RESUMO

Although many time-dependent parameters involved in wound healing have been exhaustively investigated, establishing an objective and reliable means for estimating wound age remains a challenge. In this study, 78 Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into a control group and contusion groups at 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, and 48 h post-injury (n = 6 per group). The expression of 35 wound healing-related genes was explored in contused skeletal muscle by real-time polymerase chain reaction. Differences between the groups were assessed by partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA). The results show that the samples were classified into three groups by wound age (4-12, 16-24, and 28-48 h). A Fisher discriminant analysis model of 14 selected genes was constructed, and 94.9% cross-validated grouped cases were correctly classified. A PLS regression analysis using 14 genes showed reasonable internal predictive validity, with a root mean squared error of cross-validation of approximately 8 h. To examine whether the prediction models were capable of analyzing new (ungrouped) cases, an external validation was carried out using the expression data from an additional 30 rats. Approximately 76.7% of ungrouped cases were correctly classified, which was a lower proportion than that for cross-validation. Similarly, the prediction results of the PLS model showed lower relatively external predictive validity (root mean squared error of prediction = 11 h) than internal predictive validity. Although the prediction results were less accurate than expected, the gene expression modeling and multivariate analyses showed great potential for estimating injury time. These multivariate methods may be valuable when devising future wound time estimation strategies.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: We aimed to examine the risk factors for chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 3 among adults with ASK from unilateral nephrectomy. METHODS: We retrospectively collected data from adult patients with ASK between January, 2009 and January, 2019, identified from a tertiary hospital in China. The clinical data were compared between patients who developed CKD stage 3 and those who did not develop CKD stage 3 during follow-up. RESULTS: In total, 172 patients with ASK (110 men; median 58.0 years) were enrolled, with a median follow-up duration of 5.0 years. During follow-up, 91 (52.9%) and 24 (14.0%) patients developed CKD stage 3 and end-stage renal disease, respectively. Multiple regression analyses showed that age (odds ratio [OR] 1.076, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.039-1.115, p < 0.001), diabetes (OR 4.401, 95% CI 1.693-11.44, p = 0.002), hyperuricemia (OR 2.733, 95% CI 1.104-6.764, p = 0.03), a history of cardiovascular disease (CVD) (OR 5.583, 95% CI 1.884-18.068, p = 0.002), and ASK due to renal tuberculosis (OR 8.816, 95% CI 2.92-26.62, p < 0.001) were independent risk factors for developing CKD stage 3 among patients with ASK. CONCLUSIONS: Regular follow-up of renal function is needed among adult patients with ASK. Optimal management of diabetes, hyperuricemia, and CVD may reduce their risk of CKD stage 3, especially among those that undergo unilateral nephrectomy for renal tuberculosis.

RESUMO

We theoretically and experimentally examined the effects of the different positions between receiving lens (RL) and detector, namely, defocus, off-axis, and tilt, on the time-domain pulsed echo laser profile (TDPELP). Results show that distortions including saturation and broadening of TDPELP are obtained, regardless of the position between RL and detector. Thus, we adjust the focal length of RL to successfully obtain an optimal TDPELP using tunable lens under extreme situations, such as too strong or too weak intensity of the TDPELP.

RESUMO

Introduction: Pre-diabetes, a high-risk metabolic state, is situated between normal glucose homeostasis and diabetes. Early identification of pre-diabetes offers opportunities for intervention and diabetes reversal, highlighting the crucial need to investigate reliable biomarkers for this condition. Methods: We conducted an in-depth bioinformatics analysis of clinical samples from non-diabetic (ND), impaired glucose tolerance (IGT), and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) categories within the GSE164416 dataset. Thereafter the HFD and STZ treated mice were used for validation. Results: This analysis identified several codifferentially expressed genes (Co-DEGs) for IGT and T2DM, including CFB, TSHR, VNN2, APOC1, CLDN2, SLPI, LCN2, CXCL17, FAIM2, and REG3A. Validation of these genes and the determination of ROC curves were performed using the GSE76895 dataset. Thereafter, CLDN2 was selected for further verification. Gene expression analysis and immunofluorescence analysis revealed a significant upregulation of CLDN2 expression in the pancreas islets of mice in the high-fat diet and T2DM groups compared to the control group. Similarly, serum level of CLDN2 in patients with IGT and T2DM were significantly higher than those in the healthy group. Discussion: These results suggest that CLDN2 can serve as a novel biomarker for pre-diabetes, providing a new direction for future research in the prevention of type 2 diabetes.

