Breast cancer-related lymphedema is currently one of the most serious complications that most affect the quality of life of women undergoing breast cancer. The aim of this study was to explore in-depth the experience of women who suffer from lymphoedema after breast cancer and how does this condition affect corporeality, with no judgements. For this purpose, a qualitative methodology was followed. In-depth interviews, interviewer's field notes and participants' letters were used for data collection. The participants were twenty Spanish women with lymphoedema after overcome a breast cancer in the past. Healthcare specialists with experience in the topic were also included. Results showed 2 main categories: "From cancer to lymphedema, another disease another disease" and "Potential for transition and transformation towards a new way of life". As a conclusion, the difficulty in accessing adequate treatment, the need for greater awareness of lymphedema and the importance of the emotional and psychological dimension of this chronic disease. Highlighting the attitudes that these women develop for self-care and the concept of new corporeality. After breast cancer, women with lymphedema experience a drastic change that affects all areas of their lives. The adaptation process, and the search for resources and aid, play a fundamental role in overcoming this process.

Androgenic alopecia (AGA) is the most common type of alopecia and its treatments involve drugs that have various adverse effects and are not completely effective. Radiofrequency-based therapies (RF) are an alternative for AGA treatment. Although there is increasing clinical evidence of the effectiveness of RF for alopecia, its effects at the tissue and cellular level have not been studied in detail. The objective of this study was to analyze ex vivo the potential effect of RF currents used in capacitive resistive electrical transfer (CRET) therapy on AGA. Hair follicles (HFs) were donated by patients with AGA and treated with CRET. AGA-HFs were exposed in vitro to intermittent 448 kHz electric current in subthermal conditions. Cell proliferation (Ki67), apoptosis (TUNEL assay), differentiation (ß-catenin), integrity (collagen and MMP9), thickness of the epidermis surrounding HF, proportion of bulge cells and melanoblasts in AGA-HF were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. CRET increased proliferation and decreased death of different populations of AGA-HF cells. In addition, the melanoblasts increased in bulge and the epidermis surrounding the hair follicle thickened. These results support the effectiveness of RF-based therapies for the treatment of alopecia. However, clinical trials are necessary to know the true effectiveness of CRET therapy and other RF therapies for AGA treatment.

BACKGROUND: The aging of the population and the progressive increase in life expectancy in developed countries is leading to a high incidence of cerebrovascular diseases. Several studies have demonstrated that robot-assisted rehabilitation therapies combined with serious games can improve rehabilitation outcomes. Social interaction in the form of multiplayer games has been highlighted as a potential element to increase patient's motivation and exercise intensity, which professionals have described as one of the determining factors in maximizing rehabilitation outcomes. Despite this, it has not been widely studied. Physiological measures have been proven as an objective tool to evaluate patients' experience in robot-assisted rehabilitation environments. However, they have not been used to evaluate patients' experience in multiplayer robot-assisted rehabilitation therapies. The main objective of this study is to analyze whether the interpersonal interaction inherent in a competitive game mode affects the patients' physiological responses in robot-assisted rehabilitation environments. METHODS: A total of 14 patients participated in this study. The results of a competitive game mode were compared with a single-player game mode with different difficulty levels. Exercise intensity and performance were measured through parameters extracted from the game and the information provided by the robotic rehabilitation platforms. The physiological response of patients in each game mode was measured by the heart rate (HR) and the galvanic skin response (GSR). Patients were asked to fill out the IMI and the overall experience questionnaire. RESULTS: The exercise intensity results show that high-difficulty single-player game mode is similar in terms of intensity level to a competitive game mode, based on velocity values, reaction time and questionnaire results. However, the results of the physiological responses of the patients measured by GSR and HR are lower in the case of the competitive mode compared to the high-difficulty single-player game mode, obtaining results similar to those obtained in the low-difficulty single-player game mode. CONCLUSIONS: Patients find the competitive game mode the most fun, which is also the mode they report experiencing the most effort and stress level. However, this subjective evaluation is not in line with the results of physiological responses. This study concludes that interpersonal interaction inherent to a competitive game mode influences patients' physiological responses. This could mean that social interaction is an important factor to consider when interpreting the results obtained from physiological measurements.

