In order to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals and ensure the safety and health of the people, it is important toachieve full traceability and refined management of high-value consumables throughout their entire life cycle.The author designed and implemented a refined management of high-value consumables in orthopedics based on one item, one code. In the closed-loop management process, hospital staff labelled high value orthopedic consumables, achieving the integration of disinfection traceability code, product qualification certificate, and billing traceability code; Three parties, including the chief surgeon, circulating nurse, and handwashing nurse, should sign and confirm the code, ensuring that the item code could not be separated; And real-time intraoperative billing, postoperative counting, and case tracking were used. At the same time, the design utilized a hospital consignment warehouse. The comprehensive promotion of this practice by the hospital saved costs, improved the overall efficiency of the entire business process of orthopedic high-value consumables, and met the requirements of relevant policy supervision and hospital refined management.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of SVF-gel transplantation combined with double eyelid operation for upper eyelid depression.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019, the Cosmetic Surgery Department of Henan Plastic Surgery Hospital treated 58 famale patients with sunken single eyelid and double eyelid, they aged 24-53, and the average age was (35±7) years old. A total of 58 patients with sunken upper eyelid were divided into two groups: SVF-gel group (study group) and traditional autologous fat (Coleman fat) group (control group), 29 cases in each group. Before the operation, patients in the study group were injected with SVF-gel, while those in the control group were injected with Coleman fat. After filling the fat, the traditional double eyelid line was designed in both groups.Results:Three months after operation, the patients in the study group and the patients in the control group had same survival rate of fat filling: the satisfactory rate of fat filling and the effect of double eyelid were 93.10% and 89.66% in the study group, respectively, while 82.76% and 82.76% in the control group.In the control group, there were 4, 1 and 3 cases of gross appearance, tubercle and unevenness respectively, while in the study group, there were no postoperative complications.Conclusions:SVF-gel is superior to traditional structural fat in the double eyelid surgery of upper eyelid sunken type. The patients are satisfied with the surgery and the clinical effect is good.

The authors introduced the establishment and practice of a whole-process medical service system, which is shared by multiple campuses of Tongji Hospital in Wuhan during the COVID-19 outbreak. The hospital made full use of new technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence to accomplish the shift of traditional information management system, electronic medical record system and integrated platform to " cloud" platform, and initially formed an integrated and intelligent Internet medical service mode featuring whole-process medical service for patients in three campuses of the hospital.

Objective@#Through the anatomy study of the premasseter space, further improved the anatomic knowledge of the premasseter space and explored its application in rhytidectomy, in order to reduce the risk of facial nerve injury. To further improve the anatomic knowledge of the premasseter space and to determine its application in rhytidectomy.@*Methods@#The anatomy of the premasseter region was investigated in 12 fresh cadaver (24 hemi-faces) dissections; 810 patients of SMAS rhytidectomy procedures were observed.@*Results@#①There were several soft tissue spaces superficial to the masseter muscle, and the boundaries were strengthened by retaining ligaments. Adjacent spaces were separated by numerous weak fiber membranes connecting the SMAS and masseter fascia. ②The space was further divided into two parts; one part was located under the platysma and another part was under the aponeurosis of SMAS. The former part was easier to identify and dissect.③The relaxation, expansion, and sliding of the space is an important reason in the face sags with aging, which is referred to as the layered ptosis theory.@*Conclusions@#The soft tissue space superficial to the masseter muscle have two different characteristics. The different nature of the two parts of the space can easily mislead dissection to the wrong layer, which is the important anatomical factors for the risk of facial nerve damage in rhytidectomy. The layered ptosis theory seem to better explain the process of aging.The primary treatment of aged face was facial space dissection and tighten.

The cyclodialysis cleft is a rare disease characterized by ocular hypotony and vision loss.Gonioscopy,ultrasound biomicroscopy and anterior segment optical coherence tomography are used to evaluate the cleft before treatment.The evaluation of cyclodialysis clefts provide a basis for the selection of treatment and the evaluation of effect.Current popular therapeutic approaches for cyclodialysis clefts include medical management,laser photocoagulation,transscleral diathermy,cryotherapy,cyclopexy and so on.Medical treatment is effective in small-size cyclodialysis cleft.But the indications and course of medical treatment remains controversial.Although laser photocoagulation,transscleral diathermy and cryotherapy are effective to treat cyclodialysis clefts in some cases,there are some risks,such as ocular damage,uncertainty about the effect and so on.Cyclopexy is the principal method for cyclodialysis clefts that failed to respond to conservative management,including extraocular cyclopexy,intraocular cyclopexy and cyclopexy under endoscopic.The modified cyclopexy is effective which reduces the surgical risk.For keeping the lens,intraocular cyclopexy and cyclopexy under endoscopic are not suitable.Vitrectomy combined with other method for cyclodialysis is effective for cyclodialysis clefts which combined with serious posterior segment damage.

Objective To study the effect of three kinds of reagent: ethrel, Aspirin, tryptophan on the accumulation of medicinal component in Catharanthus roseus leaves. Methods To treat these potplants of C. roseus in green house with the three reagents in different concentrations, respectively. Then, two days later, the contents of catharanthine and vinblastine in leaves were determined by RP-HPLC. Results The three reagents can obviously improve the accumulation of indole alkaloids, including catharanthine and vinblastine in C. roseus leaves. Their optimum treatment concentration was finally comfirmed. Conclusion These three kinds of reagent apparently promote the accumulation of total indole alkoloids in the leaves of C. roseus.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of growth, accumulation of indole alkaloid, and the optical concentration of the nutrition components in the Catharanthus roseus mutant cells induced by the colchicine, looking forward to getting the ideal material producing alkaloids which was suited for industrialized cell cultivation. Methods Mutant cells cultivated on the MS medium were harvested according to experiment designs,and the fresh weight was got.The indole alkaloid as extracted by organic solvent. The ajmalicine and catharanthine extracted from the samples were analyzed by RP-HPLC. Results The growth rate was faster and the indole alkaloid accumulation was more when the mutant cells were cultivated generations 30 and the both were sharply decreased at generations 45, while the contents of medical compounds amounted to the peak at the generations 20. The content of medical components and alkaloid accumulation were evidently prompted by the tryptophan added in the media, especially at the concentration of Ca2+ 1 760 and Zn2+ 12.6 mg/L, respectively. Conclusion C.roseus mutant cells probably is an ideal material for industrialized cell cultivation.
