RESUMEN

Purpose: Congenital accessory navicular bone (ANB) is a common variant in the foot and is prone to cause several clinical symptoms. Wearing custom-made foot orthosis is considered a desirable option; however, there is limited evidence of its effectiveness. This study aims to report the mid-term effect of foot orthosis for symptomatic pediatric ANBs. Methods: School-age children with symptomatic ANBs combined with flexible flatfoot in the authors' institute were recruited and got custom-made foot orthosis treatment. They were followed up over 4 years. The general characteristics of these children were collected before treatment, including age, gender, and body mass index (BMI). The indicators of foot symptoms, including frequency and location of pain, visual analogue scale (VAS), arch index (AI), and hind foot valgus angle (HVA), were measured during pretreatment and at the last follow-up. Results: Twenty-seven children were recruited for this study. After 4 years of custom-made foot orthosis treatment, significant improvements showed in pain frequency, VAS, AI, and HVA (P < 0.001). Type II ANBs showed a higher pain index pretreatment (P < 0.001) and reduced after treatment (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Mid-term effect of custom-made foot orthosis is inspiring in clinical symptoms of pediatric congenital ANBs combined with flexible flatfoot and may be an optional nonoperative treatment. RESUMEN

Objective:To identify and analyze the genuine medicinal plant Gentiana scabra Bge. from 9 regions in Liaoning Province using DNA barcode technology based on the base sequence of internal transcribed spacer. Methods:DNA was extracted from the medicinal parts of 26 Gentiana scabra Bge. samples by using DNA kit extraction method. The ITS sequence was amplified through polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and then two-way sequencing was carried out. Other sources and outgroup sequences of the medicinal plant Gentiana scabra Bge. were downloaded from Genbank. After the sequencing results were spliced by using SeqMan 7.1.0 software, MEGA 7.0 software was used to analyze and compare the data, and calculate the genetic distance of K2P (Kimura 2-parameter). The phylogenetic tree was established by Neighbor-Joining (NJ) method for analysis. Results:According to the results of NJ cluster tree, all Gentiana scabra Bge. samples from different sources were clustered into one large branch, and Gentiana scabra Franch. and Gentiana triflora Pall. were clustered into one branch respectively, with obvious differences; Gentiana scabra and Gentiana manshurica Kitag. were clustered into one branch, and the genetic relationship was relatively close. In combination with the variation site and genetic distance, the base sequences of Gentiana scabra and Gentianamanshurica were very similar, and the interspecific differences were very small. Except for the intraspecific variation of only one sample collected in Liaoning Province, the base sequences of the other samples were the same, and there was no difference between " Gentiana scabra Bge. in Qingyuan" and Gentiana scabra Bge. samples from other regions in Liaoning Province. Conclusion:The DNA barcode technology of ITS sequence can be used to differentiate and identify medicinal plant Gentiana scabra Bge. and its original plants from different sources with a high success rate.

RESUMEN

Objective:To use rbcL sequences to identify the rhizomes of the Liaoning collection of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz.; To provide a basis for ensuring the feasibility of cultivation of the native herb in Liaoning Province. Methods:A total of 30 rhizomes of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. were collected from 10 regions cultivated in Liaoning Province, and the total DNA was extracted. DNA barcodes were screened by PCR, and the rbcL sequences of the samples were amplified and sequenced, and the amplification and sequencing success rates were calculated. Sequence alignment was performed using MEGA 7.0 software; a systematic clustering tree was constructed using the neighbour-joining method. Results:The success rates of DNA extraction from the rhizomes of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. were all 93.3%, and the success rates of PCR amplification and sequencing were all 100%. Among the 30 samples of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. in Liaoning Province, two samples had intraspecific variation, and the rest of the base sequences of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. were identical. Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. was closer to the herbs of the genus Cangzhu, a relative species of Asteraceae, and was genetically more distant from the rest of Asteraceae. The NJ tree could distinguish Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. and its relatives. Conclusion:The quality of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. cultivars in Liaoning Province is basically similar, and the rbcL sequence can be used as a valid sequence fragment for the identification of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. DNA barcode.

