RESUMO

The obligate endosymbiont Wolbachia induces pathogen interference in the primary disease vector Aedes aegypti, facilitating the utilization of Wolbachia-based mosquito control for arbovirus prevention, particularly against dengue virus (DENV). However, the mechanisms underlying Wolbachia-mediated virus blockade have not been fully elucidated. Here, we report that Wolbachia activates the host cytoplasmic miRNA biogenesis pathway to suppress DENV infection. Through the suppression of the long noncoding RNA aae-lnc-2268 by Wolbachia wAlbB, aae-miR-34-3p, a miRNA upregulated by the Wolbachia strains wAlbB and wMelPop, promoted the expression of the antiviral effector defensin and cecropin genes through the Toll pathway regulator MyD88. Notably, anti-DENV resistance induced by Wolbachia can be further enhanced, with the potential to achieve complete virus blockade by increasing the expression of aae-miR-34-3p in Ae. aegypti. Furthermore, the downregulation of aae-miR-34-3p compromised Wolbachia-mediated virus blockade. These findings reveal a novel mechanism by which Wolbachia establishes crosstalk between the cytoplasmic miRNA pathway and the Toll pathway via aae-miR-34-3p to strengthen antiviral immune responses against DENV. Our results will aid in the advancement of Wolbachia for arbovirus control by enhancing its virus-blocking efficiency.

A previously undescribed, heavy-metal-tolerant, motile, Gram-negative bacterium, designated strain SK50-23T, was characterized using a polyphasic approach. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that strain SK50-23T was closely related to Tardiphaga robiniae LMG 26467T and the non-phototrophic 'Rhodopseudomonas boonkerdii' NS23T (98.1 and 97.3 % 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity, respectively). Strain SK50-23T possessed a circular genome of 5.86 Mb, with a DNA G+C content of 61.9 mol%. Digital DNA-DNA hybridization showed 20.8-21.6 % similarity between strain SK50-23T and related species. In addition, the whole-genome average nucleotide identity values between strain SK50-23T and related species ranged from 75.1 to 83.5 %. The major cellular fatty acid identified in strain SK50-23T was C18 : 1ω7c, and the main isoprenoid quinone present was ubiquinone Q-10. Strain SK50-23T could be assigned to the genus Tardiphaga with the species name Tardiphaga alba sp. nov. based on morphological, chemotaxonomic and genome-based taxonomic characteristics, and 16S rRNA gene-based phylogenetic characteristics. The type strain of the proposed novel species is SK50-23T (=NBRC 108825T=CGMCC No. 1.12037T).

As an economical and safer alternative to lithium, zinc (Zn) is promising for realizing new high-performance electrochemical energy storage devices, such as Zn-ion batteries, Zn-ion hybrid capacitors, and Zn-air batteries. Well-designed electrodes are needed to enable efficient Zn electrochemistry for energy storage. Two-dimensional transition metal carbides and nitrides (MXenes) are emerging materials with unique electrical, mechanical, and electrochemical properties and versatile surface chemistry. They are potential material candidates for constructing high-performance electrodes of Zn-based energy storage devices. This review first briefly introduces the working mechanisms of the three Zn-based energy storage devices. Then, the recent progress on the synthesis, chemical functionalization, and structural design of MXene-based electrodes is summarized. Their performance in Zn-based devices is analyzed to establish relations between material properties, electrode structures, and device performance. Last, several research topics are proposed to be addressed for developing practical MXene-based electrodes for Zn-based energy storage devices to enable their commercialization and broad adoption in the near future.

