RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Few studies have investigated healthy female individuals (HFI) and those with obstructed defecation syndrome associated with moderate rectocele in women (MRW), identified using three-dimensional high-resolution anorectal manometry (3D HRAM) parameters that correlate with age stratification. OBJECTIVE: We aimed to explore the clinical diagnostic values of the MRW and HFI groups using 3D HRAM parameters related to age stratification. METHODS: A prospective non-randomized controlled trial involving 128 cases from the MRW (treatment group, 68 cases) and HFI (control group, 60 cases) groups was conducted using 3D HRAM parameters at Tianjin Union Medical Center between January 2017 and June 2022, and patients were divided into two subgroups based on their ages: the ≥50 and < 50 years subgroups. RESULTS: Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis showed that age (P = 0.024) and rectoanal inhibitory reflex (P = 0.001) were independent factors affecting the disease in the MRW group. Compared to the HFI group, the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve demonstrated that the 3D HRAM parameters exhibited a higher diagnostic value for age (Youden index = 0.31), urge to defecate (Youden index = 0.24), and rectoanal pressure differential (Youden index = 0.21) in the MRW group. CONCLUSIONS: Compared to the HFI group, the ROC curve of the 3D HRAM parameters suggests that age, urge to defecate, and rectoanal pressure differential in the MRW group have a significant diagnostic value. Because the Youden index is lower, 3D HRAM cannot be considered the gold standard method for diagnosing MRW.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: The gut microbiota plays an essential role in maintaining gut homeostasis and improving performance, with the composition of microbial communities visibly differing across different laying stages in hens and significantly correlating with egg production. To gain further insights into the association between microbial community characteristics and laying periods in Hy-Line variety brown and Isa brown laying hens, we conducted a 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing survey. RESULTS: Our result revealed the diversity of bacteria in the early laying period was commonly higher than peak, and in Hy-Line variety brown laying hens were generally higher than Isa brown. Principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) and permutational multivariate analysis of variance (PERMANOVA) revealed that the structure and composition of the gut microbiota of laying hens exhibited significant differences among different groups. Phylum Firmicutes, Bacteroidota, Proteobacteria, and Fusobacteriota were found that dominant in the host's feces. Therein, the abundance of Fusobacteriota was higher in the peak period than in the early period, while the abundance of Cyanobacteria in the early period was higher in two breeds of hens. Furthermore, random forest based on machine learning showed that there were several distinctly abundant genera, which can be used as potential biomarkers to differentiate the different groups of laying periods and breeds. In addition, the prediction of biological function indicated the existing discrepancy in microbial function among the microbiota of four groups. CONCLUSIONS: Our findings offer new insights into the bacterial diversity and intestinal flora composition of different strains of laying hens during various laying periods, contributing significantly to the improvement of production performance and the prevention of chicken diseases.

RESUMO

Bovine coronavirus (BCoV) is one of the important pathogens that cause calf diarrhea (CD), winter dysentery (WD), and the bovine respiratory disease complex (BRDC), and spreads worldwide. An infection of BCoV in cattle can lead to death of young animals, stunted growth, reduced milk production, and milk quality, thus bringing serious economic losses to the bovine industry. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent and control the spread of BCoV. Here, a systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted to assess the prevalence of BCoV in cattle in China before 2022. A total of 57 articles regarding the prevalence of BCoV in cattle in China were collected from five databases (PubMed, ScienceDirect, CNKI, VIP, and Wan Fang). Based on the inclusion criteria, a total of 15,838 samples were included, and 6,136 were positive cases. The overall prevalence of BCoV was 30.8%, with the highest prevalence rate (60.5%) identified in South China and the lowest prevalence (15.6%) identified in Central China. We also analyzed other subgroup information, included sampling years, sample sources, detection methods, breeding methods, age, type of cattle, presence of diarrhea, and geographic and climatic factors. The results indicated that BCoV was widely prevalent in China. Among all subgroups, the sample sources, detection methods, breeding methods, and presence or absence of diarrheal might be potential risk factors responsible for BCoV prevalence. It is recommended to strengthen the detection of BCoV in cattle, in order to effectively control the spread of BCoV.