It has been assumed that connections between the postparotid terminal branches of the facial nerve are purely motor. However, the nature of their fibers remains unexplored. The aim of this study is to determine whether these connections comprise motor fibers exclusively. In total 17 connections between terminal facial nerve branches were obtained from 13 different facial nerves. Choline acetyltransferase antibody (ChAT) was used to stain the fibers in the connections and determine whether or not all of them were motor. All connections contained ChAT positive and negative fibers. The average number of fibers overall was 287 (84-587) and the average proportion of positive fibers was 63% (37.7%-91.5%). In 29% of the nerves, >75% of the fibers were ChAT+ (strongly positive); in 52.94%, 50%-75% were ChAT+ (intermediately positive); and in 17.65%, <50% were ChAT+ (weakly positive). Fibers traveling inside the postparotid terminal cranial nerve VII branch connections are not exclusively motor.

Hypertrophic scars and keloids are two different manifestations of excessive dermal fibrosis and are caused by an alteration in the normal wound-healing process. Treatment with radiofrequency (RF)-based therapies has proven to be useful in reducing hypertrophic scars. In this study, the effect of one of these radiofrequency therapies, Capacitive Resistive Electrical Transfer Therapy (CRET) on biomarkers of skin fibrosis was investigated. For this, in cultures of human myofibroblasts treated with CRET therapy or sham-treated, proliferation (XTT Assay), apoptosis (TUNEL Assay), and cell migration (Wound Closure Assay) were analyzed. Furthermore, in these cultures the expression and/or localization of extracellular matrix proteins such as α-SMA, Col I, Col III (immunofluorescence), metalloproteinases MMP1 and MMP9, MAP kinase ERK1/2, and the transcription factor NFκB were also investigated (immunoblot). The results have revealed that CRET decreases the expression of extracellular matrix proteins, modifies the expression of the metalloproteinase MMP9, and reduces the activation of NFκB with respect to controls, suggesting that this therapy could be useful for the treatment of fibrotic pathologies.

The aim of the present research was to analyse modifications in the autonomic stress response of Physiotherapy students undergoing a 12-scenario Objective Structured Clinical Evaluation (OSCE). A total of 86 last year students of the Physiotherapy bachelor's degree (27.29 years (SD = 6.66); 36 females and 50 males) randomly assigned were monitored during the complete OSCE to measure heart rate variability (HRV) in temporal, frequency, and non-linear domains. The HRV analysed showed a large anticipatory stress response of students maintained during the entire evaluation. The stress response varied regarding OSCE station complexity and demands and the highest sympathetic response was not found in higher emotional scenarios.The autonomic modulation monitoring allows teachers to design OSCE scenarios more adapted to the students, limiting the effect of the stress response to allow a better performance.

BACKGROUND: We aimed to examine whether using a high fraction of inspired oxygen (FIO2) in the context of an individualised intra- and postoperative open-lung ventilation approach could decrease surgical site infection (SSI) in patients scheduled for abdominal surgery. METHODS: We performed a multicentre, randomised controlled clinical trial in a network of 21 university hospitals from June 6, 2017 to July 19, 2018. Patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly assigned to receive a high (0.80) or conventional (0.3) FIO2 during the intraoperative period and during the first 3 postoperative hours. All patients were mechanically ventilated with an open-lung strategy, which included recruitment manoeuvres and individualised positive end-expiratory pressure for the best respiratory-system compliance, and individualised continuous postoperative airway pressure for adequate peripheral oxyhaemoglobin saturation. The primary outcome was the prevalence of SSI within the first 7 postoperative days. The secondary outcomes were composites of systemic complications, length of intensive care and hospital stay, and 6-month mortality. RESULTS: We enrolled 740 subjects: 371 in the high FIO2 group and 369 in the low FIO2 group. Data from 717 subjects were available for final analysis. The rate of SSI during the first postoperative week did not differ between high (8.9%) and low (9.4%) FIO2 groups (relative risk [RR]: 0.94; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.59-1.50; P=0.90]). Secondary outcomes, such as atelectasis (7.7% vs 9.8%; RR: 0.77; 95% CI: 0.48-1.25; P=0.38) and myocardial ischaemia (0.6% [n=2] vs 0% [n=0]; P=0.47) did not differ between groups. CONCLUSIONS: An oxygenation strategy using high FIO2 compared with conventional FIO2 did not reduce postoperative SSIs in abdominal surgery. No differences in secondary outcomes or adverse events were found. CLINICAL TRIAL REGISTRATION: NCT02776046.