BACKGROUND: Cue exposure therapy is used to treat alcohol dependence. However, its effectiveness is controversial due to the limitations of the clinical treatment setting. Virtual reality technology may improve the therapeutic effect. The aim of this study is to explore whether virtual reality-based cue exposure therapy can reduce the psychological craving and physiological responses of patients with alcohol dependence. METHODS: Forty-four male alcohol-dependent patients were recruited and divided into the study group (n = 23) and the control group (n = 21) according to a random number table. The control group received only conventional clinical treatment for alcohol dependence. The study group received conventional clinical treatment with the addition of VR cue exposure (treatment). The primary outcome was to assess psychological craving and physiological responses to cues of patients before and after treatment. RESULTS: After virtual reality-based cue exposure therapy, the changes in VAS and heart rate before and after cue exposure in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), while the changes in skin conductance and respiration between the study group and the control group were not significantly different (P > 0.05). The changes in VAS and heart rate before and after cue exposure in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), while the changes in skin conductance and respiration were not significantly different from those before treatment (P > 0.05). The changes in VAS, heart rate, skin conductance and respiration before and after cue exposure in the control group were not significantly different from those before treatment (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: Virtual reality-based cue exposure therapy can reduce the psychological craving and part of the physiological responses of alcohol-dependent patients during cue exposure in the short term and may be helpful in the treatment of alcohol dependence. BACKGROUND: Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignancies but the corresponding diagnostic methods are either invasive or limited in specificity and/or sensitivity. This study aimed to develop a urine-based methylation panel for bladder cancer detection by improving published panels and validate performance of the new panel with clinical samples. METHODS: Related researches were reviewed and 19 potential panels were selected. RRBS was performed on a cohort with 45 samples to reassess these panels and a new panel inherited best markers was developed. The new panel was applied with qMSP platform to 33 samples from the RRBS cohort and the results were compared to those of RRBS. Lastly, another larger cohort with 207 samples was used to validate new panel performance with qMSP. RESULTS: Three biomarkers (PCDH17, POU4F2 and PENK) were selected to construct a new panel P3. P3 panel achieved 100% specificity and 71% sensitivity with RRBS in corresponding cohort and then showed a better performance of 100% specificity and 84% sensitivity with qMSP platforms in a balanced cohort. When validated with 207-sample cohort, P3 with qMSP showed a performance of 97% specificity and 87% sensitivity which was modestly improved compared to the panels it derided from. CONCLUSIONS: Overall, the P3 panel achieved relatively high sensitivity and accuracy in bladder cancer detection.

Bladder cancer (BC) is one of the most frequent cancer in the world, and its incidence is rising worldwide, especially in developed countries. Urine metabolomics is a powerful approach to discover potential biomarkers for cancer diagnosis. In this study, we applied an ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) method to profile the metabolites in urine from 29 bladder cancer patients and 15 healthy controls. The differential metabolites were extracted and analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis methods. Together, 19 metabolites were discovered as differently expressed biomarkers in the two groups, which mainly related to the pathways of phenylacetate metabolism, propanoate metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, pyruvate metabolism, arginine and proline metabolism, glycine and serine metabolism, and bile acid biosynthesis. In addition, a subset of 11 metabolites of those 19 ones were further filtered as potential biomarkers for BC diagnosis by using logistic regression model. The results revealed that the area under the curve (AUC) value, sensitivity and specificity of receiving operator characteristic (ROC) curve were 0.983, 95.3% and 100%, respectively, indicating an excellent discrimination power for BC patients from healthy controls. It was the first time to reveal the potential diagnostic markers of BC by metabolomics, and this will provide a new sight for exploring the biomarkers of the other disease in the future work.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common liver cancer that accounts for 90% of cases. Doxorubicin exhibits a broad spectrum of antitumor activity and is one of the most active agents in HCC. WW domain-containing protein 2 (WWP2) is highly expressed in HCC tissues and activates protein kinase B (AKT) signaling pathway to enhance tumor metastasis. However, the role of WWP2 in the glycolysis and antitumor effects of doxorubicin and the epigenetic alterations of WWP2 in HCC remain to be elucidated. The levels of WWP2 and N6-methyladenosine methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3) in clinical samples and cells were investigated. WWP2 were silenced or overexpressed to study the role of WWP2 in regulating cell proliferation, colony formation, and glycolysis. RNA immunoprecipitation was performed to test m6 A levels. Quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot were used to measure mRNA and protein, respectively. WWP2 silencing inhibits cell proliferation, colony formation, and glycolysis, while WWP2 overexpression has the inverse effects via the AKT signaling pathway. Silencing WWP2 enhances doxorubicin's antitumor effect, while WWP2 overexpression suppresses doxorubicin's antitumor effect. Data also support that METTL3 mediates WWP2 m6A modification, and m6A reader, IGF2BP2, binds to the methylated WWP2 to promote the stability of WWP2, leading to upregulation of WWP2. METTL3 mediates WWP2 m6A modification, which can be recognized and bound by IGF2BP2 to increase the stability of WWP2, leading to WWP2 overexpression which inhibits the antitumor effects of doxorubicin through METTL3/WWP2/AKT/glycolysis axis.