RESUMEN

Due to factors such as an aging population, the Hospital Authority(HA) of Hong Kong is facing a contradiction between limited health resource supply and continuously increasing demand. In order to effectively address challenges, the HA prompted three measures to bridging the demand-supply gap. The HA relied on its management system advantages to continuously increase its capital construction to enhance the service capacity of public health institutions; transformed service delivery mode so as to improve the experience, quality, and efficiency of service delivery; established cooperation with private service providers and communities to shunt population health demand. The practices of HA can provide reference for public hospitals and their sponsors in other regions of China.

RESUMEN

Objective:To summarize the characteristics of autosomal recessive axonal neuropathy with neuromyotonia (ARAN-NM) caused by HINT1 gene mutation. Methods:Retrospective case summary.Clinical data of 2 Tibetan siblings diagnosed with ARAN-NM in the Department of Pediatrics of Peking University First Hospital in August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.A review of literature reporting relevant Chinese patients was conducted. Results:The proband and her elder brother were aged 13 and 19, respectively. Both developed abnormal gait at the age of 11, followed by varus, claudication, and weak thumb strength. The proband also had neuromyotonia.Physical examinations showed that the proband and her elder brother had decreased muscle strength of the extremities, mainly in the thumbs and distal ends of lower limbs. The distal muscles of the proband′s lower extremities and the muscles of both hands of the proband′s elder brother were atrophied. Both feet showed talipes equinovarus in the proband and her elder brother. The proband′s electromyography (EMG) showed peripheral nerve injuries (motor and sensory axonal involvement, especially in distal ends) and myotonic potentials. The trio-whole exon sequencing detected homozygous pathogenic variation in HINT1 gene in both the proband and her elder brother, who were diagnosed as ARAN-NM based on c. 169A>G (p.K57E). After the Carbamazepine treatment, the proband′s neuromyotonia, numbness and weakness were relieved. Both the proband and her elder brother underwent orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation.Their foot deformities and gait were significantly improved. Two Chinese literatures (2 patients) and four English literatures (8 patients) were retrieved.Including the proband and her elder brother in this study, there were 12 ARAN-NM patients, 10 of whom had clinical data. The ages of onset and diagnosis were 2-16 (1 case unknown) and 13-33 years old, respectively.Myasthenia was present in 9 patients, especially in distal ends.Eight patients were complicated with neuromyotonia, nine patients with muscle atrophy, seven patients with foot deformity, and two patients with sensory disturbance.Creatine kinase(CK) was elevated in all 9 patients tested or CK.EMG showed neurogenic injuries in all patients and neuromyotonia discharge in six patients.Three patients were treated with Carbamazepine, and some symptoms were relieved.Missense/nonsense mutations were found in the 12 patients, and the high-frequency variation was c. 112T>C (p.C38R). Conclusions:ARAN-NM is a rare autosomal recessive neuromuscular disease caused by HINT1 gene mutation. There is no ethnic difference in clinical manifestations, mainly distal limb weakness with neuromyotonia.Carbamazepine can alleviate some symptoms, and orthopaedic surgery can improve foot deformity and gait.

RESUMEN

BackgroundAlcohol use disorder (AUD) is a type of chronic relapsing brain disorder. Genetic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of AUD. And screening for molecular markers of AUD is of great significance for further elucidating the pathogenesis of the disease, discovering novel therapeutic targets and preventing relapse. ObjectiveTo explore relevant hub genes and potential signal pathways associated with the development of AUD through bioinformatics analysis, and to provide a new direction for the prevention and treatment of AUD. MethodsThe GSE161986 dataset was acquired from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. The limma package in R was utilized to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs). Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) was carried out using the Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery (DAVID). A protein–protein interaction (PPI) network of DEGs was assessed using the STRING database and visualized by Cytoscape software. Finally, hub genes were validated in GSE44456 dataset. ResultsA total of 114 DEGs were identified. GSEA revealed that these genes were mainly involved in the regulation of signal transduction, protein binding, membrane trafficking and MAPK signaling pathway. PPI network and validation study indicated that GAD1, TIMP1 and CD44 were potential hub genes involved in AUD. ConclusionAberrant expression of GAD1 and TIMP1 as well as MAPK signaling pathway may play a key role in the pathogenesis of AUD, and may serve as potential molecular targets for the diagnosis and treatment of AUD. RESUMEN

