RESUMO
The paper presents the results of clinico-physiological and biochemical studies of artificial functional connections (ASFC-1) of the human brain, formed in parkinsonians in the process of treatment by means of implanted electrodes. Medical activation of ASFC-1 is shown to have an optimizing influence on the mechanisms of intracentral regulation and connected with the latter other brain systems, such influence being reflected in the dynamics of clinical effects and vegetative-humoral activities. It is shown that ASFC-1 may be used for treatment and diagnostic aims in patients with prolonged diseases of the nervous system.

Psychophysiologic and clinical/biochemical assessments were made in 79 patients with marginal arterial hypertensic and 45 normal subjects. Central and peripher hemodynamics, microcirulation, and neuroendocrine and mediator blood pressure control were examined at rest and under simulated psyethoemotional stress. Different types of cardiovascular response to stress were identified in patients with marginal arterial hypertension and hemodynamic shifts were correlated with neuroendocrine changes.

Modulated kinesitherapy (MK) is a new method based on synchronization of vegetative and motor components in walking at a pace corresponding to actual heart rate which is maintained during the procedure with cardiotrainer Marafon. MK produced the following therapeutic effects: optimization of cardiovascular functions (weakening of postload on the heart with lowering of arterial pressure; improvement of coronary blood flow, stabilization of the heart rate and cardiac pump function); marked antiarrhythmic effect, normalization of autonomic nervous system tonicity, neurohumoral and psychoemotional state. MK is indicated in ischemic heart disease, essential hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia, vegetovascular asthenia.
