ABSTRACT
Primary cutaneous CD30+ lymphoproliferative disorders (PCLPD), lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) and primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (C-ALCL) may be associated between them or with another malignant lymphoproliferative disorders. The clinicopathological distinction between LyP and C-ALCL or LyP type B and mycosis fungoides (MF) can be a great challenge. We present the case of a patient with a previous diagnosis of MF in whom we make the diagnosis of associated LyP and C-ALCL. The use of C030 and MUM l'allowed us to confirm the final diagnosis. We propose the use of intralesional methotrexate as a treatment for the tumorallesions of C-ALCL in our patient.