RESUMO

Giardia duodenum (G. duodenalis) can cause giardiasis and infect a variety of hosts. So far, there have been no detailed data regarding the positive rate of G. duodenalis in sheep and goats in China. Here, a systematic literature review was carried out to investigate the epidemiology of G. duodenalis in sheep and goats in China. To perform the meta-analysis, the databases CNKI, VIP, WanFang, PubMed, Web of science and ScienceDirect were employed for screening studies related to the prevalence of G. duodenalis in sheep and goats in China. The total prevalence of G. duodenalis in sheep and goats was estimated to be 7.00% (95% CI: 4.00-10.00). In the age subgroup, the prevalence of G. duodenalis in sheep and goats of >12 months (11.29%; 95% CI: 8.08-14.97) was higher than that in sheep and goats of ≤12 months (7.57%; 95% CI: 3.95-12.24). An analysis based on seasons showed that the prevalence of G. duodenalis in sheep and goats was higher in summer (11.90%; 95% CI: 0.50-35.05) than that in other seasons. The prevalence of G. duodenalis in sheep and goats after 2016 was 8.57% (95% CI: 5.34-11.79), which was higher than others. The highest prevalence of G. duodenalis in sheep and goats was 13.06% (95% CI: 6.26-19.86) recorded in Southwestern China. The prevalence of Giardia infection in sheep (7.28%; 95% CI: 2.30-14.73) was higher than that in goats (5.43%; 95% CI: 2.73-8.98). The NOAA's National Center for Environmental Information (https://gis.ncdc.noaa.gov/maps/ncei/cdo/monthly) was used to extract relevant geoclimatic data (latitude, longitude, elevation, temperature, precipitation, humidity, and climate). By analyzing the data of each subgroup, it was shown that region, genetype, and climate were potential risk factors for giardiasis prevalence in sheep and goats. Based on the analysis of common factors and geographical factors, it is recommended to strengthen effective management measures (e.g. ventilation and disinfection in warm and humid areas) and formulate relevant policies according to local conditions. Breeders should strengthen the detection of G. duodenalis in sheep and goats, customize corresponding control measures according to the diet and living habits of sheep and goats, and strengthen the protection of sheep and lamb calves, so as to reduce the incidence rate and reduce the economic loss of China's animal husbandry.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Preventive therapy of latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) is an important component of tuberculosis (TB) control. Research on acceptance of TB preventive therapy (TPT) is an important topic. Current studies focus on acceptability and compliance. However, it is unclear whether LTBI patients will start TPT after accepting treatment. The study assessed the factors associated with TPT refusal after initial willingness to accept treatment. METHODS: Data were derived from a baseline survey of prospective study of LTBI treatment among college students in Shandong Province, China. A total of 723 students initially willing to accept TPT were included in the analysis. Stepwise logistic regression was used to explore the individual- and family-level characteristic variables that factors associated with TPT refusal after initial willingness to accept treatment. RESULTS: Of the 723 LTBI college students who initially had acceptance willingness, 436 (60.3%) finally refused TPT. At the individual level, non-medical students were more likely to refuse TPT [odds ratio (OR) = 4.87, 95% confidence interval (CI): 3.10-7.67)], as were students with moderate physical activity (OR = 1.45, 95% CI: 1.04-2.04). Students with boarding experience (OR = 0.49, 95% CI: 0.31-0.78) and a high level of knowledge about TB (OR = 0.97, 95% CI: 0.95-0.99) were less likely to refuse TPT. At the family level, those with high father's educational level (OR = 1.50, 95% CI: 1.07-2.10) or high household income (OR = 1.80, 95% CI: 1.20-2.71) were more likely to refuse TPT after initially accepting treatment. CONCLUSIONS: Factors associated with TPT refusal after initial willingness to accept treatment, such as personal (type of students, physical activity, boarding experiences, knowledge of TB) and family characteristics (father's education level, household income) among college student with LTBI, might help identify persons for whom tailored interventions could improve the start of LTBI treatment.

