally limited, leading to a significant delay in cancer detection and thus prompting renewed focus on early and accurate diagnosis. In this article, we investigated whether there is an accurate molecule in peripheral blood that can help diagnose breast cancer. Similar to microRNAs, tRNA-derived fragments (tRFs) have been reported to be involved in many pathological processes in breast cancer, but whether they can serve as candidate biomarkers for breast cancer remains unclear. Using high-throughput sequencing technology, we identified 4,021 differentially expressed tRFs in normal and breast cancer cell lines, and eight tRFs were selected to establish a signature as a predictive biomarker of non-TNBC. Furthermore, quantitative reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction was performed to verify the expression of the signature and analyze the correlation between dysregulated tRFs and breast cancer. The results indicated that tDR-7816, tDR-5334, and tDR-4733 might be promising biomarkers. Through further bioinformatics analysis, we predicted that tDR-7816 influences the xenobiotic metabolic processes that support the oncogenesis of breast cancer. In summary, our results provide a rationale for using circulating tDR-7816 expression as a novel potential biomarker for the diagnosis of patients with early non-TNBC.

BACKGROUND: Migraine is a severe and disabling brain disorder, and the exact neurological mechanisms remain unclear. Migraineurs have altered pain perception, and headache attacks disrupt their sensory information processing and sensorimotor integration. The altered functional connectivity of sub-regions of sensorimotor brain areas with other brain cortex associated with migraine needs further investigation. METHODS: Forty-eight migraineurs without aura during the interictal phase and 48 age- and sex-matched healthy controls underwent resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging scans. We utilized seed-based functional connectivity analysis to investigate whether patients exhibited abnormal functional connectivity between sub-regions of sensorimotor brain areas and cortex regions. RESULTS: We found that patients with migraineurs without aura exhibited disrupted functional connectivities between the sensorimotor areas and the visual cortex, temporal cortex, posterior parietal lobule, prefrontal areas, precuneus, cingulate gyrus, sensorimotor areas proper and cerebellum areas compared with healthy controls. In addition, the clinical data of the patients, such as disease duration, pain intensity and HIT-6 score, were negatively correlated with these impaired functional connectivities. CONCLUSION: In patients with migraineurs without aura, the functional connectivities between the sensorimotor brain areas and other brain regions was reduced. These disrupted functional connectivities might contribute to abnormalities in visual processing, multisensory integration, nociception processing, spatial attention and intention and dysfunction in cognitive evaluation and modulation of pain. Recurrent headache attacks might lead to the disrupted network between primary motor cortex and temporal regions and between primary somatosensory cortex and temporal regions. Pain sensitivity and patient quality of life are closely tied to the abnormal functional connectivity between sensorimotor regions and other brain areas.

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive subtype of epithelial breast malignancy, and chemoresistance is the major obstacle for cancer therapy. TNBC is associated with a hypoxic phenotype, and hypoxia contributes to the chemoresistance in breast cancer. Transfer RNA-derived fragments (tDRs) represent a new class of small noncoding RNAs that can be induced specifically by hypoxia. Here, we conducted a comparative analysis of the aberrant expression of tDRs in hypoxia-treated TNBC cell lines through the use of high-throughput sequencing technique. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to validate the differently expressed tDRs between two samples. The results showed that tDR-0009 [derived from transfer RNA (tRNA)Gly-GCC-1-1 ] and tDR-7336 (derived from tRNA Gly-GCC-1-2 ) were significantly upregulated when the SUM-1315 cell lines were stimulated by hypoxia. Gene ontology (GO) and pathway analysis indicated that these two upregulated tDRs were mainly involved in maintenance of stem cell population and cellular response to interleukin (IL)-6, which may be the underlying mechanism of hypoxia-induced tDRs that facilitate the doxorubicin resistance in TNBC. The protein-protein interaction network for predicted target genes established by the STRING database manifested that tDR-0009 (tDR-7336) might be involved in the chemoresistance of TNBC via regulation of the activation of phosphorylation of STAT3. In summary, our study provided a comprehensive analysis of the deviant expression profiling of tDRs in hypoxia-treated TNBC cell lines. Specific tDRs may be a new class of regulatory factors involved in the hypoxia-induced chemoresistance in TNBC, and they could serve as potential biomarkers and intervention targets.

The expansion of a harmonic potential that holds a quantum particle may be realized without any final particle excitation but much faster than adiabatically via "shortcuts to adiabaticity" (STA). While ideally the process time can be reduced to zero, practical limitations and constraints impose minimal finite times for the externally controlled time-dependent frequency protocols. We examine the role of different time-averaged energies (total, kinetic, potential, nonadiabatic) and of the instantaneous power in characterizing or selecting different protocols. Specifically, we prove a virial theorem for STA processes, set minimal energies (or times) for given times (or energies), and discuss their realizability by means of Dirac impulses or otherwise.

