RESUMO

Cyberbullying is considered a serious health problem that mainly affect adolescents, with different characteristics depending on the role in which they are directly involved. The objective of our research was to analyze the sociodemographic characteristics and psychopathological behaviors among the roles of those involved in cyberbullying (victims, aggressors, bystanders and aggressive victims). The study participants were 280 students aged between 12 and 17 years (61.8% female) from the Region of Murcia, Spain. The Cyberbullying Screening of Bullying among Peers, the Clinical Analysis Questionnaire and a sociodemographic survey were used. Hierarchical regression analysis was used. This study showed that the roles of those directly involved in cyberbullying correlate with psychopathological behaviors. It is a priority to promote prevention programs aimed at improving cyberbullying among students.

Background:Resilience in teachers allows them to face difficult situations to recover from adversity and there are gender differences. Likewise, artificial intelligence and the techniques associated with it have proven to be very useful in predicting educational variables and studying the interconnection between them after COVID-19. That said, the general objective of this research was to predict the levels of resilience in second-ary school teachers through the design of an artificial neural network (ANN). Method: The Brief Resilient Coping Scale, the Maslach Burnout In-ventory and the COVID-19 Stress Questionnaire were administered to 401 secondary school teachers (70.6% female) from schools in southeastern Spain, with a mean age of 44.36 years (SD = 9.38). Results:Differences were found in the configuration of the predictive models of resilience be-tween male and female teachers, with the independent variables contrib-uting to different degrees depending on gender. Conclusions:It is highlighted the usefulness of ANNs in the educational setting and the need to design more adjusted programs.(AU)

The aim of the study was to analyze bullying (target, perpetrator and by stander) in the university environment according to sociodemographic andacademic variables (sex, age, origin, level of education and Faculty). The participants were 765 students (72.9% women) of the University of Murcia, whocompleted the "Questionnaire on harassment among university students" (QAEUin Spanish). The results of the study determined that both men and women were involved in different forms of harassment. Students were more involved asperpetrators between 20 and 24 years of age as compared to those over 30, and undergraduates were more involved than postgraduate students. As target, students aged 20-24 were more involved compared to those above 30 and undergraduate students exceeded postgraduates. However, as by standers, no significant differences were found according to age. The students of Humanities,Social Sciences and Health Sciences obtained higher values in the subscales evaluated. It is highly advisable to promote programs for the prevention of bullying in universities

Social and personal risk behaviours are extending behaviours among adolescents. Drugs abuse and problems in family and school relationships stand out among these behaviours, where bullying is detected, every time more, as a social dysfunction. This paper presents (1) the analysis of some social and personal well being risk behaviour among adolescents (N=1239) secondary school pupils, (612 boys and 627 girls) and (2) a context intervention proposal for a class-group (n=27), where bullying were detected performed by 2 bullies, 2 victims and 1 provoke-victim pupils. Findings point out that, more than one in four pupils shows social and health risk behaviour, such as drugs abuse or drive under alcoholics’ effects. We did not find differences in drugs consume between boys and girls but boys score higher in other risk behaviours. We also observed high relations among risk behaviours, scholar failure and bullying. Analysis for the intact group-class revealed that bully pupils present a high level of scholar failure and perpetrate other delinquent actions and they find support in their friends and family. The intervention proposal for this group is oriented not only for those pupils involved in bullying, but also for all educative agents (AU)