In non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),the heterogeneity promotes drug resistance, and the restricted expression of programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)limits the immunotherapy benefits.Based on the mechanisms related to translation regulation and the association with PD-L1 of methyltransferase-like 3(METTL3),the novel small-molecule inhibitor STM2457 is assumed to be useful for the treat-ment of NSCLC.We evaluated the efficacy of STM2457 in vivo and in vitro and confirmed the effects of its inhibition on disease progression.Next,we explored the effect of STM2457 on METTL3 and revealed its effects on the inhibition of catalytic activity and upregulation of METTL3 protein expression.Importantly,we described the genome-wide characteristics of multiple omics data ac-quired from RNA sequencing, ribosome profiling, and methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing data under STM2457 treatment or METTL3 knockout. We also constructed a model for the regulation of the translation of METTL3 and PD-L1.Finally,we found PD-Ll upregulation by STM2457 in vivo and in vitro. In conclusion,STM2457 is a potential novel suppressor based on its inhibitory effect on tumor progression and may be able to overcome the heterogeneity based on its impact on the translatome.Furthermore,it can improve the immunotherapy outcomes based on PD-L1 upregulation in NSCLC.

RESUMEN

Objective:By detecting the species and distribution of fecal flora in patients with pSS, we investigated the relationship between the alterations of the gut microbiome and its metabolic characteristics with peripheral lymphocyte subsets, and their potential role in the occurrence and development of pSS.Methods:A total of 101 pSS patients who were hospitalized in the department of rheumatology of the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, and 101 age and sex-matched healthy control (HC) in the health check-up center of Shanxi Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were enrolled for 16s rDNA-Amplicon sequencing. The statistical analysis was performed in R software 4.0.3. The Alpha diversity were compared by Wilcoxon test, and Beta diversity were compared by ANOSIM analysis between pSS patients and HC. The difference flora was analyzed by t test. The levels of peripheral lymphocyte subsets pSS patients were detected by flow cytometry. Then the relationship between characteristic flora and clinical indicators such as lymphocyte subsets, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, unstimulated whole saliva and stimulated whole saliva were analyzed using Pearson′s correlation analysis. Results:Patients with pSS exhibited a significant reduction in the richness (Chao1, ACE) and diversity (Shannon,Simpson) of gut microbiota compared with those of HC, and there was statistical significant difference in gut microbiota composition (ANOSIM, r=0.09, P=0.001). At the phylum level, the relative abundance of Firmicutes decreased and the relative abundance of Proteobacteria increased in pSS patients. At the genus level, the proportion of Escherichia-shigella ( P<0.001), Lactobacillus ( P<0.001), Bifidobacterium ( P<0.001), Subdoligranulum ( P<0.001), Alistipes ( P<0.001) and [ Eubacterium]_ coprostanoligenes (P=0.002) were increased. The proportion of Faecalibacterium ( P<0.001), Prevotella ( P<0.001), Roseburia ( P<0.001), Megamonas ( P<0.001), Agathobacter ( P<0.001), Lachnospira ( P<0.001), Lachnospira_NK4A136 ( P=0.006), [ Eubacterium] _eligens ( P<0.001) were significantly reduced. PICRUST analysis showed significant enrichment of amino acid metabolism taurine and hypotaurine metabolism ( P<0.001), fatty acid metabolism such as propanoate metabolism ( P<0.001), glutathione metabolism ( P=0.002), lipoic acid metabolism ( P=0.003), lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis and biosynthesis of siderophore group nonribosomal peptides ( P=0.005) and Aminobenzoate degradation ( P=0.002) in patients with pSS. The Pearson correlation results showed that there were significant different in the abundances of the key gut microbiota between the HC and pSS groups, and they were closely related to unstimulated whole saliva, the absolute number of Treg cells and Th17 cells. Conclusion:The dysbiosis and metabolism changes of the pSS intestinal microbiota may contribute to immune homeostasis imbalance, and may be involved in the occurrence and development of pSS.

RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the characteristics of intestinal microbiota in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and further explore the relationship between microbiota and CD4 +T lymphocyte subsets and disease activity. Methods:Fecal samples were collected from 96 patients with SLE, and 96 sex- and age-matched healthy controls (HCs). The gut microbiota were investigated via 16s rRNA sequencing. Flow cytometry was used to detect peripheral CD4 +T lymphocyte subsets of Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg cells. Indicators of disease activity such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), complement C3 and C4, Systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index(SLEDAI) for each patient were recorded. Differential abundance analysis was carried out using the edgeR algorithm. The Wilcoxon rank-sum test was used to compare alpha diversity indices, bacterial abundances, and the F/B ratio between groups. R (version 4.0.1) was used for comparative statistics, and Pearson′s correlation analysis was used to assess the correlations between the relative abundances of bacterial genera and serum levels of ESR, CRP, C3 and C4 in the samples. Results:The alpha estimators of richness (ACE and Chao 1) were significantly reduced in SLE feces samples compared with those of HCs ( P<0.01). Bacterial diversity estimators, including the Shannon ( P<0.01) and Simpson′s ( P<0.01) indices, were also significantly lower in SLE. Significant differences in gut microbiota composition between SLE and HCs were found using the edgeR algorithm. Compared with HC, 24 species of bacteria were significantly different in SLE patients at the genus level ( P<0.05). Moreover, there was a significant positive correlation between CRP and Coprococcus ( r=0.30, P=0.014), C4 and Corynebacterium ( r=0.31, P=0.013) and Faecalibacterium( r=0.25, P=0.048), Hemoglobin and Morganella( r=0.41, P=0.001), as well as SLIDA and Corynebacterium( r=0.25, P=0.047). In terms of lymphocyte subsets, there was significant positive correlation between B cells, Treg cells and Eubacterium eligens group, as well as CD8 +T, CD4 +T, NK cells and Corynebacterium. In additional, Th1 was positively correlated with Shigella Escherichia coli ( r=0.52, P=0.008), and Th2 was positively correlated with Dielma ( r=0.51, P<0.001). Conclusion:The abundance and diversity of intestinal flora in SLE patients were significantly reduced, and the differentially expressed bacteria were closely related to the CD4 +T lymphocyte subsets and disease activity indicators of patients.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of curcumin in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy (DR) by network pharmacology and molecular docking. Methods:The compounds targets of curcumin were predicted by SEA and SwissTargetPrediction databases, and the DR target genes were obtained by CTD database. The different genes were mapped and matched by Venny database to screen their intersections. The intersecting genes were submitted to GeneMANIA database to construct a protein-protein interaction network.WebGestalt database was used to conduct enrichment analysis and AutoDock Vina was used to perform molecular docking of the core targets. Results:A total of 52 targets of curcumin, 1 599 targets of DR and 48 intersecting targets were detected. The core targets were serine/threonine-protein kinase 1 (AKT1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), signal transduction and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and heat shock protein 90 alpha family class A member 1 (HSP90AA1). Enrichment analysis suggested that these targets were mainly associated with signaling pathways, including the EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance signaling pathway, hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) signaling pathway, interleukin (IL)-17 signaling pathway and advanced glycosylation end product-the receptor of advanced glycosylation end product (AGE-RAGE) signaling pathway. Conclusions:Curcumin may play an important role in the treatment of DR by regulating multiple signaling pathways to inhibit the inflammatory response and combat oxidative stress.

