RESUMO

Objective: To analyze the potential value of paraspinal nerve block (PVB) in percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and to compare it with general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia. Methods: 120 patients undergoing PCNL surgery in Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Sixth People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into PVB anesthesia group, general anesthesia group, and epidural anesthesia group according to different anesthesia methods, with 40 cases in each group. The anesthesia index (anesthesia operation time, anesthetic effect time, anesthesia time), the vital signs (heart rate, mean arterial pressure), postoperative pain [visual analog scale (VAS)], stress response index (cortisol and noradrenaline), the incidence of adverse reactions (nausea and vomiting, lethargy, dizziness, skin itching, bradycardia) were compared among the three groups. Results: The operation time of the anesthesia in the PVB anesthesia group was 5.72±1.25, which was significantly lower than that in the the general (7.95±1.15) and epidural anesthesia groups(8.23±1.43), and the differences were statistically significant (P = .000). The time of onset of anesthesia in the PVB anesthesia group was 6.63±1.87, which was significantly lower than that in the the general (9.84±2.41) and epidural anesthesia groups(10.14±2.89), and the differences were statistically significant (P = .000).The heart rate during percutaneous puncture and intraoperative lithotripsy in the PVB anesthesia group was statistically lower than in the general and epidural anesthesia groups (P < .05). The mean arterial pressure 20 minutes after anesthesia and at the end of operation in the PVB anesthesia group was higher than that in the general anesthesia group, and the mean arterial pressure during percutaneous puncture and intraoperative lithotomy was lower than that in the general anesthesia group (P < .05). The VAS scores of the PVB anesthesia group at 2, 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours after the operation were lower than those of general and epidural anesthesia groups (P < .05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00% (2/40) in the PVB anesthesia group and 35.00% (14/40) in the general anesthesia group, which was lower than that of 27.50% (11/40) in the epidural anesthesia group. (P < .05). Conclusion: The potential value of PVB in PCNL is high is better than that of general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia, anesthesia can shorten operation time and work time, extend the time of anesthesia to maintain, and be helpful to the intraoperative vital signs in patients with stable, mild postoperative pain and stress, low incidence of adverse reactions, efficacy and safety are good, can be introduced.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Maternal parenting self-efficacy plays a critical role in facilitating positive parenting practices and successful adaption to motherhood. The Perceived Maternal Parenting Self-Efficacy Scale (PMPS-E), as a task-specific measure, confirms its psychometric properties in cultural contexts. Compared with other tools, the advantages of the PMPS-E are as follows: (i) specific context or time period during the lifespan of a child, (ii) explicitly assess parenting self-efficacy across a diverse enough range of parenting tasks or activities during the perinatal/postnatal period and (iii) having robust psychometric properties. The aim of this study was to translate and determine the psychometric properties of the PMPS-E among Chinese postpartum women (C-PMPS-E). METHOD: The cross-cultural adaptation process followed Beaton et al.'s intercultural debugging guidelines. A total of 471 women were included to establish the psychometric properties of the C-PMPS-E. Mothers were asked to complete the C-PMPS-E, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) and several demographic questions. The psychometric testing of the C-PMPS-E was established through item analysis, construct validity and internal consistency reliability. RESULTS: Item analysis showed that the critical ratios of all items were greater than 3 between the low-score group and high-score group, and all item-total correlation coefficients were greater than 0.4. The fit indices showed that the original correlated four-factor model of C-PMPS-E was observed to be an excellent fit to the data. The PMPS-E was negatively correlated with the EPDS and GAD-7 demonstrating its discriminant validity. As expected, no significant correlation was found between PMPS-E total or subscale scores and mothers' age. In addition, statistically significant differences for parity were detected for C-PMPS-E total and subscale scores with multipara having higher scores. This was taken as further evidence of the scale known-groups discriminant validity. In terms of internal consistency, the Cronbach's alpha of the C-PMPS-E total scale was 0.950, and subscales ranged from 0.76 to 0.89. Furthermore, a ROC curve analysis was conducted to establish the ability of the C-PMPS-E to distinguish between symptoms of depression and symptoms of anxiety. A cut-off value of 55 was identified that resulted in good specificity and fair sensitivity. CONCLUSION: The C-PMPS-E is a reliable and valid tool to assess maternal parenting self-efficacy in a Chinese context.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Increasing evidence show that women across the world face unacceptable mistreatment during childbirth. Person-centered maternity care is fundamental and essential to quality of healthcare services. The aim of this study was to translate and determine the psychometric properties of the Person-Centered Maternity Care (PCMC) Scale among Chinese postpartum women. METHODS: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 1235 post-partum women in China. The cross-cultural adaptation process followed the Beaton intercultural debugging guidelines. A total of 1235 women were included to establish the psychometric properties of the PCMC. A demographic characteristics form and the PCMC were used for data collection. The psychometric properties of the PCMC were evaluated by examining item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, known-groups discriminant validity, and internal consistency. RESULTS: The number of extracted common factors was limited to three (dignity & respect, communication & autonomy, supportive care), explaining a total variance of 40.8%. Regarding internal consistency, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient and split-half reliability of the full PCMC score were 0.989 and 0.852, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The Chinese version of the PCMC is a reliable and valid tool to assess person-centered care during childbirth in China.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: The optimal treatment for some symptomatic, benign osteopathy lesions is yet to be identified. PURPOSE: To investigate the clinical efficiency of cementoplasty in managing symptomatic, benign osteopathy. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Between June 2006 and January 2020, we retrospectively enrolled 31 patients (10 men, 21 women; mean age = 46.5 ± 16.6 years; age range = 20-85 years), accounting for 34 treatment sites, who underwent percutaneous osteoplasty (14 treatment sites) and percutaneous vertebroplasty (20 treatment sites) with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) or DSA combined with computed tomography (CT). All the participants experienced different degrees of clinical symptoms with benign osteopathy lesions. The technical success of the procedure and occurrence of complications were recorded. Follow-up examinations were conducted to assess the treatment outcome using the MacNab criteria. RESULTS: All the participants had a diagnosis of benign osteopathy lesions before or after the cementoplasty. Surgery was successfully completed in all patients. Cement distributions were diffuse and homogeneous, with the complication of cement leakage occurring in 17.6% (6 of 34) of the lesions. The leakage occurred in the intervertebral disc (n = 1), the intra-articular space (n = 1), and the surrounding soft tissue (n = 4). Analysis of the treatment outcome using the MacNab criteria revealed that all patients showed improvement in their clinical symptoms to some extent and in the quality of life. CONCLUSION: Cementoplasty is an effective treatment for symptomatic, benign osteopathy, with the advantage of favorable clinical outcomes, and low complication rate.