RESUMO

Aiming at the limitations of single-functionality, limited-applicability, and complex designs prevalent in current metasurfaces, we propose a terahertz multifunctional and multiband tunable metasurface utilizing a VO2-metal hybrid structure. This metasurface structure comprises a top VO2-metal resonance layer, a middle polyimide dielectric layer, and a gold film reflective layer at the bottom. This metasurface exhibits multifunctionality, operating independently of polarization and incident angle. The varying conductivity states of the VO2 layers, enabling the metasurface to achieve various terahertz functionalities, including single-band absorption, broadband THz absorption, and multiband perfect polarization conversion for linear (LP) and circularly polarized (CP) incident waves. Finally, we believe that the functional adaptability of the proposed metasurface expands the repertoire of options available for future terahertz device designs.

RESUMO

A prompt gamma neutron activation analysis (PGNAA) facility utilizing 252Cf source has been developed for in situ analysis of copper samples. Monte Carlo simulation is employed to determine optimal sizes for neutron moderator, gamma-ray shielding material, and thermal neutron absorber. Subsequently, based on the parameters optimized by MCNP, the PGNAA facility was constructed. Five sets of experimental samples containing low-grade copper concentration of 0 %, 0.5 %, 1 %, 1.5 % and 2 % are measured with the PGNAA facility. The results show that the minimum detectable concentration of copper is 0.218 %. The maximum relative deviation of copper is 8.53 %.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of multidisciplinary cooperation mode (MCM) led by infusion nurse specialists (INSs) on peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) catheterization and indwelling nursing quality. METHODS: Participants' demographic information, catheter types, catheterization approaches, puncture site, tip position, professional title of nurses, success rate of catheterization, consultation rate, detection rate of complications and outcome improvement rate of 6576 outpatients and hospitalized patients with PICC were analyzed retrospectively by a software named "questionnaire stars," in a large tertiary general hospital in Shanghai, from January 2015 to December 2019. SPSS 26.0 for Windows was used for data collection and description, Chi-square test were used for statistical analysis of enumeration data, and p < 0.05 was statistically significant. RESULTS: According to the catheter types' data, the use rate of three-way valve catheters decreased from 79.9% to 14.5%, while the use rate of three-way valve solo catheters increased from 12.7% to 51.6%, and the use rate of power injectable and open-ended catheters increased from 7.4% to 33.9%. According to the data of PICC catheterization method, conventional technology decreased significantly from 16.8% to 1.1%, modified Seldinger technique (MST) increased gradually from 26.1% to 51.3%, while ultrasound guided modified Seldinger technique (US and MST) decreased slightly from 57.2% to 47.6%. 7.5% catheter tip ends were malpositioned while nine indwelled PICCs were traced to have tip end malposition. The consultation rate was significantly higher than that before applying MCM led by INSs (x2 = 151.713, p < 0.05). After applying MCM led by INSs, the detection rate of complications was significantly higher than before (x2 = 5.499, p < 0.05), the rate of successful insertion at one time was significantly higher than before (x2 = 187.589, p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: After the application of INSs-led MCM, progresses have been achieved. The nursing quality of patients' PICC was significantly improved than before.

