RESUMEN

Adhesive towards the cells properties of three polypropylene net prostheses (PNP), manufactured by "Espera", with the slots size 1 x 1 mm, 2 x 2 mm, 2 x 4 mm and one specimen (the slot diameter 1 mm) on the oxycellulose background, were tested for prognostication of hernioplasty results, using nonresorbable PNP. The adhesion degree and peculiarities of cellular line, obtained from embryonal kidney of pig, put on the tested nets specimen in conditions of cultivation during 5 - 10 days were estimated, using inverted microscope in regime of phasic contrast. The data obtained witness the lowered cellular adhesion towards PNP "Espera" without oxycellular background. The net processing, using components of extracellular matrix, as well as presence of the oxycellulose fragments, facilitate the PNP ingrowth by connective tissue.

RESUMEN

A new method of sutureless connection of tissues during surgical procedures was developed. Potentialities of the method of electric welding of biological tissues in abdominal surgery are studied. For this purpose an investigation of regeneration processes in the area of using electric welding on the large intestine as well as the liver under conditions of intact tissues and against the background of hyperglycemia and atherosclerosis model was performed.

RESUMEN

The method of experimental simulation of the incomplete external lip-like large bowel fistula creation was elaborated on experimental animals for studying of possibilities forapplication of hyperthermic methods of the fistula channel obliteration and disinfectioning of the neighboring anterior abdominal wall tissues. There were studied up microflora and bacterial seeding of the large bowel contents in the zone of a fistula exit as well as dynamics of changes of inflammatory processes, occurring in tissues of anterior abdominal wall, neighboring the external orifice of a fistula channel.

RESUMEN

Our experience of elaboration and introduction of various synthetic materials proves trustworthily the necessity of conduction of a long-term complex investigations by various scientific centers with the objective of creation and application in Ukrainian surgical practice a medical materials of own production as accessible, safe and qualitative preparations. And more, the Ukraine may implement such programs, taking into account a great scientific-technical power she owes.

RESUMEN

Experimental study of hyperthermal methods usage in spleen-saving surgery are presented. Means of plasmic and thermal flow spleen resection, which were proven to be effective and reliable were developed. Comparative analysis of different method application has shown equatable results for hyperthermal methods and their advantage over sutural and gluing methods.

RESUMEN

The experiment was divided on two stages. On the first stage there was planned elaboration of the hepatic nonparasitic cyst (HNPC) model, on the second--application of various methods of processing of the cyst residual cavity to estimate its eficacy and traumaticity. After elaboration of experimental model of HNPC the white rats were excluded from the experiment on the 3, 7, 14, 21, 60, 90th and 180th day. After conduction of the second stage the animals euthanasia was accomplished.

RESUMEN

A new method of the live biological tissues connection, using thermal energy of a high-temperature argon plasma, constituting perspective trend of application of a new nonsuture methods of the tissues connection, original for the world practice, was elaborated in the Department of Experimental Surgery together with the Institute of welding named after Academician E. O. Paton NAS of Ukraine. The argon-plasma welding application secure safe adhesion of the connecting surfaces formation due to the protein complexes temperature denaturation occurrence. The absence of foreign bodies in the connection zone as well as the presence of the plasma flow bacterocidal properties secure, while application of this new method, a significant lowering of a bacterial soiling of the formatted anastomoses, not interfering with the tissue natural regeneration process course.

RESUMEN

The plasm welding of the gut organs--perspective trend, which permits to increase the surgeon possibilities in performance of operative intervention. The results of operations, performed on large intestine and stomach, trusts, that it is possible to apply the streams of the high temperature gas plasm for the tissues dissection and connection. There are such advantages of the method, as the operation time shortage, simplicity in manipulating "Plasmomed" apparatus, absence of foreign bodies in the connection zone, high degree of hemostasis achieved. After the operation there was observed rapid restoration of the main structure elements in the large intestine and stomach wall, localized in the plasm welding zone. There was elaborated and tested a new method of the living tissues welding, and the processes, occurring in tissues within the plasm welding application zone, were studied up.

RESUMEN

Sulphonation and further treatment with geomycine of surgical plastic articles (arterial prostheses, surgical threads) allowed to receive materials with prolongated surface antibacterial activity. The results of experiments on 200 animals proved the modified threads and prostheses to protect the bacteriostatic effect in surgical wounds within 2 to 10 days' period. The healing of implants was uncomplicated. The high antibacterial activity of these materials (500-1000 bacteriostatic doses) stands the radiosterilization and normal keeping conditions.

RESUMEN

In experiment on pigs, rabbits and white rats there was examined method of electric welding (electrothermoadhesion) of live tissues--intestine, stomach, gallbladder and bladder, peritoneum, elements of mesentery, liver, spleen. We distinguish among "welding" of the hollow organs wall with restoration of their passability and "overwelding" of masses of the tissues with production of coagulational furrow, along which resection of necessary parts is executed. According to data of morphological investigations obtained the security of the method was established. Peculiarities of welding suture of tissues were studied. The method is introducing in the clinical practice actively due to its simplicity and safety in sutureless connection of tissues.

RESUMEN

Application of the welding method for biological tissues in hepatobiliary surgery was experimentally substantiated. In 14 pigs (25-30 kg body mass) resection of one hepatic lobe, using electric welding method, was done. In control group (4 pigs) the similar operative intervention was accomplished, using conventional method. Application of the electric welding method guarantees secure hemostasis and cholestasis, do not causes specific pathological changes in the adjacent region of affection tissues, speed of restoration of the structures damaged exceeds such in application of the suturing method.

RESUMEN

The testing of a new nonsuture electrothermic method of biliary system tissues connection was conducted in laboratory animals--rabbits and pigs. Reactions of tissues and cells in zone of electric influence and the gallbladder suture, remote reactive changes in the operation zone were studied up. In application of the proposed method of the regeneration processes inhibition and specific pathological changes in surrounding tissues were not noted, speed of the damage structure restoration was comparable with such in the tissues connection using suture materials.