RESUMO

Isoquercitrin is a natural flavonoid quercetin with anti-inflammatory, anti-anaphylactic, antiviral, and anticancer activities. Here, we investigated the effect of isoquercitrin on immunogenic cell death (ICD) of gastric cancer (GC). The effect of isoquercitrin on GC cell lines (AGS and HGC-27) was evaluated using cell counting kit-8 assays, colony formation assays, Annexin V/PI apoptosis detection kit, western blot analysis, JC-1 staining, immunofluorescence assays, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Isoquercitrin at doses greater than 20 µM had significant inhibitory effects on the survival of GC cell lines, including HGC-27, AGS, MKN-45, and SNU-1. Isoquercitrin treatment decreased GC cell colony formation in a dose-dependent manner and induced apoptosis accompanied by downregulation of BCL-2 and upregulation of BAX, cleaved caspase-3, and caspase-12. In addition, isoquercitrin promoted the disruption of mitochondrial membrane potential in GC cells. The GC cell surface levels of calreticulin (CRT) and extracellular levels of CRT, ATP, and HMGB1 were enhanced by treatment with isoquercitrin. The protein levels of HMGB1, HSP70, and HSP90 were upregulated by isoquercitrin in a dose-dependent manner. Moreover, the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress inhibitor 4-phenylbutyrate reversed isoquercitrin-induced ICD in GC cells. Overall, our data suggested that isoquercitrin induces ER stress and ICD in GC cells. Isoquercitrin may be a candidate anticancer drug for the treatment of GC.

