RESUMO

This study aimed to investigate the application effect of tirofiban on percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and its postoperative effect on C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 16 (CXCL16) level and myocardial perfusion. A total of 50 cases of patients diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome and treated in Sunshine Union Hospital (Weifang, China) were included in group A and 30 cases of healthy subjects underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were enrolled in group B. Tirofiban was used in group A patients during PCI. Clinical efficacy evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the efficacy after treatment. The level of CXCL16 in serum before and after treatment was detected by qRT-PCR. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to analyze the value of C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand in diagnosing ACS. Before treatment, CXCL16 level in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (p<0.001). After treatment, patients in TMPG grade 3 in group A were significantly increased (p<0.001). Tirofiban could improve myocardial perfusion in patients with ACS after PCI, reduce adverse events and CXCL16 levels. Serum CXCL16 is expected to be a potential diagnostic and therapeutic predictor of ACS.

RESUMO

By employing nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), we implemented a chemical research on Shuanghuanglian injection (SHLI) and identified 17 components, including eight primary metabolites and nine secondary metabolites. Guided by the approach of network pharmacology, the potential activities were briefly predicted for seven primary metabolites except for formic acid, such as anti-inflammation, antioxidation, and cardiovascular protection. The focused primary metabolites were quantified by a proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) method, which was verified with good linearity and satisfactory precision, repeatability, stability, and accuracy (except for myo-inositol with mean recovery at 135.78%). Based on the successfully established method, seven primary metabolites were effectively quantified with a slight fluctuation in 20 batches of SHLIs. The average total content of these compounds was 6.85 mg/mL, accounting for 24.84% in total solid of SHLI. This research provides an alternative method for analysis of primary metabolites and contributes to the quality control of SHLI.

RESUMO

The present study is to compare and analyze Sargentodora cuneata (oliv) Rehd. etwils herbs, the aqueous, anthraquinone extracts and residue in Jiang Xi and An Hui quickly and undamagedly by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy. In the spectra of DaXueTeng, there are two strong peak areas at about 1400-1620 cm(-1) and 1000-1200 cm(-1), and it was concluded that DaXueTeng contains much glycoside and anthraquinone. Anthraquinone extracts only exhibit strong peaks of 1400-1620 cm(-1) which were stronger than that of 1000-1200 cm(-1), and this illustrated that this method was adapted to extracting anthraquinone; then aqueous only show powerful peaks of 1000-1200 cm(-1), so the authors know that the craftwork was suitable for extracting glycoside; finally, the authors also found that the residue of DaXueTeng contained much calcium oxalate. All of these illustrated that FTIR could not only analyze and identify traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and extract components, but also discriminate contents of different extracts of TCM. The authors developed the new method to analyze and evaluate the DaXueTeng and their pharmacodynamic extracts successfully.

RESUMO

Fourier transform spectroscopy (FTIR) and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy were used to analyze different compatibility forms of sargentgloryvine stem, radix paeoniae rubra and cortex moutan in order to study the FTIR spectra of different proportion formulas. The results indicate that different proportion formulas have distinct change regularity in FTIR spectra, second derivative spectra and synchronous 2D. Key components of sargentgloryvine stem's characteristic absorption band are 1 610, 1 518 and 1 446 cm(-1) which are characteristic absorption band of aromatic material, and in the original formula, that shows stronger peak than others, suggesting that original formula can make the best of composition of drug action. In the different proportion formulas, 1 614 cm(-1) is nearer to 1 610 cm(-1), which is sargentgloryvine stem's characteristic absorption band, than to 1 706 cm(-1), illustrating that sargentgloryvine stem is more influential formula than others. According to identification and ascription of characteristic absorption band, it was initially revealed that different proportion of drug dosage can affect pharmacodynamic action of integral formula.

RESUMO

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of Shuanghuanglian fenzhenji was studied in the present paper by FTIR. The fingerprint characteristics of main components in the injections were assigned and can be used as the criterion in the qualitative quality control. Calibration models by PLS algorithm were built to get the quantitative information of baicalin and chlorogenic acid in the injection samples. The R2 of calibration models are both above 0.99 and the average relative deviations between predicted and actual value measured by HPLC are less than 4% for the both properties. The qualitative and quantitative analysis by FTIR is simple and rapid, so it may provide a new on-line approach to the quality control of main constituent in Shuanghuanglian fenzhenji and some other traditional Chinese medicines.