RESUMO

The primary motor cortex (M1) integrates various long-range signals from other brain regions for the learning and execution of goal-directed movements. How the different inputs target the distinct apical and basal dendrites of M1 pyramidal neurons is crucial in understanding the functions of M1, but the detailed connectivity pattern is still largely unknown. Here, by combining cre-dependent rabies virus tracing, layer-specific chemical retrograde tracing, optogenetic stimulation, and electrophysiological recording, we mapped all long-range monosynaptic inputs to M1 deep output neurons in layer 5 (L5) in mice. We revealed that most upstream areas innervate both dendritic compartments concurrently. These include the sensory cortices, higher motor cortices, sensory and motor thalamus, association cortices, as well as many subcortical nuclei. Furthermore, the dichotomous inputs arise mostly from spatially segregated neuronal subpopulations within an upstream nucleus, and even in the case of an individual cortical layer. Therefore, these input areas could serve as both feedforward and feedback sources albeit via different subpopulations. Taken together, our findings revealed a previously unknown and highly intricate synaptic input pattern of M1L5 neurons, which implicates that the dendritic computations carried out by these neurons during motor execution or learning are far more complicated than we currently understand.

RESUMO

Endophytes confer fitness advantages to host plants. However, the ecological communities of endophytic fungi in the different tissues (rhizomes, stems, and leaves) of Paris polyphylla and the relationship of their endophytic fungi with polyphyllin levels remain unclear. In this study, the community diversity and differences of endophytic fungi in the rhizomes, stems, and leaves of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis were investigated, and a comprehensively diverse community of endophytic fungi was represented, including 50 genera, 44 families, 30 orders, 12 classes, and 5 phyla. Distributions of endophytic fungi differed greatly across the three tissues, with six genera common to all tissues, and 11, 5, and 4 genera specific to the rhizomes, stems, and leaves, respectively. Seven genera showed a significantly positive correlation to polyphyllin contents, indicating their potential roles in polyphyllin accumulation. This study provides valuable information for further research of the ecological and biological functions of endophytic fungi of P. polyphylla.

RESUMO

Endophytic bacteria play crucial roles in the growth and bioactive compound synthesis of host plants. In this study, the composition and diversity of endophytic bacteria in the roots, stems, and leaves from 3-year-old artificially cultivated Huperzia serrata were investigated using Illumina HiSeq sequencing technology. Total effective reads were assigned to 936 operational taxonomic units (OTUs), belonging to 12 phyla and 289 genera. A total of 28, 3, and 2 OTUs were exclusive to the roots, stems, and leaves, respectively. The bacterial richness and diversity in the roots were significantly lower than those in the leaves and stems. The dominant genera with significant distribution differences among these plant tissue samples were Burkholderia-Caballeronia-Paraburkholderia, Sphingomonas, Acidibacter, Bradyrhizobium, Bryobacter, Methylocella, Nocardioides, Acidothermus, and Allorhizobium-Neorhizobium-Pararhizobium-Rhizobium. Furthermore, the differences in the bacterial communities associated with these plant tissue samples were visualized using principal coordinate analysis and cluster pedigree diagrams. Linear discriminant analysis effect size explained statistically significant differences among the endophytic bacterial microbiota in these plant tissue samples. Overall, this study provides new insights into the diversity and distribution patterns of endophytic bacteria in the different tissues of H. serrata.