RESUMO

Tripartite motif-containing protein 11 (TRIM11) and family with sequence similarity 46B (FAM46B) have been demonstrated to play roles in prostate cancer development, but their function in paclitaxel resistance remains unclear. The role of TRIM11 and FAM46B in paclitaxel resistance in prostate cancer was estimated. The paclitaxel-resistant cells were established with gradually increasing concentrations of paclitaxel in prostate cancer cells. The sensitivity to paclitaxel of established cells was assessed by the value of the median inhibitory concentration in the presence of 0-1000 nM paclitaxel. The expression level of TRIM11 and FAM46B was evaluated by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The proliferation, migration, and invasion of established cells were evaluated by CCK8 and Tran-swell assay. TRIM11 was upregulated in paclitaxel-resistant cells and promoted the proliferation, migration, and invasion of established cells. The significant downregulation of FAM46B was observed in paclitaxel-resistant cells. Although the overexpression of FAM46B suppressed the viability and metastasis of paclitaxel-resistant cells, which was reversed by the upregulation of TRIM11. Both the knockdown of TRIM11 and overexpression of FAM46B could enhance paclitaxel sensitivity of established resistant cells. The promoted effect of FAM46B overexpression was alleviated by the elevation of TRIM11. TRIM11 could improve the sensitivity to paclitaxel of resistant prostate cancer cells via regulating FAM46B.

RESUMO

This study aimed to determine the apoptosis and autophagy-inducing mechanism of atractylodin in human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. The molecular mechanism of anticancer activity of atractylodin was confirmed by assessing the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) level, lipid peroxidation (LPO), antioxidants activity, dual staining, and comet assay. Moreover, cleaved caspases 3, 8, and 9, and signaling proteins, such as p53, Bcl-2, and Bax, phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin(P13K/Akt/mTOR), LC3I and LC3II, and beclin-1 were analyzed. In MCF-7 cells treated with atractylodin, the concentration-dependent toxicity, increased LPO, increased production of ROS, and decreased activity of superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidasewere observed. In MCF-7 cells, atractylodin administration decreased Bcl-2 expression while activating the expression of p53, Bax, cleaved caspase-3, caspase-8, and caspase-9 apoptotic members. Furthermore, atractylodin blocked the P13K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, increased the conversion of LC3I to its lipidated form of LC3II, and increased beclin-1 expression, whereas downregulated the p62 expression in MCF-7 cells. As a result, altering apoptotic and autophagy-related biomarkers, atractylodin triggered apoptosis and autophagy in MCF-7 cells. As a result, atractylodin could be utilized to treat human breast cancer after the proper clinical trial.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: The great economic and social changes have resulted in the prevalence of mental disorder increasing year by year in China. Mental health medical service resources of China are significantly insufficient. The program of Transfer Training for psychiatrist was launched in China in October 2015. Thousands of physicians completed the transfer training and obtained certificates. To date, there is little evidence to identify the status and related factors of clinical competence among scope-of-practice transfer psychiatrists in China. PURPOSE: This study aimed to investigate the status and related factors of clinical competence among scope-of-practice transfer psychiatrists of Sichuan Province, China. PATIENTS AND METHODS: The sample was composed of 291 physicians who certificated the transfer training. Data were collected between September and November 2021, using self-made questionnaire with a total of 22 items to record demographic characteristics, practice status and workplace of participants. Descriptive statistics analysis, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, Spearman rank correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. RESULTS: The clinical competence of participants score was (8.02 ± 1.48). Significant differences were found in clinical competence scores among: the subgroups of practice category, reasons for attending in the transfer training for psychiatrists, whether transfer to/ add mental health practice registration, whether engage in mental / psychological work after training, whether the level of transfer training meeting participants' job needs, whether the level of transfer training meeting their theoretical learning needs, whether the level of transfer training meeting their clinical practice needs, salary change compared with pre-training, whether join in continuing education after training, whether wanted to join in continuing education after training, whether the workplace before training has mental / psychological department, whether the workplace after training has mental / psychological department, institutional nature, institutional level and institutional affiliation. Multiple regression analysis identified that level of transfer training meeting participants' job needs, level of transfer training meeting their clinical practice needs, Whether the workplace before training has mental / psychological department, whether wanted to join in continuing education after training, institutional nature were the contributors of clinical competence. CONCLUSION: The study demonstrated that clinical competence of scope-of-practice transfer psychiatrists needed to be improved. Whether workplace has mental/psychological departments was an important factor of clinical competence. Besides, interest of physicians is another crucial factor for their clinical competence. The continuing education of those psychiatrists may be one effective measure considering their factual working conditions.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a widespread degenerative joint disease characterized by articular cartilage degradation and is the leading cause of physical disability. Noncoding RNAs, especially long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and microRNAs, are involved in the degradation of the chondrocyte extracellular matrix (ECM) in patients with OA. The present study was aimed to investigate the effects of lncRNA and miR-22 on the degradation of the chondrocyte ECM and underlying mechanisms. METHODS: To simulate conditions found in OA, primary cultured chondrocytes were treated with IL-1, TGF-ß, or sb525334. Real-time PCR and Western blot analysis were performed to detect expressions of miR-22, lncRNA-TM1P3, ALK1, MMP13, pSMAD1/5, SMAD1, and pSMAD5. Small interfering RNAs and a miR-22 mimic or inhibitor were utilized to determine lncRNA-TM1P3 knockdown and miR-22 overexpression or inhibition. RESULTS: The lncRNA-TM1P3 significantly upregulated in patients with OA, accompanied by the downregulation of miR-22 and upregulation of pSMAD1/5 and MMP13, which ultimately resulted in the degradation of the chondrocyte ECM in patients with OA. Bioinformatics analysis predicted miR-22 as a target of both lncRNA-TM1P3 and MMP13. The lncRNA-TM1P3 knockdown significantly increased the expression of ALK1, a corresponding increase in ECM degradation was observed by affecting the phosphorylation of SMAD1/5 and the expression of MMP13, which did not affect the expression of ALK1. CONCLUSIONS: These findings demonstrated that the lncRNA-TM1P3/miR-22/TGF-ß signaling/MMP13 axis is involved in the degradation of chondrocyte ECM in patients with OA, which could provide novel therapies for OA treatment.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND Prostate cancer (PCa), accounting for 28% of all male cancer cases, is the second leading cause of cancer-related death among men. NFATc1, belonging to the NFAT family, is overexpressed in PCa and is correlated with the risk of recurrence after radical prostatectomy. MATERIAL AND METHODS In the present study, the expression of NFATc, c-myc, and PKM2 in PCa cells was regulated by lentiviruses and then detected by real-time PCR and Western blot analysis. Further, proliferation, invasion, and migration assays were performed. The glucose consumption and lactate production were assessed by biochemical detection. RESULTS We found that NFATc1 down-regulation significantly suppressed the proliferation and Warburg effect of PCa cells, concurrent with a decrease of c-myc and PKM2 expression. Likewise, the abilities of migration and invasion were also inhibited in NFATc1-silenced PCa cells. In addition, NFATc1 down-regulation-induced inhibition of cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and Warburg effect were counteracted by up-regulation of c-myc or PKM2. The expression of PKM2 was positively regulated by NFATc1 and c-myc expression. CONCLUSIONS These results indicate that NFATc1 down-regulation can suppress the proliferation, Warburg effect, and migration and invasion abilities of PCa cells, probably by regulating c-myc and PKM2 expression. NFATc1 may be a potential therapeutic target for PCa and could be used as a diagnosis or prognosis indicator of PCa.

