RESUMO

With the increasing affluence, the differences in CO2 emission between urban and rural residential sectors are remarkable and show an increasing trend. In case of China, residential sector accounts for a substantial share of the national CO2 emission, bringing greater pressure to achieve the goal of carbon peak. Analyzing the emission inequality trend and its drivers is essential for formulating effective CO2 emission reduction policies. However, the existing literature lacks relevant analysis from the viewpoint of urban-rural disparity. Hence, this study decomposes the CO2 emission inequality of China's urban and rural residential consumption into four factors by combining the Theil index and Kaya decomposition. The results suggest that, in 2005-2020, the per capita CO2 emission of rural residential consumption increased to a higher extent than those of urban households, with large differences in spatial distribution. Decomposition of the per capita CO2 emission inequality for residential sector shows that the primary source is the inequality within the groups, mainly from the urban intra-group inequality. Based on the static decomposition, energy intensity appears as the main factor of urban-rural inequality. The dynamic decomposition shows that there have been differences in the factors of the change in the Theil index between urban and rural areas across sub-periods.

RESUMO

Massive open online courses (MOOC) are free learning courses based on online platforms for higher education, which not only promote the open sharing of learning resources, but also lead to serious information overload. However, there are many courses on MOOCs, and it can be difficult for users to choose courses that match their individual or group preferences. Therefore, a combined weighting based large-scale group decision-making approach is proposed to implement MOOC group recommendations. First, based on the MOOC operation mode, we decompose the course content into three stages, namely pre-class, in-class, and post-class, and then the curriculum-arrangement-movement- performance evaluation framework is constructed. Second, the probabilistic linguistic criteria importance through intercriteria correlation method is employed to obtain the objective weighting of the criterion. Meanwhile, the word embedding model is utilized to vectorize online reviews, and the subjective weighting of the criteria are acquired by calculating the text similarity. The combined weighting then can be obtained by fusing the subjective and objective weighting. Based on this, the PL-MULTIMIIRA approach and Borda rule is employed to rank the alternatives for group recommendation, and an easy-to-use formula for group satisfaction is proposed to evaluate the effect of the proposed method. Furthermore, a case study is conducted to group recommendations for statistical MOOCs. Finally, the robustness and effectiveness of the proposed approach were verified through sensitivity analysis as well as comparative analysis.

RESUMO

Vehicle handling and stability performance and ride comfort is normally assessed through standard field test procedures, which are time consuming and expensive. However, the rapid development of digital technologies in the automotive industry have enabled to properly model and simulate the full-vehicle dynamics, thus drastically reducing design and manufacturing times and costs while enhancing the performance, safety, and longevity of vehicle systems. This paper focus on a computationally efficient multi-objective optimization framework for developing an optimal design of a vehicle steering system, which is carried out by coupling certain computer-aided design tools (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) software. The 3D CAD model of the steering system is made using SolidWorks, the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is modelled using Ansys Workbench, while the multibody kinematic and dynamic is analysed using Adams/Car. They are embedded in a multidisciplinary optimization design framework (modeFrontier) with the aim of determining the optimal hardpoint locations of the suspension and steering systems. This is achieved by minimizing the Ackermann error and toe angle deviations, together with the volume, mass, and maximum stresses of the rack-and-pinion steering mechanism. This enhances the vehicle stability, safety, manoeuvrability, and passengers' comfort, extends the vehicle systems reliability and fatigue life, while reducing the tire wear. The method has been successfully applied to different driving scenarios and vehicle maneuvers to find the optimal Pareto front and analyse the performance and behaviour of the steering system. Results show that the design of the steering system can be significantly improved using this approach.

RESUMO

Introduction: Common prosperity is a major research project in China, and the scientific measurement and evaluation of common prosperity is very important. Methods: In this study, firstly, we construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for the common prosperity level (CPL). We then develop an evaluation model of CPL based on prospect theory, probabilistic linguistic ordered weighted distance measure, and the TOPSIS method, wherein we use a probabilistic linguistic term set (PLTS) to describe the uncertainty and complexity of the assessment process. Above all, we use prospect theory to reflect the preferences of experts to meet the unique needs for the evaluation of common prosperity. Moreover, we apply the proposed evaluation index system and model to evaluate the CPL of Zhejiang Province, China's first common prosperity demonstration zone, as an example to conduct relevant research. The advantages and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the sensitivity and comparative analysis. Results: The findings prove that the application of the new PLTS evaluation framework in CPL assessment is robust. Discussion: We propose specific suggestions for improving the development of common prosperity.