Lethal amanitas (Amanita sect. Phalloideae) cause many casualties worldwide. Recent molecular phylogenetic studies revealed diverse lethal Amanita spp. in China. Here a 5-gene phylogeny (nuc rDNA region encompassing the internal transcribed spacers 1 and 2 with the 5.8S rDNA, the D1-D3 domains of nuc 28S rDNA, and partial RNA polymerase II second largest subunit, translation elongation factor 1-α and ß-tubulin genes) is used to investigate the phylogenetic lineages and species delimitation in this section. Thirteen species are recognized, including four new species, namely A. griseorosea, A. molliuscula, A. parviexitialis, and A. subfuliginea They are documented with morphological, multigene phylogenetic, and ecological evidence, line drawings, and photographs and compared with similar species. A key to the Chinese lethal Amanita species is provided.

A green and highly efficient visible-light-induced radical cascade difluoroalkylation/cyclization reaction of N-cyanamide alkenes has been developed. A variety of CF2COR-containing quinazolinones have been obtained in high yields with cheap non-metallic 4CzIPN as the photocatalyst. This photocatalytic reaction provides rapid, facile, and practical access to valuable polycyclic quinazolinone, and it is amenable to the gram scale.

BACKGROUND: Long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) have been found to be a potential prognostic factor for cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Some LncRNAs have been confirmed as potential indicators to quantify genomic instability (GI). Nevertheless, GI-LncRNAs remain largely unexplored. This study established a GI-derived LncRNA signature (GILncSig) that can predict the prognosis of HCC patients. AIM: To establish a GILncSig that can predict the prognosis of HCC patients. METHODS: Identification of GI-LncRNAs was conducted by combining LncRNA expression and somatic mutation profiles. The GI-LncRNAs were then analyzed for functional enrichment. The GILncSig was established in the training set by Cox regression analysis, and its predictive ability was verified in the testing set and TCGA set. In addition, we explored the effects of the GILncSig and TP53 on prognosis. RESULTS: A total of 88 GI-LncRNAs were found, and functional enrichment analysis showed that their functions were mainly involved in small molecule metabolism and GI. The GILncSig was constructed by 5 LncRNAs (miR210HG, AC016735.1, AC116351.1, AC010643.1, LUCAT1). In the training set, the prognosis of high-risk patients was significantly worse than that of low-risk patients, and similar results were verified in the testing set and TCGA set. Multivariate Cox regression analysis and stratified analysis confirmed that the GILncSig could be used as an independent prognostic factor. Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis of the GILncSig showed that the area under the curve (0.773) was higher than the two LncRNA signatures published recently. Furthermore, the GILncSig may have a better predictive performance than TP53 mutation status alone. CONCLUSION: We established a GILncSig that can predict the prognosis of HCC patients, which will help to guide prognostic evaluation and treatment decisions.

An ultrasensitive and highly selective method for polymerase chain reaction-free (PCR-free) messenger RNA (mRNA) expression profiling is developed through a novel cross-rolling circle amplification (C-RCA) process based on DNA-rotaxane nanostructures. Two species of DNA pseudorotaxane (DPR) superstructures (DPR-I and DPR-II) are assembled by threading a linear DNA rod through a double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) ring containing two single-stranded gaps. In this assay, cDNA that is specific for ß-actin (ACTB) mRNA is taken as a model analyte. Upon the introduction of the target cDNA, the cDNA and the biotin-modified primer are hybridized to the single-stranded regions of the DNA rod and the gap-ring, respectively. As a result, the DPR-I dethreads into free DNA macrocycle and a dumbbell-shaped DNA nanostructure. In the presence of DNA polymerase/dNTPs, two release-DNA on the DPR-I are replaced by polymerase with strand-displacement activity, which can act as the input of the DPR-II to trigger the dethreading of DPR-II and the RCA reaction, releasing another two specified release-DNA strands those in turn serve as the "mimic cDNA" for DPR-I. The C-RCA reaction then proceeds autonomously. To overcome the high background induced by hemin itself, the biotinylated rolling circle products are captured by streptavidin-coated MNPs, achieving a detection limit as low as 0.1 zmol cDNA. The assay also exhibits an excellent selectivity due to its unique DNA nanostructure fabricated through base pairing hybridization. The ACTB mRNA expression in mammary cancer cells (MCF-7) is successfully detected.

Economic incentive is thought a good intervention type that can encourage residents to do food waste sorting by many cities' government in China. However, there is a lack of long-term, large-scale study. So the business-led incentive scheme was studied by a case study in Nanjing, China, which focuses on food waste sorting. The results showed that the incentive can encourage at most an average 37% of residents to start and then continue to do food waste sorting regularly. Later, the incentive cannot encourage more even with many non-economic interventions. And most of these participating residents (31%) were encouraged at the first 12 months. The results also showed that house price had a negative relationship with the community sorting performance. The comparative study results showed that the community committee must be involved in the non-economic interventions to encourage more residents to take part; otherwise, the company will fail even after many attempts. So the government should apply the incentive policy by dialectical view in food waste sorting. And the incentive scheme should involve all the stakeholders to apply non-economic interventions to encourage more residents to do food waste sorting.

