RESUMEN

Drainage-free cutaneous fistula of the ureter is suggested to assure permanent extravesical outlet of the urine in patients with incurable tumor-induced obstruction of the pelvic segment of the ureter. Fistulous orifice is formed with the aid of a triangular flap sitting on a pedicle; the flap is placed into a longitudinal incision in the stump of the drained ureter. Fifteen ureteral fistulas were formed in nine patients. Fourteen of them functioned reliably for several years without causing renal complications.

RESUMEN

Many years' experience in the treatment of 140 patients by the authors' own method of pin intracavernous prosthetics with complete paired copulative success in 97% of them allows it to be considered the simplest, accessible, safest, and highly effective method. It is recommended as the method of choice in stable forms of erection disorders of various genesis in wide sexosurgical practice.

RESUMEN

The authors have developed and used in 16 patients an endoscopic technique of continuous drainage of the upper urinary tracts by means of ureterocutaneostomy and assisting retroperitoneoscopy. The most reliable cutaneous fistula not inclined to scarring or narrowing can be established of small triangular skin flap from the wound margin sutured into the 2-3 cm longitudinal incision of the ureteral stump (stump ureterotomy). Such fistula may even heal without further internal drainage. In a short ureteral stump skin anastomosis may be formed in the depth of the wound with the use of longer cutaneous graft.
