RESUMEN

Objective Due to the increasing number but unknown quality of the existing systematic reviews meta-analyses(SRs/MAs)of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF),this overview aimed to systematically evaluate and synthesize these SRs/MAs.Methods SRs/MAs were searched via 8 databases from inception to February 22,2022.AMSTAR 2,PRISMA and GRADE evaluation tools were used to evaluate the quality of reports, methodologies and evidence included in MAs/SRs.All analyses were performed with radar plots. Results 16 SRs/MAs were included. The main outcome index was the degree of fatigue. The results of 12 articles showed that acupuncture could effectively alleviate CRF.According to AMSTAR-2,4 SRs/MAs were considered being of high quality,10 medium quality and 2 low quality. There are 12 articles with PRISMA score of 16-24 and 4 articles with PRISMA score of 15-20.5,which mainly have defects in protocol registration and inter study bias.Amstar 2 evaluation includes 4 high-quality studies, studies.Grade rating shows that the evidence quality of acupuncture treatment of CRF is mostly medium, and the main factor of degradation is inaccuracy. Conclusions At present, the SRS/MAS report of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of CRF is complete, and the quality of methodology and evidence is medium. It is suggested that SRS/MAS improve the program registration and funding source description in the future to enhance the assessment of the risk of inter study bias.

RESUMEN

Objective: To compare the effects of ultra-fast track anesthesia and traditional anesthesia on blood levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), C-reactive protein (CRP) and procalcitonin (PCT) in patients after pediatric cardiac surgery. Methods: A total of 101 patients received pediatric cardiovascular surgery by a same anesthesiologist in our hospital from 2013-09 to 2014-05 were retrospectively reviewed. The patients were studied in 2 anesthesia groups:Ultra-fast track group, in which the extubation was conducted in operating room, n=40 and Traditional group, n=44. Blood levels of Hs-CRP, CRP and PCT at pre-operation (T0), 1st day post-operation (T1) and 2nd day post-operation (T2) were compared. Results: ①Hs-CRP levels were higher at T1 and T2 than T0 in both groups, all P Conclusion: Compared With traditional anesthesia, ultra-fast track anesthesia could decrease the post-operative elevations of Hs-CRP, CRP and PCT in patients after pediatric cardiac surgery.

RESUMEN

Ranpirnase (onconase, ONC) is a new drug, with weak RNase activity and strong cytotoxicity to various tumor cells in vitro and in vivo. This study is to obtain recombination onconase (rONC) with high bioactivity. Based on the codon preference of Pichia pastoris, we designed and synthesized the gene according to cDNA sequences of ONC and the α mating factor's prepeptide. We screened positive clones after transforming the recombination plasmids into P. pastoris X-33, GSS115 and SMD1168. We screened the best combination of seven different vectors and host strains. Moreover, we optimized culture condition in shake flasks and 10 L bioreactor, and purified rONC from the supernatant after inducing it with 0.25% methanol by aqueous two-phase extraction coupling G50 molecular exclusion method. The highest rONC production was 13 mg/L in pPICZα-A/X-33/ONC combination under the condition of pH 5.5 and 23 degrees C in shake flasks for 7 d; and that the highest rONC production was 180 mg/L when the induction is performed in the lower basic salt medium with pH 5.5 in the 10 L bioreactor for 7 d. The yield of rONC is more than 90% at a purity of above 95%. rONC can kill various tumor cells in vitro. The expression and purification of rONC would be useful for further investigation of this new drug.

RESUMEN

Objective: Compared with ketamine anesthesia, to investigate sevoflurane inhalation combining laryngeal mask airway for anesthesia induction in pediatric cardiac surgery. Methods:A total of 40 pediatric patients with congenital heart diseases received elective cardiac surgery in our hospital from 2013-08 to 2014-01 were studied. The children were from 6 months to 2 years of age and randomly divided into 2 groups, n=20 in each group. Sevolfurane group, the children inhaled the mixture of 8%sevolfurane and 100%O2, laryngeal mask airway was used upon losing consciousness for mechanical ventilation, the anesthesia was maintained by (3-4)% sevolfurane inhalation to facilitate central venous catheter placement. Ketamine group, the children received intramuscular injection of ketamine (7 mg/kg)+atropine (0.01 mg/kg). The peripheral venous line was established upon losing consciousness, the intravenous midazolam (0.1 mg/kg), pipecuronium (0.10 mg/kg), fentanyl (5 μg/kg) were applied, then tracheal intubation was performed for mechanical ventilation and the anesthesia was maintained by (0.5-1)%sevolfurane to facilitate central venous catheter placement. Results: Sevoflurane group had the shorter time for losing the consciousness than that in Ketamine group (48.90 ± 3.93) s vs (577.85 ± 116.41) s, P0.05. The arterial PH value, PaCO2, BE and lactatein were similar between 2 groups, P>0.05. Conclusion: Sevoflurane inhalation combining laryngeal mask airway could shortening anesthesia preparation time with simple management. It provided an important anesthesia option in pediatric cardiac surgery.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the status quo and the tendency of the use of antihypertensives in our hospital. METHODS: The utilization of antihypertensives during 2005~2007 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum, DDDs and average daily cost etc. RESULTS: Over the 3 years, the consumption sum and DDDs of the antihypertensives used in our hospital increased markedly, especially those of calcium antagonists, angiotensin, ACEI and diuretic antihypertensives. The consumption of AGT Ⅱreceptor blocking agents increased year by year. CONCLUSION: The utilization structure of antihypertensives in our hospital is basically reasonable. It is of great importance to develop effective compound antihypertensive drugs with low-cost and less ADRs.

RESUMEN

By the application of hybridoma technique we have established 3 cell strains designated as 1 D 1, 1 C 2 and 1 D6, which all the strains secrete anti-acute nonlymphocytic leukemia M2-type monoclonal antibodies individually. These strains secrete the McAb steadily after passed on propagation over 11 months. The McAb secreted by these cell strains all give positive reactions with the leukemia cells from actue non-lymphocytic leukemia M2-type pationt, but not with cells from M1, M3, M4, and M5 type patients. These McAb also can not react with cells from chronic myelocytic leukemia and its acute transformation phase and acute lymphocytic leukemia patient. The McAb can not react with white cells from normal adults too. From the above metioned we may conclude that the McAb secreted by these cells possess a remarkable specificity. Therefore it is applicable for the immuno-typing diagnosis of acute non-lymphoc yt ic leukemia and researches on target directed therapeutics.