Perineal trauma (PT) may be considered as a very common injury during the childbirth. The incidence of PT was estimated in 30% to 85%, with 60% to 70% requiring suture. The present study was a prospective, single-blinded, randomised, clinical trial carried out from January 2015 to January 2016. For this study, 49 secundigravida women diagnosed with gestational oedema were recruited and randomly divided into two groups (A and B). Group A (n = 30) received the conventional treatment plus perineal massage and group B (n = 19) the conventional treatment plus manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). Visual analogue scale (VAS) and King Health's Questionnaire (KHQ) were performed to assess pain intensity and quality of life-related with urinary incontinence (UI). Pain intensity measurements showed statistically significant differences for a decrease after 30-weeks (P = .037), after 36-weeks (P = .000), and at the end of puerperium (P = .014) for MLD with respect to perineal massage group. Moreover, inter-groups repeated measures ANOVA for the values related statistically significant differences to the interaction of each applied treatment (perineal massage and MLD group, separately) over the pain intensity variable. MLD treatment reduced pain intensity with respect to perineal massage in secundigravida women with gestational oedema from 25-weeks of gestation to the end of puerperium.

The masseteric nerve (MN) and the anterior branch of the obturator nerve (ON) that innervate the transferred gracilis muscle have proved highly efficient for reanimating paralyzed facial muscles when muscle transfer is required. Previous researchers have published the total axonal load for myelinated fibers in both nerves. However, the real motor axonal load has not been established. We performed the study on 20 MN and 13 ON. The segments of the MN and the ON were embedded in paraffin, sectioned at 10 µm, and stained following a standard immunohistochemical procedure using anti-choline acetyltransferase to visualize the motor fibers. The MN has a higher axonal load than the ON. There were statistically significant differences between the axonal load of the proximal segment of the MN and the ON. These findings confirm that end-to-end anastomoses between the MN and the ON should preferably use the proximal segment. However, MN neurotomy should ideally be performed between the proximal and distal segments, preserving innervation to the deep fascicles. Our results show that the MN is ideal as a donor motor nerve for reinnervating transplanted muscle for dynamic reanimation of the paralyzed face. PURPOSE: In neonatal units, the use of peripheral venous catheters is a commonly used technique involving risks and local complications. Catheter duration and viability is limited and may involve multiple insertion attempts. Catheterization was considered successful when there were no local complications and the catheter was removed owing to completion of treatment. The aim of the study was to determine the optimal location and instruments to reduce the number of catheter insertion attempts and to increase time without complications. DESIGN AND METHODS: A cross-sectional descriptive study was undertaken to analyze all the catheters inserted in the neonatal intermediate care unit of Vinalopó University Hospital (Elche, Spain). Between 2013 and 2017 the following variables were collected: sex, age, gestational age, and venipuncture site, as well as catheter type, number of insertion attempts, duration and complications. RESULTS: A total of 929 catheters were analyzed with a mean duration of 46.5 ±â€¯33.9 h, and were removed upon completion of treatment (success 38.3%). The preferred site was the dorsal hand (48.2%) followed by the cubital fossa (20.1%). In both sites the success of the catheter and its duration was higher than the mean (42.4%; 43.9% and 49.4 ±â€¯35.7; 50.3 ±â€¯33.4 h respectively). The most frequent complications were extravasation (47.0%) and phlebitis (5.9%). Just one attempt was needed for 63.8% of cannulations of the dorsal hand, followed by 38.9% in the forearm. No significant differences were found in fixation type, sex, weight, gestational age or infusion type (continuous/intermittent). CONCLUSIONS: The success of the technique is low. The preferred insertion sites with fewer complications, longer duration and fewer attempts were the dorsal hand and cubital fossa. With fewer attempts required for cannulation, better results were achieved on the dorsal hand.