Serine/threonine protein kinases (STKs) are important for signal transduction and involved in multiple physiological processes, including cell growth, central metabolism, and sporulation in bacteria. However, the role of STKs in solventogenic clostridia remains unclear. Here, we identified and comprehensively investigated six STK candidates in Clostridium beijerinckii. These STKs were classified into four groups with distinct characteristics via analysis of genetic organizations, prediction of protein domains, and multiple sequence alignment. Cbei0566 is a member of the PrkA family with 41% identity to PrkA from Bacillus subtilis, and both Cbei0666 and Cbei0813 are two-component-like STKs. Cbei1151 and Cbei1929 belong to the Hanks family STKs and consist of a cytoplasmic catalytic domain, a transmembrane region, and extracellular sensor domains. In-frame deletion mutants of cbei0566, cbei0666, cbei1929, and cbei2661 displayed similar cell growth with wild type. Both Δcbei0666 and Δcbei2661 improved acetone-butanol-ethanol (ABE) production by 14.3% (19.2 g/L vs. 16.8 g/L), and the sporulation frequencies of Δcbei0566, Δcbei1929, and Δcbei2661 significantly decreased to 35.5%, 55.1% and 44.8%, respectively. The restored phenotypes after genetic complementation demonstrated their direct link to STKs deletion. Remarkably, overexpressing cbei0566 contributed to 41.5% more spore formation and cbei1929 overexpression enhanced ABE production from 19.3 to 24.2 g/L, along with 25% less acids. These results revealed that Cbei0566 and Cbei1929 had prominent regulatory functions. This study expands the current knowledge of the existence and functions of STKs in prokaryotes and highlights the importance of STK-mediated signaling networks in developing superior strains. KEY POINTS: • First reported serine/threonine protein kinases in solventogenic clostridia • Six STKs with distinct properties possessed diverse functions in C. beijerinckii • Cbei1929 and Cbei0566 remarkably regulated solventogenesis and sporulation.

In the present study, a homogenous polysaccharide (DFPW) was isolated and purified from the dried rhizome of Drynaria fortunei, and its protective effect against osteoporosis was investigated in ovariectomized (OVX) rats. Histological analysis indicated that oral administration of DFPW (100 and 400 mg/kg) for 12 weeks significantly improved trabecular bone mass, as demonstrated by the increase in trabecular area, trabecular thickness and its number in OVX rats. Furthermore, the decline of bone mineral density and bone mineral content including Ca, P and Mg induced by OVX was reversed by the DFPW administration. This function was achieved by the decreased levels of the bone turnover markers, such as serum ALP, urinary deoxypyridinoline (DPD), Ca and P excretions. Besides, DFPW improved biomechanical parameters (maximum load, energy, Young's, modulus and maximum stress) to strengthen the hardness and strength femoral diaphysis in OVX rats. These results strongly suggested that DFPW might be a hopeful alternative therapeutics to treat postmenopausal osteoporosis.

Metal-nitrogen-carbon (M-N-C) single-atom catalysts (SACs) show high catalytic activity for many important chemical reactions. However, an understanding of their intrinsic catalytic activity remains ambiguous because of the lack of well-defined atomic structure control in current M-N-C SACs. Here, we use covalent organic framework SACs with an identical metal coordination environment as model catalysts to elucidate the intrinsic catalytic activity of various metal centers in M-N-C SACs. A pH-universal activity trend is discovered among six 3d transition metals for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) synthesis, with Co having the highest catalytic activity. Using density functional calculations to access a total of 18 metal species, we demonstrate that the difference in the binding energy of O2* and HOOH* intermediates (EO2* - EHOOH*) on single metal centers is a reliable thermodynamic descriptor to predict the catalytic activity of the metal centers. The predicted high activity of Ir centers from the descriptor is further validated experimentally. This work suggests a class of structurally defined model catalysts and clear mechanistic principles for metal centers of M-N-C SACs in H2O2 synthesis, which may be further extendable to other reactions.