Herein, the toughening mechanism and effects of 3-(aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (3-APTES) intercalation in calcium-silicate-hydrate (CSH) structures were investigated through molecular dynamics simulations. CSH established a model using 11 Å-tobermorite to simulate the tensile properties, toughness, adsorption energy, average orientation displacement and radial distribution function of 3-APTES intercalation at different Ca/Si ratios under conditions of a CVFF force field, an NVT system, and 298 K temperature. Simulation results demonstrate that 3-APTES alters the fracture process of CSH and effectively enhances its tensile properties and toughness. The presence of 3-APTES molecules increases the energy required to destroy CSH, thereby increasing the adsorption energy of CSH crystals. Furthermore, 3-APTES molecules effectively increase the atom density within the CSH structure. As the Ca/Si ratio increases, Ca-O bond formation is enhanced, with noticeable aggregation occurring because of modification by 3-APTES within the CSH structure. This study found that 3-APTES organic compounds can effectively improve the tensile, toughness, adsorption and other properties of the CSH structure, and further improve the microstructure of CSH.

Species of Amanita sect. Vaginatae (Fr.) Quél. are challenging to delimitate due to the morphological similarity or morphostasis among different taxa. In this study, a multi-locus (nuc rDNA region encompassing the internal transcribed spacers 1 and 2 with the 5.8S rDNA, the D1-D3 domains of nuc 28S rDNA, partial sequences of translation elongation factor 1-a, and the second largest subunit of RNA polymerase II) phylogeny was employed to investigate the species diversity of the section in eastern China. Sixteen species were recognized, including four new species; namely, A. circulata, A. multicingulata, A. orientalis, and A. sinofulva. They were documented with illustrated descriptions, ecological evidence, and comparisons with similar species. A key to the species of the section from eastern China is provided.

The liver has a complex cellular composition and a remarkable regenerative capacity. The primary cell types in the liver are two parenchymal cell populations, hepatocytes and cholangiocytes, that perform most of the functions of the liver and that are helped through interactions with non-parenchymal cell types comprising stellate cells, endothelia and various hemopoietic cell populations. The regulation of the cells in the liver is mediated by an insoluble complex of proteins and carbohydrates, the extracellular matrix, working synergistically with soluble paracrine and systemic signals. In recent years, with the rapid development of genetic sequencing technologies, research on the liver's cellular composition and its regulatory mechanisms during various conditions has been extensively explored. Meanwhile breakthroughs in strategies for cell transplantation are enabling a future in which there can be a rescue of patients with end-stage liver diseases, offering potential solutions to the chronic shortage of livers and alternatives to liver transplantation. This review will focus on the cellular mechanisms of liver homeostasis and how to select ideal sources of cells to be transplanted to achieve liver regeneration and repair. Recent advances are summarized for promoting the treatment of end-stage liver diseases by forms of cell transplantation that now include grafting strategies.

Long-term in vitro culture of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) leads to cell lifespan shortening and growth stagnation due to cell senescence. Here, using sequencing data generated in the public domain, we have established a specific regulatory network of "transcription factor (TF)-microRNA (miRNA)-Target" to provide key molecules for evaluating the passage-dependent replicative senescence of mesenchymal stem cells for the quality control and status evaluation of mesenchymal stem cells prepared by different procedures. Short time-series expression miner (STEM) analysis was performed on the RNA-seq and miRNA-seq databases of mesenchymal stem cells from various passages to reveal the dynamic passage-related changes of miRNAs and mRNAs. Potential miRNA targets were predicted using seven miRNA target prediction databases, including TargetScan, miRTarBase, miRDB, miRWalk, RNA22, RNAinter, and TargetMiner. Then use the TransmiR v2.0 database to obtain experimental-supported transcription factor for regulating the selected miRNA. More than ten sequencing data related to mesenchymal stem cells or mesenchymal stem cells reprogramming were used to validate key miRNAs and mRNAs. And gene set variation analysis (GSVA) was performed to calculate the passage-dependent signature. The results showed that during the passage of mesenchymal stem cells, a total of 29 miRNAs were gradually downregulated and 210 mRNA were gradually upregulated. Enrichment analysis showed that the 29 miRNAs acted as multipotent regulatory factors of stem cells and participated in a variety of signaling pathways, including TGF-beta, HIPPO and oxygen related pathways. 210 mRNAs were involved in cell senescence. According to the target prediction results, the targets of these key miRNAs and mRNAs intersect to form a regulatory network of "TF-miRNA-Target" related to replicative senescence of cultured mesenchymal stem cells, across 35 transcription factor, 7 miRNAs (has-mir-454-3p, has-mir-196b-5p, has-mir-130b-5p, has-mir-1271-5p, has-let-7i-5p, has-let-7a-5p, and has-let-7b-5p) and 7 predicted targets (PRUNE2, DIO2, CPA4, PRKAA2, DMD, DDAH1, and GATA6). This network was further validated by analyzing datasets from a variety of mesenchymal stem cells subculture and lineage reprogramming studies, as well as qPCR analysis of early passages mesenchymal stem cells versus mesenchymal stem cells with senescence morphologies (SA-ß-Gal+). The "TF-miRNA-Target" regulatory network constructed in this study reveals the functional mechanism of miRNAs in promoting the senescence of MSCs during in vitro expansion and provides indicators for monitoring the quality of functional mesenchymal stem cells during the preparation and clinical application.