This study has been undertaken in order to describe the bone mass distribution of the dry human radius via dual x-ray absorptiometry (DXA) with a Norland XR-800 densitometer machine. A sample of 39 dry radius bones was used. Two projections were made: antero-posterior and lateral, and five regions of interest were selected. The bone densities and the bone mineral contents of the various regions of the radius in the two projections were compared using Student's t tests for paired samples, with statistically significant differences being found in all of the values, except in the proximal extremity (P Ext). The area of greatest bone mineral content (BMC) was the medial diaphysis (M Diaph), followed by the distal extremity (D Ext), with the lowest value being found in the proximal extremity (P Ext). As for bone mineral density (BMD), a great symmetry is observed if we take the mean point of the longitudinal axis as a reference, with it being distributed from highest to lowest from the central part to the extremities. A correlation study of the BMD and BMC values between the segments themselves and with the total, in both positions, provides us with a high correlation (p ≤ 0.01), with the highest correlation value being found for the proximal diaphysis (P Diaph) region, indicating the heterogeneous nature of the distribution of the radius bone mass. Bone densitometry via DXA is useful in order to establish an overview of the structural construction of the human radius.

Pregnancy and motherhood have been historically considered as reasons why elite sportswomen may end their sport careers. During pregnancy, the safety of both mother and baby has been identified as a key reason for ceasing sport participation. Recent "official" statistics on how many elite athletes are mothers suggest that pregnancy, motherhood, and sport could be no longer mutually exclusive. The aim of this qualitative phenomenological study was to describe the lived pregnancy of Spanish elite sportswomen. Spanish elite sportswomen (n = 20) aged between 18 and 65 years that had been pregnant during their sporting professional career and after the end of their pregnancy had taken up again their professional sporting career for at least one year were included. Data were collected from May 2010 to April 2012 using in-depth personal interviews, investigator's field notes, and extracts from the participants' personal letters. Identified themes included: (1) choosing the right moment; (2) fears and doubts; and (3) justifying physical exercise. By giving voice to these elite Spanish sportswomen, their pregnancy experiences are made visible, which might help to gain a better understanding into their expectations and develop policies and practices focused on elite sportswomen during and after pregnancy.

The aim of the current qualitative phenomenological study was to describe the body experiences during pregnancy among Spanish elite sportswomen. Twenty Spanish sportswomen with the following criteria were included: (1) aged between 18 and 65 years; (2) had been pregnant during their professional sporting career; and (3) after the end of their pregnancy, had returned to their professional sports career for at least 1 year. A qualitative thematic analysis was conducted. Data were collected from May 2010 to April 2012 using in-depth personal interviews, investigator's field notes, and extracts from the participants' personal letters. Identified themes included: (1) a new body; (2) body control; (3) to feel their bodies and communicate with them; and (4) body's beauty ideal. Understanding the meaning of the body experience for elite Spanish sportswomen might provide us with deeper insight into their expectations and might help in the development of training systems focused on them.

The aim of this qualitative phenomenological study was to describe the experiences of maternity among Spanish elite sportswomen. Twenty (n = 20) Spanish elite sportswomen with the following criteria were included: (a) aged 18-65 years; (b) had been pregnant during their sporting professional career; and (c) after the end of their pregnancy they had returned to their professional sporting career for at least one year. A qualitative analysis was conducted. Data were collected using in-depth personal interviews, investigator's field notes, and extracts from the participants' personal letters. Identified themes included: (a) a new identity, with two sub-themes ("mother role" and "being visible"); (b) going back to sport, with three subthemes ("guilt appears," "justifying going back to sport," and "rediscovering sport"); and, (c) reaching a goal, with two subthemes ("balancing mother-sportswoman" and "the challenge of maternity"). Understanding the meaning of maternity for elite Spanish sportswomen might help gain deeper insight into their expectations and develop training systems focused on elite sports women after pregnancy.

