RESUMEN
Results of 20 patients with a recurrent goiter (RG) surgery were analyzed. All patients were from 37 to 73 years old. One-sided RG was in 6 patients, bilateral RG - in 14. With the purpose of specific intraoperation complications prevention the original method of final hemi- or thyroidectomy was developed. The observance of algorithm of actions during an operation concerning RG allows to prevent the damage of recur- rent laryngeal nerve and parathyroid glands.

The comparative analysis of results of surgical treatment of 82 patients with acute cholecystitis, which made "early" (ELCE) or "planned" (PLCE) laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LCE) in the surgical department for the period from 2012 to 2014. The analysis showed that LCE can be set in any time from the beginning of acute cholecystitis. However, priority should be given ELCE, providing significant reduction in duration of treatment of patients in hospitals and is more cost effective.

Through three-years period 57 patients, suffering gastro-intestinal hemorrhage (GIH) of the ulcer genesis, were treated in the clinic. Among them were 37 (64.9%) men and 20 (35.1%) women. The patients have had (56.3 +/- 4.7) yrs old at average. The treatment programm for the patients have included a local arrest of GIH, medicinal therapy, directed on restoration of the circulating blood volume, gastric secretion inhibition, rising of the blood coagulation property. In cases of a middle and severe blood loss the blood preparations were transfused--the erythrocytic mass and freshly frozen plasm. Three patients were operated in the high period of GIH. The GIH recurrence was absent. In 7 - 8 days, if a persistent hemostasis was achieved, the patients were transferred to therapeutic department for the conservative therapy prolongation.

The results of treatment of 468 patients, suffering goiter, were analyzed. Surgical access and the operative intervention volume was chosen on background of analysis of the patients preoperative and intraoperative examination data. Extrafascial method of surgical intervention guarantees the blood loss absence and radicality of the operation, as well as reduction of postoperative complications rate. All the patients after the operation are alive.

In a modern professional literature the diseases, which undoubtedly threaten the patient's health and life, are called an urgent, special, emergent, fixed-date, etc. Not rare these terms are used simultaneously. Such a plurality of names of a quite dangerous state causes sometimes in these conditions uncertainty to seek help of a specialists and loss of a time. Modern dictionaries of a foreign languages words, of a foreign languages words in Ukrainian language, medical, big explanatory dictionary of a modern Ukrainian language definitely explains, that these terms are synonyms. All of them mean unconditional, timing. And every expression may be used in this context. The above mentioned suggestions and thoughts do not promote a secure fixing in the citizens consciousness the undoubtedness, the disease consequences danger, a threat to health and life. To deposit this in their awareness it is possible not by amorphous depiction, but using a singular, brief, firm term - an urgent.

In a vascular surgery clinic there were treated 148 patients, suffering ascending thrombophlebitis--varicothrombophlebitis, in 2009-2010 yrs. Varicose diseases have lasted from 7 to 32 years. Among instrumental methods of investigation there was used ultrasound color angioscanning for diagnosis of varicothrombophlebitis. Flotating thrombus was revealed in 7 (4.7%), juxtawall one--in 73 (49.4%) and the occlusive one--in 68 (45.9%) patients. There were operated on 130 (87.8%) patients, including those in emergency--119 (91.5%). Radical operation was performed in 107 (82.3%) patients.