RESUMO

355 nm pulsed laser is employed to excite pre-resonance forward stimulated Raman scattering (FSRS) of liquid water at ambient temperature. Due to the shockwave induced dynamic high pressure, the obtained Raman spectra begin to exhibit double peaks distribution at 3318 and 3373 cm-1 with the input energy of 17 mJ,which correspond with OH stretching vibration with strong and weak hydrogen (H) bonds. With laser energy rising from 17 to 27 mJ, the Stokes line at 3318 cm-1 shifts to 3255 and 3230 cm-1 because of the high pressure being enlarged. When the energy is up to 32 mJ, only 3373 cm-1 peak exists. The strong and weak H bond exhibit quite different energy dependent behaviors.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND To explore the time-dependent effects of acupuncture on mRNA levels of the apoptotic factors BCL-2 and BAX in a rat cerebral hemorrhage model, slow injection of autologous blood to the caudate nucleus was used to generate the cerebral hemorrhage model. MATERIAL AND METHODS A sham surgery control group, groups with acupuncture applied 3, 9, 24, and 48 hours after model induction, and time-matched model-only control groups were used. In situ hybridization was used to detect BCL-2 and BAX mRNA expression, and semi-quantitative RT-PCR was used to measure the expression. RESULTS The number of BCL-2 and BAX mRNA-positive cells significantly increased during the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage. BCL-2 mRNA was significantly upregulated in acupuncture groups compared to other groups, whereas BAX mRNA levels in the acupuncture groups were lower in the other groups, except for the sham surgery group. Additionally, earlier acupuncture intervention was associated with a lower ratio of expression between the two genes. Changes in BCL-2 and BAX mRNA expression were consistent with changes in the number of cells positive for BCL-2 and BAX mRNA; however, the change in the expression ratio was consistent with the change in the number of cells positive for BCL-2 mRNA, but opposite to the change in the number of cells positive for BAX mRNA. CONCLUSIONS Acupuncture ameliorated changes in expression of apoptotic factors in the brain induced by acute cerebral hemorrhage and may thus protect the brain, with greater efficacy when the delay before acupuncture was minimized.