BACKGROUND: Currently, finding new therapeutic strategies that reduce skin aging is a challenge for dermatologists and aesthetic doctors. In recent years, physical therapies have been included in the options for antiaging treatments; however, the biological bases of such treatments have scarcely been studied. One of these physical therapies is capacitive-resistive electric transfer (CRET) therapy. Previous studies have shown that subthermal treatment with CRET promotes the proliferation and migration of various cell types involved in skin regeneration, such as human ADSC (stem cells), fibroblasts, or keratinocytes. OBJECTIVE: This study investigates the effects of in vitro treatment with CRET-Std (standard, non-modulated signal) or CRET-Mod (modulated signal) on cell proliferation and migration, markers of aging, and extracellular matrix production. METHODS: Three types of human dermal fibroblasts were used: neonatal fibroblasts (HFn), replicative senescent fibroblasts (HFs), and adult fibroblasts (HFa). The effects of electric stimulation on cell proliferation and migration were studied through XTT and wound closure assays, respectively. The expression of the aging marker ß-galactosidase was assessed using a colorimetric assay, whereas immunoblot, immunofluorescence, and ELISAs were carried out to analyze the expression levels of migration, aging, and extracellular matrix proteins. RESULTS: The treatment with CRET-Std increased HFn and HFa proliferation, as well as migration in the three types of fibroblasts studied compared to those of the controls. Conversely, CRET-Mod did not modify either of these two processes with respect to the controls. Additionally, CRET-Std also reduced the cellular senescence markers ß-gal, vimentin, p53, and p21 in all three types of human skin fibroblasts. In addition, the application of CRET-Std also induced fibronectin production in HFn and was able to stimulate ECM neocollagenesis. CONCLUSION: CRET treatment improves a number of functions related to migration and proliferation, and it reduces age-related cellular changes in human dermal fibroblasts. Therefore, the use of this CRET therapy to reduce the signs of dermal aging and to promote tissue regeneration could be of interest.

INTRODUCTION: The objective of this study is to compare the thickness of the transverse abdominis, internal oblique, external oblique, rectus abdominis, and rectus abdominis distance, the quality of life (SF-36), the presence of chronic pelvic pain (CPPQ-Mohedo), and sexual dysfunction (IIEF) in men who practice CrossFit® versus men who do not. DESIGN, SETTING, PARTICIPANTS, AND MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Sixty-four healthy men with an average age of 37.19 were recruited at a private sports club and divided into two groups for this cross-sectional observational study. Additionally, participants completed the CPPQ-M, IIEF, and SF-36 questionnaires. RESULTS: Significant differences were found in the thickness of the internal oblique at rest (p = 0.018, d = 0.61), which was greater in the CrossFit® group. In the SF-36 quality of life questionnaire (p = 0.05, d = 0.50), the CrossFit® group also obtained a higher score. CONCLUSION: CrossFit® improves the quality of life and self-esteem of the participants, in addition to increasing the thickness of the internal oblique. Neither more chronic pelvic pain nor more erectile dysfunction was observed in the CrossFit® group.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: One of the biggest challenges during neurorehabilitation therapies is finding an appropriate level of therapy intensity for each patient to ensure the recovery of movement of the affected limbs while maintaining motivation. Different studies have proposed adapting the difficulty of exercises based on psychophysiological state, based on success rate, or by modeling the user's skills. However, all studies propose solutions for a single session, requiring a calibration process before using it in each session. We propose a dynamic adaptation method that can be used during different rehabilitation sessions, without the need for recalibration between sessions. METHODS: The adaptation architecture is based on a genetic algorithm that aims to maintain a certain score level and to motivate the user to move. The method has been evaluated with two serious games for five sessions using a rehabilitation robot. A common initial evaluation was made for all the users involved in the study, and the game parameters that best suited each user from the previous session were introduced as the starting point of the next session. In addition, the desired score rate was lowered between sessions to increase the difficulty level. The psychophysiological state of the users was measured based on the Self-Assessment Manikin test, as well as different cardiorespiratory and galvanic skin response signals were analyzed. RESULTS: The adaptation architecture proposed can find those game parameters that maximize the user movement for both games. In one of the games, the score rate set for each session is followed with high fidelity. The degree of personalization in the games increases between sessions as the dispersion of the game parameters grows. The Self-Assessment Manikin test and the physiological signals results would indicate that the psychophysiological state remains equal between sessions despite an increase in game difficulty. CONCLUSIONS: The genetic algorithm-based game adaptation has proven efficacy in maximizing the therapy performance through the sessions without needing recalibration. It also can be concluded that the design of the game influences the adaptation performance. Additionally, adaptive game design facilitated by our method does not significantly impact players' emotional or physiological states.