RESUMO

Treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is a challenge because it still leads to unsatisfactory clinical prognosis. This is due to the toxicity and poor targeting of chemotherapeutic agents, as well as metastasis of the tumor. In this study, we designed a targeted liposome with nanostructures to overcome these problems. In the liposomes, epirubicin and curcumin were encapsulated to achieve their synergistic antitumor efficacy, while Epi-1 was modified on the liposomal surface to target epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM). Epi-1, a macrocyclic peptide, exhibits active targeting for enhanced cellular uptake and potent cytotoxicity against tumor cells. The encapsulation of epirubicin and curcumin synergistically inhibited the formation of neovascularization and vasculogenic mimicry (VM) channels, thereby suppressing tumor metastasis on SKOV3 cells. The dual drug loaded Epi-1-liposomes also induced apoptosis and downregulated metastasis-related proteins for effective antitumor in vitro. In vivo studies showed that dual drug loaded Epi-1-liposomes prolonged circulation time in the blood and increased the selective accumulation of drug at the tumor site. H&E staining and immunohistochemistry with Ki-67 also showed that targeted liposomes elevated antitumor activity. Also, targeted liposomes downregulated angiogenesis-related proteins to inhibit angiogenesis and thus tumor metastasis. In conclusion, the production of dual drug loaded Epi-1-liposomes is an effective strategy for the treatment of EOC.

RESUMO

Giardia duodenum (G. duodenalis) can cause giardiasis and infect a variety of hosts. So far, there have been no detailed data regarding the positive rate of G. duodenalis in cattle in China. Here, a systematic literature review was carried out to investigate the epidemiology of bovine G. duodenalis in China. To perform the meta-analysis, the databases China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Chinese Journal Databases, WanFang Databases, PubMed, and ScienceDirect were employed for screening studies related to the prevalence of G. duodenalis in cattle in China. The total prevalence of G. duodenalis in cattle was estimated to be 8.00% (95% confidence interval [CI]: 5.51-11.62). In the age subgroup, the prevalence of G. duodenalis in calves (11.72%; 95% CI: 7.75-17.73) was significantly higher than that in cattle of other age groups. An analysis based on seasons showed that the prevalence of G. duodenalis in cattle was higher in summer (9.69%; 95% CI: 2.66-35.30) than that in other seasons. The prevalence of G. duodenalis in cattle in 2016 or later was 11.62% (95% CI: 6.49-20.79), which was significantly higher than that before 2016 (3.65%; 95% CI: 2.17-6.12). The highest prevalence of G. duodenalis in cattle was 74.23% (95% CI: 69.76-78.45) recorded in South China. The NOAA's National Center for Environmental Information (https://gis.ncdc.noaa.gov/maps/ncei/cdo/monthly) was used to extract relevant geoclimatic data (latitude, longitude, elevation, temperature, precipitation, humidity, and climate). By analyzing the data of each subgroup, it was shown that age of cattle, sampling year, province, region, temperature, and climate were potential risk factors for giardiasis prevalence in cattle. Based on the analysis of common factors and geographical factors, it is recommended to strengthen effective management measures (e.g., ventilation and disinfection in warm and humid areas) and formulate relevant policies according to local conditions. Breeders should pay more attention to the detection of G. duodenalis in calves, to prevent giardiasis prevalence in cattle of different ages, thereby reducing the economic losses of animal husbandry in China.

RESUMO

Transparent conductive films with high stability were prepared by embedding silver nanowires in colorless polyimide and adding a protective layer of exfoliated graphene. The films exhibit great light transmission and conductivity with a sheet resistance of 22 Ω sq-1at transmittance of 83%. Due to its special embedded structure, the conductive layer can withstand several peeling experiments without falling off. In addition, the most outstanding advantage is the ultra-high stability of the films, including high mechanical robustness, strong chemical corrosion resistance and high operating voltage capacity. The organic light-emitting diode devices prepared based on this transparent conductive electrode exhibit comparable efficiency to indium tin oxide (ITO) based devices, withC.E.max= 2.78 cd A-1,P-1.E.max= 1.89 lm W-1,EQEmax= 0.89%. Moreover, the efficiencies were even higher than that of ITO devices when the operating voltage of the device exceeds 5 V. The above performances show that the transparent conductive electrode based on this structure has high potential for application in organic electronic devices.