RESUMEN

Background With the rise and deepening of positive psychology research, theoretical research on job burnout is also deepening worldwide, and some new theoretical models are proposed, such as the burnout-engagement continuum, but there is still a lack of empirical research and application in China. Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of five profiles in the burnout-engagement continuum in working populations of China: job engagement, ineffective, overextended, disengaged, and burnout. Methods From August to October 2019 and June to September 2020, a total of 27344 subjects of key occupations in six typical industries, including teachers, firefighters, manufacturing workers, medical staff, flight attendants, and traffic police, were selected from 10 provinces (cities) in the eastern, middle, and western regions of China by multistage stratified cluster sampling method for cross-sectional investigation. Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey and Core Occupational Stress Scale were used to evaluate job burnout and occupational stress respectively. χ2 test was used to compare rates of count data. Binary logistic regression was used for multivariate analysis of the five profiles. Results Among the subjects, 24.4%, 61.9%, 31.9%, 12.7%, and 11.8% were the prevalence rates of job engagement, ineffective, overextended, disengaged, and burnout, respectively. Flight attendants (35.7%), firefighters (29.0%), traffic police (28.5%), and manufacturing workers (26.5%) had high prevalence rates of job engagement profile. Medical stuff (62.9%) and manufacturing workers (61.8%) had high prevalence rates of ineffective profile. Teachers (39.2%), traffic police (37.2%), and medical stuff (35.5%) had high prevalence rates of overextended profile. Traffic police (17.9%), medical staff (14.3%), and teachers (13.4%) had high prevalence rates of disengaged profile. Traffic police (16.9%), medical staff (13.4%), and teachers (13.3%) had high prevalence rates of burnout profile. The results of multivariate analysis showed that gender, age, education level, marital status, weekly working hours, length of service, income per month, shift work, smoking, drinking, industry, and occupational stress entered into the regression equations of job engagement, ineffective, overextended, disengaged, and burnout. The risks of overextended (OR=1.456-2.970), disengaged (OR=1.306-4.092), and burnout (OR=1.302-4.102) among the high rating groups of the four factors of occupational stress were higher than those among the low rating groups. Flight attendants (OR=0.296) and firefighters (OR=0.329) had lower risks of burnout than teachers, and flight attendants (OR=0.392) and firefighters (OR=0.466) had lower risks of disengaged than teachers. Conclusion Among the prevalence rates of the five profiles in the burnout-engagement continuum in the 6 typical occupational populations in China, ineffective profile is the highest, followed by overextended, and burnout is the lowest. Gender, age, education level, marital status, weekly working hours, length of service, income per month, shift work, smoking, drinking, industry, and occupational stress have different effects on the five profiles, but industry and occupational stress have greater impacts on job burnout.