RESUMO

This research explores upside and downside jumps in the dynamic processes of three rates: domestic interest rates, foreign interest rates, and exchange rates. To fill the gap between the asymmetric jump in the currency market and the current models, a correlated asymmetric jump model is proposed to capture the co-movement of the correlated jump risks for the three rates and identify the correlated jump risk premia. The likelihood ratio test results show that the new model performs best in 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month maturities. The in- and out-of-sample test results indicate that the new model can capture more risk factors with relatively small pricing errors. Finally, the risk factors captured by the new model can explain the exchange rate fluctuations for various economic events.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Differentiation of cardiac fibroblasts (CFs) into myofibroblasts is a critical event in the initiation of myocardial fibrosis (MF). Previous studies have shown that arginine vasopressin (AVP) facilitates MF. However, the effects of AVP on CFs-myofibroblasts transformation, and its possible mechanisms are still unknown. METHODS: CFs obtained from neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats were stimulated with AVP in the absence or presence of AVP V1a receptor specific antagonist [d(CH2)5Tyr(Me)]AVP. CFs-myofibroblast transformation was detected by expression of alpha-smooth muscle actin (alpha-SMA) and collagen synthesis. Western bolt and immunofluorescent staining were used to detect expression of alpha-SMA, [H]Proline incorporation was used to detect collagen synthesis. AVP-induced transforming growth factor-beta1 (TGF-beta1) secretion was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. CFs was also stimulated with exogenous TGF-beta1 to find out the required dose to induce CFs-myofibroblast transformation. RESULTS: 10 mol/L AVP increased alpha-SMA expression and collagen synthesis significantly, and this effect was blocked by [d(CH2)5Tyr(Me)]AVP at the concentration of 10 mol/L. Meanwhile, AVP significantly increased TGF-beta1 secretion of CFs in a dose-dependent manner, and this effect was also blocked by 10 mol/L [d(CH2)5Tyr(Me)]AVP. However, the maximum production of biologic active TGF-beta1 induced by AVP is far less than the dose of exogenous TGF-beta1 needed to induce CFs-myofibroblast transformation. CONCLUSIONS: AVP can induce CFs-myofibroblast transformation via its V1a receptor, AVP-induced increase of TGF-beta1 synthesis, which also is mediated by V1a receptor, may play a minor role in the transformation. Inducing differentiation of CFs into myofibroblasts may be a mechanism of AVP contributing to MF.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND:For the patients who have undergone unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, although the surgical effect is clear, there is still a lack of effective quantitative evaluation tools, and it is necessary to further explore the early postoperative gait and stability changes. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the changes in gait and stability before and after unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. METHODS:From May 2021 to May 2022,30 patients aged(63.80±9.31)years who planned to perform unilateral unicompartmental knee arthroplasty in the Department of Joint Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were selected as the unicompartmental knee arthroplasty group.15 healthy elderly patients aged(61.28±8.60)years without a history of hip and knee pain and hip and knee joint dysfunction were recruited as the control group.Hospital for special surgery scores, stability parameters(center of pressure path length,95%confidence ellipse area)and gait parameters(pace, stride length, stride frequency, gait cycle, and the proportion of single support period)were recorded and compared in the control group and unicompartmental knee arthroplasty group before operation,1 and 3 months after operation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)There was no significant difference in the step frequency between the patients 1 month after operation and those before operation in the unicompartmental knee arthroplasty group(P>0.05).The stability of 1 month after operation was worse than that before operation, and other parameters of 1 month after operation were better than those before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Hospital for special surgery score, gait and stability parameters at 3 months after operation were better than those before operation(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group, the pace, stride length, stride frequency, and the proportion of single support period of the unicompartmental knee arthroplasty group were significantly lower before and 3 months after operation.Center of pressure path length,95%confidence ellipse area and gait cycle were greater in the unicompartmental knee arthroplasty group than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(4)It is indicated that gait analysis is an effective means to quantitatively evaluate the rehabilitation status after unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. The early gait recovery after unicompartmental knee arthroplasty is good, but the gait frequency improvement is not obvious and the stability is poor 1 month after the operation.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the detection rates of colorectal cancer (CRC) and polyps by population-based screening in Guangzhou. METHODS: From January 2011 to December 2015, the residents aged 30-79 were selected for CRC screening. The residents were conducted Questionnaires and/or FOBT to assess high-risk groups, the free colonoscopy examination was recommended, and the results were evaluated in detail. RESULTS: There were 98 927 residents involving screening, 5306 high-risk residents identified (males 1859 and females 3447), and 4713 subjects underwent colonoscopy (males 1690 and females 3023). CRC was seen in 55 individuals (males 28 and females 27), and the detection rates in male were higher than in female (P = 0.019). And the detection rates increasing with age, for people over 60 years old, were obviously higher than those younger (x2  = 18.64, P = 0.000924). The polyps were seen in 1458 (30.94%) cases, and 1420 subjects received pathological examination (adenomas 971 and non-adenomatous polyps 449). Advanced adenomas were seen in 462 cases (males 240 and females 222) and 509 cases of non-advanced adenomas (males 255 and females 254). For advanced adenomas, the detection rates in male were higher than female (14.20% vs 7.34%, P = 2.64 × 10-14 ). For the detection rates of adenomas or advanced adenomas by age, the people over 40 years were higher than younger (20.91% vs 3.61% P = 7.87 × 10-6 ; 9.94% vs 2.41%, P = 0.009). CONCLUSIONS: For Guangzhou residents, the detection rates of CRC and adenoma were 1.17% and 20.60%. The detection rates of CRC increasing with age, for people over 60 years old, were obviously higher than those younger. But for people over 40 years, the detection rate of adenoma and advanced adenoma was higher than younger. So for people over 40 years, the CRC screening is recommended.

