Various dietary supplements are used as prevention, and in some cases treatment, of a large number of pathological processes in the human body. The purchase of such dietary supplements on various online platforms, including marketplaces, as evidenced by the results of monitoring the Russian online market for 2021-2022, turned out to be the riskiest for human life and health: the components actually contained do not correspond to the declared ones, the presence of Dietary supplement of prohibited substances, lack of a state registration certificate, the presence of which confirms the safety of such dietary supplement for use. The listed violations in the conditions of complete lack of control during the sale of dietary supplements on marketplaces confirm the danger to health, and in some cases, to human life. Uncontrolled use of such products can lead to serious side effects and complications: allergic reactions, kidney failure, liver failure, complications from the gastrointestinal tract, nervous system and genitourinary tract. In this regard, issues related to ensuring the safety of human health and life in the event of their purchasing dietary supplements on marketplaces are relevant. The analysis carried out in the study confirmed the existence of a problem of unreliable declaration of imported dietary supplements on marketplaces by participants in foreign economic activity. In this regard, this article examines the requirements of technical regulations that must be observed when importing dietary supplements into the territory of the EAEU, studies in detail the issue of the possibility of selling imported dietary supplements on marketplaces, and formulates appropriate conclusions and recommendations for eliminating identified problems, which will eliminate possible sales of low-quality products on the marketplace. and prohibited products and identify sellers selling dietary supplements with violations.

The interest of population to biologically active additives drastically increased both due to consequences of the COVID-19 corona-virus infection and dynamic development of online trade and active propaganda of healthy lifestyle through mass media. Such production contains in its compound substances that are necessary for maintaining normal vital activity of organism and increasing human immunity. In other cases it can be used as additional and auxiliary agent of treatment of various diseases. In Russia, biologically active additives can be sold through three channels: pharmacies, on-line market and network marketing. In Russia, the results of monitoring of on-line market in 2021-2022 testifies that purchasing of such biologically active additives at on-line platforms turned out to be the riskiest action for human life and health. The biologically active additives were sold at on-line market with serious violations that confirms their danger to health and in some cases for human life. The study demonstrated that nowadays there is no clear-cut legal regulation of turn-over of imported biologically active additives at on-line market. The article presents detailed analysis of normative legal field that regulates in Russia on-line trade of imported biologically active additives and relevant conclusions and recommendations.

Radiation materials pose a serious danger to human life and health, especially for personnel who interact with such materials in the performance of their duties. The effect on the human body of ionizing radiation that emits radiation material manifests itself in the form of «radiation sickness¼, when all human organs are affected, and radioactive rays can cause gene mutations that can be inherited in the form of deformities or serious diseases. For this reason, it is very important to ask whether the radiation safety of officials of customs authorities is ensured at a sufficient level, who, when carrying out customs control of such materials, endanger their lives and health. The analysis carried out in the study testifies to the disparity in the requirements and established rules for ensuring the safety and protection of the health of customs officials working with radioactive materials. In this regard, this article studied the risks of the negative impact of radiation materials on the health of a customs inspector during customs control, studied in detail the process of organizing the work of group «A¼ personnel who have access to work with such materials, and formulated appropriate conclusions and recommendations for eliminating imperfections in ensuring the radiation safety of customs officials from the harmful effects of radioactive materials in order to protect the life and health of the inspector from the radiation threat in the performance of his duties.

The use of various harmful substances for fumigation and preservation of goods during their transportation in containers to preserve it for longer time are widely used in sea transportations. In the context of increasing demand for carriage of goods in containers by sea, issue of customs officials safety, who are, as part of their duty customs inspection, the first to open container treated with fumigants, is becoming increasingly relevant. The results of analysis established absence of clear legal regulation of issues related to ensuring security of customs officials authorized to conduct customs inspections, both at international and national levels. In this regard, detailed analysis of main fumigants that customs inspector may encounter in his professional work is presented in this article. The risks of negative effect of fumigants on inspector health are studied and appropriate conclusions and recommendations regarding the legal and technical regulation of this question are formulated.

The social support of customs officials is one of the most important factors stimulating recruitment of qualified specialists in customs authorities and keeping qualified specialists in service. One of the main directions of development of social sphere of customs services in the Russian Federation is medical and sanitaria and health resort support of customs officials to protect their life and health. The priority development of social sphere of customs service of the Russian Federation is implementing by expanding network of departmental medical and sanitaria and health resort institutions in regional and large industrial centers through acquisition of new facilities and reconstruction and modernization of existing ones. The article considers categories of customs officials and procedure of applying medical and sanitaria and health resort measures. The official activity of each of categories of customs personnel is regulated by different Federal laws. Therefore, there are differences in standards of provision of social medical care and health protection. The results of analysis testify absence of separate normative legal document regulating provision of medical support of federal state civil employees. The medical insurance is guaranteed to all civil employees and these guarantees are fixed both in current legislation and contract in the form of essential condition. Therefore, right to health protection is provided mainly through compulsory medical insurance of citizens. It is proposed to develop and approve Federal law on provision of specialized types of medical insurance and an expanded list of medical services for state civil employees.

In the conditions of duration of passages of foreign-going vessels, the issue of procurement of medications needed by individual crew members within the framework of personal prescriptions issued on the territory of the Russian Federation, related to administration of therapeutic treatment. In conditions of coronavirus pandemic, this issue has become particularly acute, since it has become problematic to estimate the exact time of passages because of complicated regime of changing crews in foreign states. The analysis testifies absence of unified system permitting to implement information interaction in electronic mode to apply interaction between pharmacists, physicians, patients and insurance companies. Thus, the formulated recommendations will permit hereinafter international exchange of digital prescriptions without current difficulties that will simplify process of replenishing the ship's medicine chest with individual medications assigned to crew members. Moreover, the information about the need of selling medications of long-term use needed by particular crew member will be quickly displayed on the territory of country of sojourn.

Today, the presence of specifics in the organization of the work of sea cargo, fishing and passenger ships is indisputable, which affects the difficulties in providing qualified timely medical care in case of need. This issue is especially urgent in the context of the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The article carried out a detailed analysis of the regulatory framework governing the formation of the list of ship's first aid kit and formulated the appropriate conclusions and recommendations. In addition, the article developed recommendations for supplementing the ship's list with drugs necessary for the treatment of COVID-19.

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the issue of protecting the vital functions of crew members on ship's board in conditions of a long voyage and stay in a confined space is urgent. In addition, excluding cases of infection with a new coronavirus infection, one must not forget about the readiness to provide first and subsequent medical assistance in case of urgent need to any crew member, and this can sometimes be done only by using drugs containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in treatment or medical care. The analysis carried out indicates that there is no normative legal regulation of the composition of a first-aid kit in the Russian Federation, and many of the available international documents are for the most part advisory in nature. In this regard, the article carried out a detailed analysis of the regulatory framework governing the procedure for providing ships for overseas navigation with drugs, including those containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, to protect the health of crew members of sea vessels in the context of the spread of COVID-19 and formulated the appropriate conclusions and recommendations.

The current state of the Russian pharmaceutical market, its potential and development trends are significant for the state. The medical industry is strategically important, requiring efforts in its maintenance and development, which is reduced to reducing dependence on imported goods and origin. But at the same time, full import substitution in this industry is out of the question. In the context of global globalization and the current state of Affairs, the exchange of experience and medicines as its results is extremely important and relevant. Compliance with customs legislation when importing goods to the territory of the EEU is a fundamental principle of foreign economic activity, including medicines. The article analyzes the procedure for moving medicines, taking into account legislative innovations.