BACKGROUND: Accumulating evidence suggests androgen receptor splice variant 7 (AR-V7) may be associated with the prognosis of castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) received novel hormonal therapy while its characteristic and prognosis value in hormonal sensitive prostate cancer is unclear. METHODS: We aimed to evaluate the prognostic role of AR-V7 by progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) in hormonal sensitive prostate cancer (HSPC), and the AR-V7-positive-proportion difference in HSPC and CRPC. A search of PubMed, Embase, and the Web of Science was performed using the keywords prostate cancer, prostate tumor, prostate neoplasm, prostate carcinoma; AR-V7, AR3, androgen receptor splicing variant-7, or androgen receptor-3. Seventeen trials published due December 2019 were enrolled. RESULTS: AR-V7-positive proportion in CRPC was significantly larger than newly diagnosed prostate cancer (PCa) (odds ratio [OR] 7.06, 95% confidence interval [CI] 2.52-19.83, P < 0.001). Subgroup analyses indicated significantly higher AR-V7-positive proportion in CRPC derived from RNA in situ hybridization (OR 65.23, 95% CI 1.34-3171.43, P = 0.04), exosome RNA (OR 3.88, 95% CI 0.98-15.39, P = 0.05) and tissue RNA (OR 10.89, 95% CI 4.13-28.73, P < 0.001). AR-V7-positive patients had a significantly shorter PFS than those who were AR-V7-negative treated with first-line hormonal therapy (hazard ratio [HR] 3.63, 95% CI 1.85-7.10, P < 0.001) and prostatectomy (HR 2.49, 95% CI 1.33-4.64, P = 0.004). OS (HR 5.59, 95% CI 2.89-10.80, P < 0.001) were better in AR-V7-negative than AR-V7-positive HSPC patients treated with first-line hormonal therapy. The limitations of our meta-analysis were differences in study sample size and design, AR-V7 detection assay, and disease characteristics. CONCLUSION: AR-V7-positive proportion was significantly higher in CRPC than that in newly diagnosed PCa. AR-V7 positive HSPC patients portend worse prognosis of first-line hormonal therapy and prostatectomy. Additional studies are warranted to confirm these findings.

BACKGROUND: Lowe syndrome is an X-linked multisystem disorder affecting eyes, nervous system, and kidney. The main causes are mutations in the OCRL gene that encodes a member of the inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase protein family. In this study, we aimed to gain new insights into the consequences of a novel OCRL intronic variant on pre-mRNA splicing as a main cause of Lowe syndrome in a boy. METHODS: After clinical diagnosis of the patient with Lowe syndrome, genetic testing was used to detect the presence of the OCRL variants. In silico analysis, human splicing finder and PyMol were used to predict this variant effect. Then, we analyzed the variant transcript by using a minigene construct in addition to in silico analysis. RESULTS: A hemizygous novel splicing variant in the intron 10 splice donor site of OCRL (c.939 + 3A > C) was identified in a boy with Lowe syndrome. We detected that the splice junction variant leads to aberrant OCRL mRNA splicing which results in the formation of an alternative transcript in which 29 nucleotides of exon 10 were skipped. The findings obtained from the exon-trapping assay were identical to those of in silico analysis. Hence, the truncated OCRL protein may lacked the last 597 native amino acids. CONCLUSIONS: The minigene assays detected the same transcript abnormality to in silico assay and were reliable in revealing the pathogenicity of the intronic variant we have used previously. Overall, this study provides new insights about Lowe syndrome and further reveals the molecular pathogenicity mechanism of the intronic variant disease.

Flexible zinc-air batteries (ZAB) are a promising battery candidate for emerging flexible electronic devices, but the catalysis-based working principle and unique semi-opened structure pose a severe challenge to their overall performance at cold temperature. Herein, we report the first flexible rechargeable ZAB with excellent low-temperature adaptability, based on the innovation of an efficient electrocatalyst to offset the electrochemical performance shrinkage caused by decreased temperature and a highly conductive hydrogel with a polarized terminal group to render the anti-freezing property. The fabricated ZABs show excellent electrochemical performances that outperform those of many aqueous ZABs at room temperature. They also deliver a high capacity of 691 mAh g-1 and an energy density of 798 Wh kg-1 at -20 °C (92.7 % and 87.2 % retention of the room temperature counterparts, respectively), together with excellent flexibility and reverting capability.