RESUMO

Important forensic diagnostic indicators of sudden death in coronary atherosclerotic heart dis-ease,such as acute or chronic myocardial ischemic changes, sometimes make it difficult to locate the ischemic site due to the short death process, the lack of tissue reaction time.In some cases, the de-ceased died of sudden death on the first-episode,resulting in difficulty for medical examiners to make an accurate diagnosis. However, clinical studies on coronary instability plaque revealed the key role of coronary spasm and thrombosis caused by their lesions in sudden coronary death process. This paper mainly summarizes the pathological characteristics of unstable coronary plaque based on clinical medi-cal research, including plaque rupture, plaque erosion and calcified nodules,as well as the influencing factors leading to plaque instability, and briefly describes the research progress and technique of the atherosclerotic plaques,in order to improve the study on the mechanism of sudden coronary death and improve the accuracy of the forensic diagnosis of sudden coronary death by diagnosing different patho-logic states of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.

RESUMO

AIM: To observe the visual improvement and anatomical closure of patients with full-thickness macular hole(FTMH)accompanied by lamellar hole-associated epiretinal proliferation(LHEP)after vitrectomy.METHODS: A retrospective study of clinical cases. A total of 28 cases(28 eyes)of patients diagnosed with FTMH in our hospital between January 2018 and January 2022 were included, and they were divided into 12 cases(12 eyes)in the LHEP group and 16 cases(16 eyes)in the non-LHEP group according to the presence or absence of LHEP. All subjects had undergone vitrectomy. The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)before and 1a after operation, hole closure, continuity of ellipsoid zone and external limiting membrane(ELM), intraocular pressure(IOP), and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.RESULTS: Preoperative BCVA(LogMAR)was 0.80±0.17 in the LHEP group and 0.92±0.27 in the non-LHEP group(t=1.406, P=0.172); BCVA at 1a after operation was 0.54±0.14 in the LHEP group and 0.39±0.10 in the non-LHEP group(t=3.399, P=0.002). BCVA at 1a after operation was significantly improved in both groups compared with that before operation(tLHEP group=4.029; PLHEP group=0.001; tnon-LHEP group=7.445, Pnon-LHEP group=0.001); the difference in BCVA(LogMAR)before and after the operation was 0.27±0.16 in the LHEP group and 0.52±0.26 in the non-LHEP group(t=3.153, P=0.002). The hole closed in both groups 1a after the operation, and the closure rate was 100%. The ellipsoid zone closed in 20%(2/12)of patients in the LHEP group and 56%(9/16)in the non-LHEP group(Pellipsoid zone=0.04); the ELM closed in 25%(3/12)of patients in the LHEP group and 69%(11/16)in the non-LHEP group(PELM=0.027). A postoperative transient IOP elevation occurred in 2 eyes of the LHEP group and 3 eyes of the non-LHEP group, respectively. There were no significant cataract or serious complications after the vitrectomy in either group.CONCLUSIONS: Compared with FTMH patients without LHEP, the BCVA improvement after vitrectomy was less in FTMH patients with LHEP. Although their macular hole was closed, the closure rates of ellipsoid zone and ELM were lower, and the duration of continuity interruption was longer, so the prognosis requires further clarification.

