Em sua genealogia do poder, o filósofo francês MichelFoucault afirma que os efeitos de sujeição às relações depoder que normalizam as subjetividades também estãopresentes na experiência psicanalítica. É justamentepara encontrar saídas frente às questões colocadas porFoucault que o objetivo deste artigo é refletir acerca datensão presente na prática psicanalítica entre a sujeiçãoe a liberdade das subjetividades.

ABSTRACT

In his genealogy of power, the French philosopherMichel Foucault claims that the effects of the subjectionto the power relations that normalize subjectivities arealso present in the psychoanalytical experience. In orderto find a way out of the dilemmas posed by Foucault,the present paper intends to reflect upon the tensionbetween the subjection and the freedom experiencedby subjectivities within the psychoanalytical practice.