Emerging wearable electronics require flexible energy storage devices with high volumetric energy and power densities. Fiber-shaped capacitors (FCs) offer high power densities and excellent flexibility but low energy densities. Zn-ion capacitors have high energy density and other advantages, such as low cost, nontoxicity, reversible Faradaic reaction, and broad operating voltage windows. However, Zn-ion capacitors have not been applied in wearable electronics due to the use of liquid electrolytes. Here, the first quasisolid-state Zn-ion hybrid FC (ZnFC) based on three rationally designed components is demonstrated. First, hydrothermally assembled high surface area and conductive reduced graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite fibers serve as capacitor-type positive electrodes. Second, graphite fibers coated with a uniform Zn layer work as battery-type negative electrodes. Third, a new neutral ZnSO4 -filled polyacrylic acid hydrogel act as the quasisolid-state electrolyte, which offers high ionic conductivity and excellent stretchability. The assembled ZnFC delivers a high energy density of 48.5 mWh cm-3 at a power density of 179.9 mW cm-3 . Further, Zn dendrite formation that commonly happens under high current density is efficiently suppressed on the fiber electrode, leading to superior cycling stability. Multiple ZnFCs are integrated as flexible energy storage units to power wearable devices under different deformation conditions.

Compactness and versatility of fiber-based micro-supercapacitors (FMSCs) make them promising for emerging wearable electronic devices as energy storage solutions. But, increasing the energy storage capacity of microscale fiber electrodes, while retaining their high power density, remains a significant challenge. Here, this issue is addressed by incorporating ultrahigh mass loading of ruthenium oxide (RuO2 ) nanoparticles (up to 42.5 wt%) uniformly on nanocarbon-based microfibers composed largely of holey reduced graphene oxide (HrGO) with a lower amount of single-walled carbon nanotubes as nanospacers. This facile approach involes (1) space-confined hydrothermal assembly of highly porous but 3D interconnected carbon structure, (2) impregnating wet carbon structures with aqueous Ru3+ ions, and (3) anchoring RuO2 nanoparticles on HrGO surfaces. Solid-state FMSCs assembled using those fibers demonstrate a specific volumetric capacitance of 199 F cm-3 at 2 mV s-1 . Fabricated FMSCs also deliver an ultrahigh energy density of 27.3 mWh cm-3 , the highest among those reported for FMSCs to date. Furthermore, integrating 20 pieces of FMSCs with two commercial flexible solar cells as a self-powering energy system, a light-emitting diode panel can be lit up stably. The current work highlights the excellent potential of nano-RuO2 -decorated HrGO composite fibers for constructing micro-supercapacitors with high energy density for wearable electronic devices.

Bromodomain PHD finger transcription factor (BPTF), a ubiquitously expressed ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling factor, is critical for epigenetically regulating DNA accessibility and gene expression. Although BPTF is important for the development of thymocytes, its function in mature T cells remains largely unknown. By specifically deleting BPTF from late double-negative 3/double-negative 4 stage of developing T cells, we found that BPTF was critical for the homeostasis of T cells via a cell-intrinsic manner. In addition, BPTF was essential for the maintenance and function of regulatory T (Treg) cells. Treg cell-specific BPTF deletion led to reduced Foxp3 expression, increased lymphocyte infiltration in the nonlymphoid organs, and a systemic autoimmune syndrome. These findings therefore reveal a vital role for BPTF in T and Treg cell function and immune homeostasis.