RESUMO

Absorption, fluorescence spectra of chlorophyll a (Chl-a) and all-trans-ß-carotene (ß-Car) mixing solution are investigated in different polarity and polarizability solvents. The carotenoids regulate the energy flow in photosynthesis by interaction with chlorophyll, leading to an observable reduction of Chl-a fluorescence. The fluorescence red shifts with the increasing solvent polarizability. The energy transfer in the Chl-a and ß-Car system is proposed. The electron transfer should be dominant in quenching Chl-a fluorescence rather than the energy transfer in this system. Polar solvent with large polarizability shows high quenching efficiency. When dissolved in carbon tetrachloride, Chl-a presents red shift of absorption and blue shift of fluorescence spectra with increasing ß-Car concentration, which implies a Chl-a conformational change.

RESUMO

To investigate the vibrational features of nitromethane (NM), which is a kind of energy material and a well known low-sensitivity and high explosive, experiments are performed to obtain the stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) of NM by employing a 532 nm pulsed pump laser. The Raman signal involves two stimulated emissions at 918 and 2,963 cm-1, attributed to the C-N and C-H stretching vibrations, respectively. To overcome the complexity of cross pump in the pure NM, one stimulated Raman radiation is chosen as a pump source to excite the other Raman mode. Two fluorescence dyes were added to selectively enhance each Raman cross section. By internally seeding the Raman gain medium with fluorescent photons, a significant modification in the stimulated Raman scattering spectrum has been observed. The enhanced Stokes emission at 918 cm-1 was able to induce the 2,963 cm-1 vibration mode when the all-trans-ß-carotene was internal seeding in the NM, while the Raman radiation at 2,963 cm-1 was enhanced to excite the C-N mode with the addition of m-Cresol purple. The output energy of both 918 and 2,963 cm-1 under different input energy was also measured to illustrate this result.

RESUMO

Modulating the chlorophyll a (Chl-a) fluorescence by all-trans-ß-Carotene (ß-Car) in the polarity and non-polarity solutions was investigated. The fluorescence intensity of Chl-a decreased as the concentration of ß-Car increased. The excited electronic levels of Chl-a and ß-Car became much closer owing to the solvent effect, which led to the electron transfer between both two molecules. A electron-separated pair Chl(-)·Chl⁺ that is not luminous was formed due to electron transfer. The solution of Chl-a and ß-car in C3H6O was similar to the internal environment of chloroplast. We conclude that the polar solvent is good for the fluorescent modulation in photosystem II.

RESUMO

All-trans-ß-carotene has important functions of light collection and light protection, and it is also an important electrooptical material. The Raman spectra of polyenes are a result of the modulation effect of the π electron energy gap on the vibration of CC bonds, which associate with the external field. So it has higher theoretical significance and practical value to study the molecular structure and properties change under the external field. Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra and resonant Raman spectra of all-trans-ß-carotene in cyclohexanol were measured from 341 to 275 K. The liquid-solid phase transition of the sample appears at 295 K. The characteristic energy describes the conformational change of all-trans-ß-carotene molecule. After the solution phase transition, the characteristic energy ε of all-trans-ß-carotene molecule becomes bigger. And when temperature decreasing, the rate of change of the Huang-Rhys, the wavelength of UV absorption peak, electron-phonon Parameter, RSCSs of the CC bond increase. the Huang-Rhys in solid phase is an order of magnitude higher then liquid phase. The characteristic energy of liquid is 0.206 7 eV. The characteristic energy of liquid is 0.559 6 eV. The increasing of the characteristic energy ε makes the rate of increasing of the effectively conjugated length becomes bigger. The decreasing of the π electric energy gap quickens. The function of moderation from electron energy gap to all-trans-ß-carotene molecule enhances. Electron-phonon Parameter increases. RSCSs of the CC bond substantially increases.