Introduction: The vaccines developed against COVID-19 have different modes of action, with a primary focus on the spike protein of the virus. Adverse effects following vaccination have been reported, including local and systemic symptoms. Understanding the potential side effects on the urinary tract after vaccination is of importance. Actively investigating and comprehending the potential impact on the urinary tract, we can enhance public health strategies and pave the way for safer and more effective vaccination programs. Methodology: The study was based on an online survey that included the Spanish Version of the Overactive Bladder Symptom Score (OABSS-S); 2,362 men and women replied to the survey. After the application of the exclusion criteria, 1,563 participants were insured. In the context of COVID-19, individuals were questioned regarding several key factors related to their vaccination status and medical history. These factors included the number of vaccine doses received, the specific type of vaccine administered, whether they had previously contracted COVID-19, and the frequency of prior infections, if applicable. Results: A total of 1,563 (74.7% women and 27.3% men) subjects between the ages of 18 and 45 completed the survey and were included in the final analyses. The most frequently administered vaccine type was Pfizer-BioNTech (42.2%), and most subjects received three doses. The proportion of females who received the AstraZeneca vaccine and do not require to urinate during the night is significantly higher compared to males (59.1% vs. 33.3%; p<0.05). The proportion of individuals who urinate five or more times during the night is higher in those who have received a single vaccine dose than in those who have received three doses (2.2% vs. 0.1%; p<0.05). Conclusion: COVID-19 vaccination has been found to impact the lower urinary tract (LUT) and overactive bladder (OAB). Initially, LUT symptoms worsened, and OABSS-S scores increased after the first vaccine dose in individuals under 45 years old. However, symptoms improved after receiving the third and fourth doses. Gender differences were observed in the vaccination effects. Men vaccinated with AstraZeneca reported a higher number of nighttime voids, while women vaccinated with Moderna reported more daytime voids.

INTRODUCTION: The pre-operative planning and intra-operative navigation of the endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) procedure are currently challenged by the aortic deformations that occur due to the insertion of a stiff guidewire. Hence, a fast and accurate predictive tool may help clinicians in the decision-making process and during surgical navigation, potentially reducing the radiations and contrast dose. To this aim, we generated a reduced order model (ROM) trained on parametric finite element simulations of the aortic wall-guidewire interaction. METHOD: A Design of Experiments (DOE) consisting of 300 scenarios was created spanning over seven parameters. Radial basis functions were used to achieve a morphological parametrization of the aortic geometry. The ROM was built using 200 scenarios for training and the remaining 100 for validation. RESULTS: The developed ROM estimated the displacement of aortic nodes with a relative error below 5.5% for all the considered validation cases. From a preliminary analysis, the aortic elasticity, the stiffness of the guidewire and the tortuosity of the cannulated iliac artery proved to be the most influential parameters. CONCLUSIONS: Once built, the ROM provided almost real-time and accurate estimations of the guidewire-induced aortic displacement field, thus potentially being a promising pre- and intra-operative tool for clinicians.

INTRODUCTION: Stress is characterized as a challenging occurrence that triggers a physiological and/or behavioral allostatic response, alongside the demands typically encountered throughout the natural course of life. A sustained state of stress gives rise to secondary effects, including insomnia and neck pain. Also, the risk of musculoskeletal problems in the cervical and lumbar spine can be increased due to a sustained state of stress. The present study main objective is to study the association between orofacial and pelvic floor muscles in women in Spain. METHODOLOGY: An observational, cross-sectional, retrospective analytical study was designed and carried out in the laboratories of the European University of Madrid. Sixty-five participants were recruited with a mean age of 29.9 ± 7.69. Measurements were taken by myotonometry on natural oscillation frequency (Hz), dynamic stiffness (N/m), elasticity (N/m2), mechanical stress relaxation time (ms) and creep, for the following muscles: right and left masseter, right and left temporalis and central fibrous nucleus of the perineum (CFPF). On the other hand, the subjects completed the following questionnaires: perceived stress scale (PSS-14), anxiety scale (STAI), self-reported bruxism questionnaire (CBA), Fonseca Anamnestic Index and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale (PSQI). RESULTS: Significant correlations were found in several parameters between the right temporalis and CFPF (p<0.05). Highlighting the correlation between TMDs and lubrication r = -0.254 (p = 0.041) and bruxism with pain in sexual intercourse r = 0.261 (p = 0.036). CONCLUSION: The results support the proposed hypothesis. To the author's knowledge, this is the first study which relates both locations, and it is suggested to continue with the research and expand the knowledge of it.