Distinguishing and characterizing different landscape patterns have long been the primary concerns of quantitative landscape ecology. Information theory and entropy-related metrics have provided the deepest insights in complex system analysis, and have high relevance in landscape ecology. However, ideal methods to compare different landscape patterns from an entropy view are still lacking. The overall aim of this research is to propose a new form of spatial entropy (Hs) in order to distinguish and characterize different landscape patterns. Hs is an entropy-related index based on information theory, and integrates proximity as a key spatial component into the measurement of spatial diversity. Proximity contains two aspects, i.e., total edge length and distance, and by including both aspects gives richer information about spatial pattern than metrics that only consider one aspect. Thus, Hs provides a novel way to study the spatial structures of landscape patterns where both the edge length and distance relationships are relevant. We compare the performances of Hs and other similar approaches through both simulated and real-life landscape patterns. Results show that Hs is more flexible and objective in distinguishing and characterizing different landscape patterns. We believe that this metric will facilitate the exploration of relationships between landscape patterns and ecological processes.

The role and clinical implication of the WWP2 E3 ubiquitin ligase in liver cancer are poorly understood. In the current study, we investigated the expression level of WWP2 and its functions in cell adhesion, invasion, and migration in liver cancer. We used real-time PCR to detect the expression of WWP2 in liver cancer and adjacent samples from the People's Hospital of Lishui and also analyzed The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) RNA-seq data by bioinformatics. Migration and invasion were detected by transwell analysis. We detected a strong WWP2 expression in tumor tissues of the People's Hospital of Lishui, and the survival rate was significantly higher in patients with lower WWP2-expressing tumors. WWP2 small hairpin RNA (shRNA) lentivirus stably infected cells (shWWP2), Huh7, showed slower growth speed compared with scramble control-infected cells in a xenograft mouse model. Knockdown of WWP2 Huh7 and BEL-7404 cells demonstrated a reduction in adhesion, invasion, and migration. Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) showed that WWP2 is positively correlated to cancer-related pathways including the chemokine signaling pathway. WWP2 also regulated MMP-9, caspase-9, CXCR3, and CCR5 expression in liver cancer cells. In addition, knockdown of CXCR3 and CCR5 significantly inhibited cell proliferation, adhesion, invasion, and migration in Huh7 and BEL-7404 cells. Our data suggest that targeting of WWP2 may be a therapeutic strategy for liver cancer treatment.

A bacterial strain, RS-LYSO-3T, was isolated from tobacco-cultivated soil, collected near Chuxiong, Yunnan province, southwestern China. RS-LYSO-3T could effectively inhibit the invasion of powdery mildew on tobacco. The colonies of RS-LYSO-3T were pale yellow, and its cells were Gram-stain-negative and rod-shaped, with 68 mol% DNA G+C content. Gene sequence analysis for its 16S rRNA gene revealed the highest similarity (97.78 %) with that of Lysobacter spongiicolaKMM 329T. Chemotaxonomic data showed that RS-LYSO-3T possesses a quinone system with Q-8, and iso-C16 : 0, summed feature 9 and iso-C15 : 0 as the predominant fatty acids, all of which support the affiliation of RS-LYSO-3T to the genus Lysobacter. The results of DNA-DNA hybridization, physiological and biochemical tests clearly proved that RS-LYSO-3T is a representative of a novel species of the genus Lysobacter, for which the name Lysobacter erysipheresistens sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is RS-LYSO-3T (=CCIC 23922T=JCM 31042T).

Delimitation of genetic and geographic boundaries between species is a focus of evolutionary biology. In this study, we demonstrated fine-scale differentiation of Takydromus formosanus species complex comprising four insular endemics on Taiwan Island. Phylogeny and ancestral range reconstruction based on mitochondrial DNA sequences of 430 Takydromus lizards (405 lizards of this complex throughout their distribution range, and 25 lizards from 11 other species) indicated that the major branching process occurred within Taiwan, which represented a solid evidence of within-island speciation on this small island. We further demonstrated an exceptional case of a pair of sister species, T. viridipunctatus and T. luyeanus, that were separated by a narrow stream with a width of only 15m. This pattern might be one of the narrowest contact zones ever documented in terrestrial vertebrates. To evaluate the level of genetic introgression between these sister species, a fine-scale collection of another 382 lizards was conducted along a transect line across the stream. A total of 13 microsatellite markers and mtDNA genotyping was used to detect a low proportion of hybrids (5.7-9.9% from STRUCTURE, and 2.3% from DAPC). Our results indicated that the two clades are highly differentiated across this extremely short distance.
