RESUMEN
Proarrhythmogenic and antiarrhythmic effects of drugs for neuroleptanalgesia (NLA), ataralgesic (ATA) and antidepranalgesia (ADA) in chronic experiments on sleepless rabbits with acute myocardial infarction, with and without tachyarrhythmias, were studied using ECG, intraventricular electromanometry and tetropolar rheography. NLA (phentanylum, 1 microg/kg + droperidol, 5 microg/kg), ADA (pyrazidole, 1 mg/kg + tramal, 1 mg/kg) and ATA (diazepam, 1 mg/kg + promedol 0.5 mg/kg) produce antiarrhythmic effect with maximum manifestation of NLA on the 3rd day, and of ATA and ADA on 3-5th day. This medication increased blood supply and contractility of ischemic myocardium. Proarrhythmogenic effects of this medication were not observed.

The effects of neuroleptoanalgetics on the local heart blood supply and general hemodynamics were studied in acute coronary occlusion. It was noted that droperidol, phentanyl and their combination are capable of raising the collateral coronary circulation and of maximal acceleration of the blood flow in the aorta under moderate hypotension. Administration of the increased doses of droperidol and phentanyl had an adverse effect on the blood supply of an acutely ischemized myocardium, general hemodynamics and heart contractility.

In acute experiments on cats, the effect of nitroglycerin (0,5 mg/kg), obsidan (0,5 mg/kg) and adrenaline (0,005 mg/kg) on the contractility of various segments of the myocardium in acute ischemia state was studied. It is shown that nitroglycerin increases the contractility of the border zone and decreases the compensatory hyperfunction of intact myocardial zones. Obsidan reduces the contractility of all the zones and adrenaline suppresses the border zone contractility despite the marked growth of contractile function of the intact zones and of the heart on the whole. The central-ischemic myocardial zone responded weakly to drug action.

The authors studied the effects of neuroleptoanalgetics on the myocardial ischemia threshold in conscious rabbits. Droperidol and talamonal were capable of raising the myocardial tolerance to ischemia. However, the myocardial tolerance to ischemia diminished as the drug doses were raised. The narcotic analgetic phentanyl (0.1 microgram/kg) did not change the myocardial ischemia threshold. The tendency toward the lowering of the myocardial tolerance to ischemia was noted after administration of higher doses of phentanyl.