Results A total of 10973 valid questionnaires were collected. The M (P25, P75) scores of exhaustions, cynicism, professional efficacy, job burnout, job stress, and depressive symptoms were 1.6 (0.4, 3.0), 1.0 (0.2, 2.2), 4.8 (3.2, 5.7), 1.6 (0.8, 2.5), 45.0 (40.0, 50.0), and 7.0 (4.0, 11.0), respectively. The positive rates of job burnout, job stress, and depressive symptoms were 53.4% (5865/10973), 28.4% (3116/10973), and 29.4% (3231/10973), respectively. The influencing factors of job burnout were gender (versus male; OR for female=0.852), age (versus≤25 years old; ORs for 26-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60 years old=0.824, 0.819, 0.738, 0.677), education level (versus junior high school or below; ORs for senior high school/technical secondary school, junior college/vocational college, graduate school or above=1.119, 1.345, 1.331), income per month (versus<3000 yuan; ORs for 3000-4999, 5000-6999, 7000-8999, 9000-10999, ≥11000 yuan=0.513, 0.470, 0.430, 0.375, 0.411), position (versus assembly line; OR for non-assembly line=0.814), average weekly working hours (versus ≤40 h; ORs for 61-70, >70 h=1.199, 1.519), and drinking (versus non-drinking; OR for drinking=1.261). Job burnout was positively correlated with job stress and depressive symptoms (r=0.556, 0.508, P<0.001). Job burnout played a partial mediating role between job stress and depressive symptoms, and its contribution value accounted for 63.2% of the total effect. Conclusion Manufacturing industry employees' job burnout problem is prominent in China, and there are many factors affecting job burnout. Job burnout may play a partial mediating role between job stress and depressive symptoms in the target group.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE@#To compare the clinical efficacy between staged acupuncture based on "thoroughfare vessel is the sea of blood" theory combined with routine hormone replacement cycle treatment and routine hormone replacement cycle treatment for patients with recurrent implantation failure (RIF) of thin endometrium.@*METHODS@#A total of 72 RIF patients with thin endometrium were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 36 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine hormone replacement cycle treatment. Based on the treatment of the control group, the patients in the observation group were treated with staged acupuncture based on "thoroughfare vessel is the sea of blood" theory. The main acupoints were Neiguan (PC 6) and Gongsun (SP 4), and the supplementary acupoints were selected according to the menstrual cycle and syndrome differentiation; the acupuncture was given once every other day, 3 times a week, for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles. The thickness and shape of endometrium, and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score were observed at implantation window before and after treatment; the clinical pregnancy rate, live birth rate and cycle cancellation rate were compared between the two groups; the correlation between endometrial thickness and HAMA score was analyzed.@*RESULTS@#Compared before treatment, the endometrial thickness in the two groups and the proportion of type A+B endometrium in the observation group were increased (P<0.05), and the HAMA scores in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05) after treatment. The above indexes in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the cycle cancellation rate was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between endometrial thickness and HAMA score (P<0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#Based on the routine hormone replacement cycle treatment, the addition use of staged acupuncture based on "thoroughfare vessel is the sea of blood" theory could improve the thickness and shape of endometrium, relieve anxiety, increase the clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate, and reduce the cycle cancellation rate in RIF patients with thin endometrium. The curative effect is superior to the routine hormone replacement cycle treatment alone.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of learned helplessness in patients with primary liver cancer treated by interventional therapy. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. The 221 patients with primary liver cancer treated by interventional therapy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the subjects. General data statistics, Learned Helplessness Scale and Support in Intimate Relationships Rating Scale were used for questionnaire survey. Results:The total score of learned helplessness in the 221 patients with primary liver cancer treated by interventional therapy was 74.12 ± 6.55. Gender, education level, family per capita monthly income, number of interventions and perceived spouse support were the main influencing factors of learned helplessness in patients with primary liver cancer treated by interventional therapy (adjusted R2=0.891, F=65.65, P<0.05). Conclusions:The sense of learned helplessness of patients with primary liver cancer treated by interventional therapy is at a high level. According to patients with features of male, lower education level, lower family per capita monthly income, more number of interventional therapy or lower perceived spouse support, medical staff can use dialectical behavior therapy, symptom group intervention, spouse support intervention and other methods to reduce learned helplessness of patients.

RESUMEN

Background: Disrupted circadian rhythms have been associated with the development of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). In some IBS patients, the symptoms may present with circadian fluctuations. Enterochromaffin cells (EC cells) and tryptophan hydroxylase 1 (TPH1) - 5 - hydroxytryptamine (5 - HT) signaling pathway are currently recognized as the key pathophysiological mechanism of IBS. Aims: To explore whether Bmal1, the core circadian clock gene, is involved in the occurrence of IBS by regulating TPH1-5-HT signaling pathway in EC cells. Methods: Normal Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats and IBS-model SD rats, as well as wild type (WT) and intestine-specific Bmal1 knockout (Bmal1