RESUMO

In this paper, we used tannic acid (TA) functionalized carbon nanotubes (TCNTs), and silver nanowires (AgNWs) to construct a new type of transparent conductive film (TCF) with a double-layered conductive network structure. The hybrid film exhibits excellent light transmittance, high electrical conductivity, ultra-flexibility, and strong adhesion. These outstanding performances benefit from the filling and adhesion of hydrophilic TCNT layers to the AgNW networks. Besides, we introduced the post-treatment process of mechanical pressing and covering polymer conductive polymer PEDOT:PSS, which obtained three layers of TCNT/AgNW/PEDOT hybrid film and greatly improved the comprehensive properties. The hybrid film can reach a sheet resistance of 9.2 Ω sq-1 with a transmittance of 83.4% at 550 nm wavelength, and a low root mean square (RMS) roughness (approximately 3.8 nm). After 10 000 bends and tape testing, the conductivity and transmittance of the hybrid film remain stable. The resistance of the film has no significant degradation after 14 d of exposure to high temperature of 85 °C and humidity of 85%, indicating excellent stability. The organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with TCNT/AgNW/PEDOT hybrid film as anode exhibit high current density and luminosity, confirming this process has considerable potential application in photovoltaic devices.

RESUMO

The evaluation on mortality displacement and distributed lag effects of airborne particulate matter (PM) on death risks is important to understand the positive association of short-term pollution from both ambient PM10 and PM2.5 with daily mortality. Herein, short-term influences of urban PM10 and PM2.5 exposure on the mortality of respiratory diseases (RD) and cardiovascular diseases (CVD) were studied at Taiyuan, China, a typical inland city suffering from heavy ambient PM loading and having high morbidity of RD and CVD. Using a time-series analysis with generalized additive distributed lag model (DLM), the potential mortality displacement was determined and the single-day and cumulative lag-day effects of PM on mortality were estimated after the daily mass concentrations of urban PM2.5 and PM10 from January 2013 to October 2015 and the daily number of non-accidental death (NAD) and cause-specific mortality in the residents aged more than 65 years old were obtained. Results showed there were significant associations of PM2.5 and PM10 with daily mortality on the current day and within one week. And a statistically significant increase (P < 0.05) in the cumulative effect estimates of PM2.5 and PM10 on CVD, ischemic heart disease (IHD), and myocardial infarction (MI) mortality (as well as PM2.5 on NAD) was observed, while the associations of PM2.5 with RD and pneumonia mortality, PM10 with NAD and RD mortality were not statistically significant, when the exposure window was extended to lag 0-30 days. It was concluded that there were harvesting effects and cumulative effects of ambient PM2.5 and PM10 on the elderly residents' mortality due to RD and CVD at Taiyuan and they could be estimated quantitatively when the broader time window was used, suggesting that the underestimation on the association of ambient PM with non-accidental death can be avoided using the present method in our study.

RESUMO

Through investigating the current research on the effect of Naoxintong Capsules in the treatment of cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and coronary heart disease angina pectoris, this study conducted a clinical comprehensive evaluation in "6+1" dimensions [safety, effectiveness, economy, innovation, suitability, accessibility, and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)], so as to highlight the advantages and clinical value of Naoxintong Capsules. By combining qualitative and quantitative methods, we used the multi-criteria decision analysis(MCDA) model to measure each dimension, and the results thereby were divided into four grades of A, B, C, and D in high-to-low order. Through literature review and evaluation, the adverse effects of Naoxintong Capsules are mainly caused by the gastrointestinal system. Since the safety risk is controllable based on current research, the safety evaluation is grade B. The effectiveness of Naoxintong Capsules combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and coronary heart disease angina pectoris is evaluated as grade A, as compared with conventional therapy alone. The economy of Naoxintong Capsules, compared with Tongxinluo Capsules, is assessed as grade B. According to literature reports, Naoxintong Capsules exhibits outstanding clinical innovation in optimizing the current anti-platelet therapy strategy for patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI), and the innovation is class A. Given the capsule formulation is convenient for storage and transportation, and its usage is easy for patients to grasp and accept, the suitability is grade B. The accessibility is grade A considering the price level, availability, and affordability, and the characteristics of TCM are evaluated as grade A from the perspectives of theoretical characteristics and human experience. The results of the comprehensive drug evaluation showed that the clinical value of Naoxintong Capsules is class A for treating cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and coronary heart disease angina pectoris. According to the Guidelines for the Management of Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation of Drugs(trial 2021 version) issued by the National Health Commission, relevant policy results for basic clinical drug management can be formulated directly by procedure.