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo discuss the diagnostic methods of global developmental delay caused by 10q24.3 heterozygous loss. MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of one child with global developmental delay, and the results of low depth whole-genome copy number variation sequencing (CNVseq) and family whole exome sequencing (WES) of the child and his parents. ResultsThe patient was a 10-month-old male with developmental retardation in four areas, with some special features (ocular hypertelorism, strabismus, flat nose bridge, protruding forehead, cleft palate, high palatal arch, etc.) and hypotonia of limbs. The CNVseq and WES test showed that the patient had new 10q24.3 heterozygosis loss. Because this region contains the gene SUFU associated with basal cell nevus syndrome and the gene CNNM2 associated with hypomagnesemia, seizures, and mental retardation, and the gene TRIM8 associated of Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis with neurodevelopmental syndrome, we speculated that the cause of the disease in the child was highly related to the heterozygosity deletion of SUFU gene and CNNM2 gene and TRIM8 gene. ConclusionGenetic testing should be improved as soon as possible for children with global developmental delay and special facial manifestations, so as to make clear diagnosis and to judge prognosis.

RESUMO

Oral solid dosage(OSD) occupies a key position in the market of Chinese patent medicines and new traditional Chinese medicines. Processing route is the foundation for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine OSDs. On the basis of prescriptions and preparation methods of 1 308 traditional Chinese medicine OSDs recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, we summarized the patterns of processing routes of both modern dosage forms(tablets, granules, and capsules) and traditional dosage forms(pills and powder) and constructed a manufacturing classification system(MCS) based on the processing routes. Based on the MCS, statistical analyses were conducted respectively on medicinal materials, pharmaceutical excipients, extraction solvents in the pretreatment process, crushed medicinal materials, methods of concentration and purification, and methods of drying and granulation, aiming to uncover the process features. The results showed that each dosage form can be prepared via different routes with different processing methods of decoction pieces and raw materials for dosage preparation. The raw materials for dosage form preparation of traditional Chinese medicine OSDs included total extract, semi-extract, and total crushed powder, which accounted for different proportions. The raw materials for traditional dosage forms are mainly decoction pieces powder. Semi-extracts are the main raw materials for tablets and capsules, which account for 64.8% and 56.3%, respectively. Total extracts are the main raw materials for granules, with a proportion of 77.8%. Compared with tablets and capsules, traditional Chinese medicine granules with dissolubility requirements had a larger proportion of water extraction process, a higher proportion of refining process(34.7%), and a lower proportion of crushed medicinal mate-rials in semi-extract granules. There are four ways to add volatile oil to the modern dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine. In addition, some new technologies and processes have been used in concentration, filtration, and granulation processes of traditional Chinese medicine OSDs, and the application of pharmaceutical excipients is diversified. The results of this study are expected to provide reference for the processing route design and upgrading of OSDs for new traditional Chinese medicines.

RESUMO

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the role of latency-associated peptide (LAP)+CD4+T cells in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) immunity. Flow cytometric analysis was performed to detect the proportion of LAP+CD4+ T cells among the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of 30 HBV-infected HCC patients at the pre-operative and post-operative stages, as well as 30 hepatitis B virus (HBV)-infected volunteers as a control group. Furthermore, tumor tissues and peri-tumor tissues from 28 patients with HCC, as well as hepatic tissues from 28 HBV-infected patients with benign lesions were subjected to immunohistochemical analysis with double staining for LAP and CD4, and the average number of the LAP+CD4+T cells in each visual field was quantified. The results indicated that the proportion of LAP+CD4+ T cells in the PBMCs of patients with HCC was significantly higher than that in the control group (1.84±0.85 vs. 0.73±0.39%, P=0.019), while it was significantly reduced after the operation (1.07±0.35, P=0.021), but still slightly, if not significantly, higher compared with that in the control group (P=0.342). Furthermore, the number of LAP+CD4+ T cells per high-magnification microscopic field (magnification, ×400) in the HCC tissues was 11.25±3.00, which was significantly higher than that in the peri-cancer tissues (5.75±1.00) and that in the HBV-infected hepatic tissues around benign lesions (2.61±0.83). In peri-cancer tissues, LAP+CD4+ T cells were also significantly more abundant than in control tissues. Furthermore, in the HCC tissues, LAP+CD4+ T cells were present as clusters in the tumor stroma and closely associated with CD4+ T lymphocytes. By contrast, in the peri-cancer liver tissues and HBV-infected hepatic tissues around benign lesions, LAP+CD4+ T cells were sparsely distributed. LAP+CD4+ T cells have marked inhibitory effects, and in the peripheral blood and tumor tissues of patients with HCC, they have an important role in the suppression of anti-tumor immunity and in the immune evasion of tumor cells.