RESUMO

Aczel-Alsina t-norm and t-conorm are a valuable and feasible technique to manage ambiguous and inconsistent information because of their dominant characteristics of broad parameter values. The main theme of this analysis is to explore Aczel-Alsina operational laws in the presence of the complex interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy (CIVIF) set theory. Furthermore, we derive the theory of aggregation frameworks based on Aczel-Alsina operational laws for managing the theory of CIVIF information. The CIVIF Aczel-Alsina weighted averaging (CIVIFAAWA), CIVIF Aczel-Alsina ordered weighted averaging (CIVIFAAOWA), CIVIF Aczel-Alsina hybrid averaging (CIVIFAAHA), CIVIF Aczel-Alsina weighted geometric (CIVIFAAWG), CIVIF Aczel-Alsina ordered weighted geometric (CIVIFAAOWG) and CIVIF Aczel-Alsina hybrid geometric (CIVIFAAHG) operators are proposed, and their well-known properties and particular cases are also detailly derived. Further, we derive the theory of the WASPAS method for CIVIF information and evaluate their positive and negative aspects. Additionally, we demonstrate the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) strategy under the invented works. Finally, we express the supremacy and dominancy of the invented methods with the help of sensitive analysis and geometrical shown of the explored works.

RESUMO

In the face of practical problems such as the increasing demand for shared bicycles and the number of faulty vehicles which are hard to handle and repair in time, shared bicycles operators tend to outsource recycling services to suppliers. To solve the problem of recycling supplier selection, this paper constructs a novel evaluation index system involving the three traditional dimensions and introduces an interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy (IVPF) hybrid weighted decision-making model based on the self-confidence level. Subsequently, the self-confidence IVPF hybrid weighted average geometric operator and self-confidence IVPF ordered hybrid weighted average geometric operator are proposed by integrating the self-confidence level of experts, the superiority of the weighted and geometric average rules. The significant merit of the developed operators is that they can incorporate the self-confidence level of the expert as well as effectively combine the characteristics of the weighted and geometric average mechanism. A multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) framework is then constructed by using the proposed aggregation approach. Finally, on the basis of the established evaluation index system, a case concerning the green recycling supplier selection of shared bicycles is applied to display the superiority and practicability of the presented method.

RESUMO

Background: The sharing and utilization of online users' information has become an important resource for governments to manage COVID-19; however, it also involves the risk of leakage of users' personal information. Online users' sharing decisions regarding personal information and the government's COVID-19 prevention and control decisions influence each other and jointly determine the efficiency of COVID-19 control and prevention. Method: Using the evolutionary game models, this paper examines the behavioral patterns of online users and governments with regard to the sharing and disclosure of COVID-19 information for its prevention and control. Results: This paper deduce the reasons and solutions underlying the contradiction between the privacy risks faced by online users in sharing information and COVID-19 prevention and control efforts. The inconsistency between individual and collective rationality is the root cause of the inefficiency of COVID-19 prevention and control. Conclusions: The reconciliation of privacy protection with COVID-19 prevention and control efficiency can be achieved by providing guidance and incentives to modulate internet users' behavioral expectations.

RESUMO

Under the catalysis of knowledge anxiety and cognitive surplus, knowledge sharing platforms has experienced rapid growth, which has accelerated the integration of knowledge resources online. As with all new successful and sustainable business products, the consumers will play an important role in the future development of online paid knowledge. Therefore, we constructed an extended technological acceptance model by examining factors that influence young Chinese people's willingness to pay for online paid knowledge. The study surveyed 405 young Chinese participants, in which the extended technological acceptance model was tested by using structural equation modeling. Findings indicate that perceived ease of use is positively associated with perceived usefulness and associated attitudes, whereas perceived usefulness and attitude is positively associated with purchase intention. Perceived risk and group conformity are found to indirectly affect consumers' willingness to pay. The study advances the current body of knowledge by empirically testing the impact of perceived risk and the role of cultural influence (group conformity) on purchasing intention. Finally, theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

RESUMO

This paper presents a technique based on the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) distance for the single-valued neutrosophic linguistic (SVNL) technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS). First, the inadequacies of the existing SVNL TOPSIS are analyzed in detail. Second, a SVNL OWA distance (SVNLOWAD) measure is presented, and based on this, a modified TOPSIS, termed the SVNLOWAD-TOPSIS, is developed for multiple attribute decision-making problems with SVNL information. Third, a revised relative coefficient is proposed to rank potential alternatives. Finally, a numerical example concerning green supplier selection in low-carbon supply chains is introduced to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.

RESUMO

The main focus of this paper is to investigate the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) method under intuitionistic linguistic (IL) environment, based on induced aggregation operators and analyze possibilities for its application in low carbon supplier selection. More specifically, a new aggregation operator, called intuitionistic linguistic weighted induced ordered weighted averaging (ILWIOWA), is introduced to facilitate the IL information. Some of its desired properties are explored. A further generalization of the ILWIOWA, called intuitionistic linguistic generalized weighted induced ordered weighted averaging (ILGWIOWA), operator is developed. Furthermore, by employing the proposed operators, a MADM approach based on intuitionistic linguistic information is presented. Finally, an illustrative example concerning low carbon supplier selection and comparative analyses are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed approach.