RESUMO

The clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs is an important basis for the return of clinical value, decision-making of medical and health authorities, and allocation of medical resources. In July 2021, the National Health Commission issued the Guidelines for the Management of Clinical Comprehensive Evaluation of Drugs(trial version 2021), which required the evaluation to be implemented from the six dimensions(safety, effectiveness, economy, innovation, suitability, and accessibility), and made detailed arrangements for the clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs. As Chinese patent medicine differs from chemical medicines in terms of effective components and action modes, the clinical comprehensive evaluation of Chinese patent medicine should highlight the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on the basis of general requirements of comprehensive clinical evaluation of drugs. At present, in the clinical comprehensive evaluation of Chinese patent medicine, unified report standards have not yet been generated, resulting in the uneven quality of existing reports. To standardize the clinical comprehensive evaluation report of Chinese patent medicine and improve its quality, the editorial team, based on the relevant policy documents of clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs, formulated the clinical comprehensive evaluation report standards for Chinese patent medicine in combination with the previous practice and expert opinions. The report standards, containing seven sections with 15 items determined, focus on data source, evaluation content, evidence synthesis, quality control, and evaluation results supported with detailed interpretations to help researchers better understand and apply the report standards for clinical comprehensive evaluation of Chinese patent medicine, improve the report quality, and provide references for the decision-making by the national medical management authorities.

RESUMO

Self-assembly is important for creating photonic structures and structural color is typically tunable by varying the size of building blocks, which are themselves obtained after time-consuming chemical syntheses. The molecular conformation of bottlebrush block copolymers (BBCPs) in solution can be manipulated to create libraries of photonic structures. Amphiphilic BBCPs bearing oxidation-responsive ferrocene groups on the hydrophilic block are used to fabricate porous particles via evaporation-induced self-assembly of water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) double emulsions stabilized by the BBCP surfactant. In situ oxidation of the ferrocene groups by hydrogen peroxide at the W/O interface leads to enhanced hydrophilicity, more hydration, and chain extension of the hydrophilic block. Consequently, larger internal water droplets are spontaneously formed, yielding larger pores within the microparticles. The pore diameter is readily tunable from 144 to 301 nm with a single BBCP, thereby generating full-spectrum structural colors. This work provides a straightforward method for fabrication of libraries of photonic pigments in an easy and scalable manner.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the accuracy and safety of measurements of transcutaneous carbon dioxide partial pressure (TcPCO2) and transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure (TcPO2) at electrode temperatures lower than the value used in clinical practice in very low birth weight infants. METHODS: A total of 45 very low birth weight infants were enrolled. TcPCO2 and TcPO2 measurements were performed in these infants. Two transcutaneous monitors were placed simultaneously for each subject. One electrode was set and maintained at 42℃ used in clinical practice for neonates (control group), and the other was successively set at 38℃, 39℃, 40°C, and 41℃ (experimental group). The paired t-test was used to compare the measurement results between the groups. A Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the measurement results of the experimental group and control group, and between the measurement results of experimental group and arterial blood gas parameters. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in TcPCO2 between each experimental subgroup (38-41℃) and the control group. TcPCO2 in each experimental subgroup (38-41℃) was strongly positively correlated with TcPCO2 in the control group (r>0.9, P<0.05) and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure (r>0.8, P<0.05). There were significant differences in TcPO2 between each experimental subgroup (38-41℃) and the control group (P<0.05), but TcPO2 in each experimental subgroup (38-41℃) was positively correlated with TcPO2 in the control group (r=0.493-0.574, P<0.05) and arterial oxygen partial pressure (r=0.324-0.399, P<0.05). No skin injury occurred during transcutaneous measurements at all electrode temperatures. CONCLUSIONS: Lower electrode temperatures (38-41℃) can accurately measure blood carbon dioxide partial pressure in very low birth weight infants, and thus can be used to replace the electrode temperature of 42°C. Transcutaneous measurements at the lower electrode temperatures may be helpful for understanding the changing trend of blood oxygen partial pressure.