RESUMO

Objective: To assess the feasibility of endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) in children. Methods: Clinical data and follow-up information of 4 AIS children who received EVT in the Department of Intervention & Hemangioma at the Children's Hospital of the Capital Institute of Pediatrics from December 2020 to June 2021 were collected retrospectively. The vascular recanalization after EVT was assessed by the modified thrombolysis in cerebral infarction (mTICI) score. Efficacy outcomes were assessed with initial and postprocedural Pediatric National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (PedNIHSS) score, and the modified Rankin scale (mRS) score at 3 and 6 months after treatment. Safety assessments included perioperative complications and intracranial hemorrhage post-treatment. Results: A total of 5 EVT treatment were performed on 4 children with AIS, of whom 3 were male. The age of onset was 4.6, 13.8, 7.8, 8.0, 8.9 years, respectively. The time from symptom onset to initiation of EVT was 19.0, 25.0, 22.0, 4.0, 16.5 hours, respectively and all patients achieved successful recanalization of the vessel after EVT (mTICI≥2b). The PedNIHSS score was 39, 14, 25, 39, 24 before treatment and decreased to 8, 1, 12, 39, 5 at discharge. All the procedures were performed with no perioperative complications. Only 1 patient with congenital heart disease had a recurrent AIS with malignant brain oedema and brain hernia. Although the occluded vessels were successfully recanalized, the symptoms were not improved and this patient died after treatment abandonment. The other 3 patients achieved good recovery at 6 months postoperatively. The mRS score of 3 patients was 3, 1, 2 at 3 months after EVT and decreased to 2, 1, 1 at 6 months. Conclusion: EVT treatment may be feasible and safe for pediatric AIS due to large vessel occlusion even when the treatment was initiated 6 hours post stroke, but children with heart disease may have a dismal prognosis.

RESUMO

Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was employed to analyze the chemical components in Curcuma longa tuberous roots(HSYJ), C. longa tuberous roots processed with vinegar(CHSYJ), and rat serum after the administration. The active components of HSYJ and CHSYJ absorbed in serum were identified based on the secondary spectrum of database and literature. The targets of primary dysmenorrhea was screened out from database. The protein-protein interaction network analysis, gene ontology(GO) functional annotation, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis were performed for the common targets shared by the drug active components in serum and primary dysmenorrhea, and the component-target-pathway network was constructed. AutoDock was used to conduct molecular docking between the core components and targets. A total of 44 chemical components were identified from HSYJ and CHSYJ, including 18 absorbed in serum. On the basis of network pharmacology, we identified 8 core components(including procurcumenol, isobutyl p-hydroxybenzoate, ferulic acid, and zedoarondiol) and 10 core targets \[including interleukin-6(IL-6), estrogen receptor 1(ESR1), and prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2(PTGS2)\]. The core targets were mainly distributed in the heart, liver, uterus, and smooth muscle. The molecular docking results showed that the core components were well bound to the core targets, indicating that HSYJ and CHSYJ may exert therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea via estrogen, ovarian steroidogenesis, tumor necrosis factor(TNF), hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1), IL-17 and other signaling pathways. This study clarifies the HSYJ and CHSYJ components absorbed in serum, as well as the corresponding mechanism, providing a reference for further elucidating the therapeutic material basis and clinical application of HSYJ and CHSYJ.