RESUMO

The Visible absorption and Raman spectra of ß-carotene were measured in dimethyl sulfoxide in temperature ranging from 81 to 25 ℃ and in carbon disulfide in pressure range from 0.04 to 0.60 GPa, respectively. The results indicated that the visible absorption and Raman spectra are both red-shifted, Raman scattering cross section increase with the temperature decreasing. And with the pressure increasing, the visible absorption spectra are red-shifted, but the frequency shift towards higher frequencies in the Raman spectra, the Raman scattering cross section decrease unexpectedly. The latter can't be explained by the model of "effective conjugation length" and "coherent weakly damped electron-lattice vibrations". In this paper, we combined electron-vibration coupling rule with theoretical calculations and found that the electron-phonon coupling constant had a certain changing trend with the temperature and pressure variation, which Indicate that the interaction between π-electron and CC bond vibration was essential for this experiment result. Thus, the turning effect of energy gap of the π on CC vibration mode is responsible for such phenomenon.

RESUMO

Raman scattering of the O-H stretching vibration mode inside water, as well as near and at the air-water interface, was investigated by laser-induced breakdown (LIB). An intense and characteristic higher wavenumber Raman shift of the O-H vibration was observed at the air-water interface, which was attributed to the hydrated-electron resonance enhancement of the O-H stretching vibration mode of water hexamer. The hydrated electron in the water hexamer structure was formed by excess electrons injected into the gas-like phase with low hydrogen bond order under LIB. The electron-phonon coupled mechanism was discussed.

RESUMO

Pre-resonance-stimulated Raman scattering (PSRS) from water molecules in the air/water interfacial regions was studied when the laser-induced plasma bubble was generated at the interfaces. A characteristically lower Raman shift of OH-stretching vibrational modes of water molecules at around 3000 cm(-1) (370 meV) was observed, in which the mechanisms were possibly attributed to the strong hydrogen bond in a well-ordered water bilayer structure that was formed on a laser-induced plasma bubble surface. Simultaneously, the PSRS of ice Ih at about 3100 cm(-1) was obtained, which also belonged to the strong hydrogen bond effect in ice Ih structure.

RESUMO

Fermi resonance is a phenomenon of molecular vibrational coupling and energy transfer occurred between different groups of a single molecule or neighboring molecules. Many properties of Fermi resonance under different external fields, the investigation method of Raman spectroscopy as well as the application of Fermi resonance, etc need to be developed and extended further. In this article the research results and development about Fermi resonance obtained by Raman spectral technique were introduced systematically according to our work and the results by other researchers. Especially, the results of the behaviors of intramolecular and intermolecular Fermi resonance of some molecules under some external fields such as molecular field, pressure field and temperature field, etc were investigated and demonstrated in detail according to the Raman spectra obtained by high pressure DAC technique, temperature variation technique as well as the methods we planed originally in our group such as solution concentration variation method and LCOF resonance Raman spectroscopic technique, and some novel properties of Fermi resonance were found firstly. Concretely, (1) Under molecular field. a. The Raman spectra of C5H5 N in CH3 OH and H2O indicates that solvent effect can influence Fermi resonance distinctly; b. The phenomena of the asymmetric movement of the Fermi resonance doublets as well as the fundamental involved is tuned by the Fermi resonance which had not been found by other methods were found firstly by our variation solution concentration method; c. The Fermi resonance properties can be influenced distinctly by the molecular group reorganization induced by the hydrogen bond and anti-hydrogen bond in solution; d. Fermi resonance can occurred between C7 H8 and m-C8H10, and the Fermi resonance properties behave quite differently with the solution concentration; (2) Under pressure field. a. The spectral lines shift towards high wavenumber with increasing pressure, and frequency difference Δ varies with pressure, which induced the change of W; b. The W of νi + ν4 ν3 of CCl4 in C6H6 decreased more quickly in solution than in pure liquid with increasing pressure and the Fermi resonance disappeared ahead of that in pure liquid, which indicates that the phenomenon of Fermi resonance induced by pressure effect can reveal the mechanism of some solvent effects. (3) Under temperature field. a. The Fermi resonance properties of different molecules behave quite differently with temperature. For an instance, the one of CO2 can be influenced distinctly by temperature, while the one of CS2 behaves no change with temperature. This article offers systematic theoretical and experimental support to the investigation of identification and assignment of molecular spectral line, the confirmation of molecular conformation and conformers, the effect of hydrogen bond on molecular structure and properties, etc.