RESUMO

The ionospheric error can significantly affect the synthetic aperture radar (SAR) signals, particularly in the case of L band and lower frequency SAR systems. The ionospheric distortions are mixed with terrain and ground deformation signals, lowering the precision of the interferometric measurements. Moreover, it is often difficult to detect the small-scale ionospheric structure due to its rapid changes and may have more influence on ionospheric phase compensation for InSAR measurements. In this paper, we present a Faraday rotation (FR) inversion method and corresponding procedure to compensate the ionospheric error for SAR interferograms and to detect the variations of small-scale ionospheric disturbances. This method retrieves the absolute total electron content (TEC) based on the FR estimation and corrects the ionospheric error for synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InSAR) measurements by transforming the differential TEC into the ionospheric phase. In two selected study cases, located in high latitude and equatorial regions where ionospheric disturbances occur frequently, we test the method using the Phased Array L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (PALSAR) full-polarimetric SAR images. Our results show that the proposed procedure can effectively compensate the ionospheric phase. In order to validate the results, we present the results of ionospheric phase compensation based on the split-spectrum method as a comparison to the proposed method. To analyze the ability of our proposed method in detecting small-scale ionospheric disturbances, TEC derived from FR estimation are also compared with those derived from the global ionosphere maps (GIM). Our research provides a robust choice for the correction of ionospheric error in SAR interferograms. It also provides a powerful tool to measure small-scale ionospheric structure.

RESUMO

In this study, Tabu search algorithm was used to analyze the drug combination of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of brain injury and complications in the real world, and the clinical drug combination of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of brain injury and complications was selected and summarized. The combination of Xingnaojing Injection, Namefen and Citicoline were recommended in the treatment of brain injury and complications. For brain edema and nerve injury, Mannitol/Glycerol Fructose/Furosemide+Tetrahexose Monosialate Ganglioside Sodium should be recommended. For those with pulmonary infection, Xingnaojing Injection+Xiyanping+Ambroxol Hydrochloride+Tanreqing Injection should be recommended. For those with shock, Hydroxyethyl Starch+Dopamine Hydrochloride/Dobutamine Hydrochloride+Sodium Bicarbonate should be recommended. The combination reflected the characteristics of Chinese and Western medicine. The above medication regimen was only for clinicians' reference. The clinical application should be based on patients' specific conditions, clinical benefits and risks, as well as the incompatibility. On the basis of the findings, further studies can be carried out for prospective clinical efficacy evaluation and safety evaluation for a specific subgroup module.

RESUMO

In this study, Tabu search algorithm was used to analyze the effect of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in the real world. Through the analysis of the results, the therapies based on the pathogeny of cerebral hemorrhage were screened out: Xingnaojing Injection+hemostatic drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis. Cerebral hemorrhage complicated with brain edema: combined with mannitol or mannitol+aescin. The patients with relevant complications in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage could select according to the indications: ①Aminocycline+Oxiracetam+Piperacillin Sodium Sulbactam Sodium+Sodium Lactate Ringer; ②Aminocycline+Oxiracetam+Nifedipine+Captopril+Metoclopramide+Cimetidine; ③Insulin+Pantoprazole+So-dium Nitroprusside. The combined therapies for patients of the stable stage with complicating diseases could select according to the indications: ① Monosialotetrahexosyl Ganglioside Sodium+Deproteinized Calf Blood Serum+Nitroglycerin+Compound Potassium Dihydrogn Phosphate; ② Edaravone+Gangliosides+Captopril+Levofloxacin+Tanreqing Injection+Aminophylline. The analysis of subgroup module of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis suggested that the safety of traditional Chinese medicine should be paid attention to in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. This study was based on the data of the real world, but with some problems, such as lack of data and confounding factors. The summarized medication plan is only for the reference of clinicians. The clinical application shall be based on the specific situation of patients and the clinical benefits and risks, and pay attention to the incompatibility.
