RESUMO

In order to adapt the development of vehicle driving automation technology for driving conditions under different levels of automation and based on the independently invented LF automatic pressure regulating valve (LF-APRV) for electronically controlled pneumatic brake systems (ECPBS), the dynamic PWM coupling pressure regulation method is proposed. This method realizes pressure regulation by adjusting the duty cycle of the control signal of the LF-APRV at different stages in the pressure regulation cycle. A co-simulation model was established to verify the feasibility of the method, and a test system was built to verify the correctness of the co-simulation model. Through the test, the pressure regulation performance of dynamic PWM coupling pressure regulation method and conventional on/off pressure regulation method was compared. The results show that the new method can improve the stability of pressure regulation, although the response time increases; under the new method, the overshoot of the pressure rising from 0 to 0.5 MPa was reduced by 69%, and the overshoot of the pressure decreasing from 0.5 MPa to 0.2 MPa was basically 0. Finally, tests and simulations showed that the dynamic PWM coupling pressure regulation method can meet the continuous graded braking requirements of vehicles, and the pressure response has good tracking performance on the target pressure.

RESUMO

For intelligence brakes in the electronic pneumatic brake system of commercial vehicles, the pressure change rate is used as the key control parameter and evaluation index. This can improve the brake safety, stability, and ride comfort of the vehicle. The real-time detection of the brake pressure change rate for commercial vehicles is the premise for realizing the accurate control of brake pressure change rate. Based on Poiseuille's law, an efficient measurement method of brake pressure change rate is proposed for commercial vehicles, and a new measuring device with an isothermal container and laminar flow resistance tube as the core components is designed. Through thermal insulation performance tests, flow resistance tests and measurement accuracy tests, combined with simulations, the effects of structural parameters and copper wire filling density on the performance of the isothermal container are analyzed, and these key parameters are optimized to improve the thermal insulation performance. A tubular laminar flow resistance tube composed of 304 stainless steel capillaries in parallel is designed. The influence mechanism of core parameters such as the number, radius, and length of laminar flow channels on its performance is studied, and the optimal parameter array is selected to optimize its performance. The experimental platform for measuring brake pressure change rate is constructed. By comparing the measurement curve of brake pressure change rate under simulation and experiment, the correctness and effectiveness of the pressure change rate measurement principle and the key components for electronically controlled pneumatic brakes of commercial vehicles are verified to meet engineering requirements.

RESUMO

The pressure change rate (PCR) of the brake chamber is the key control parameter and evaluation index in the pneumatic braking system for intelligent braking. The PCR threshold value of commercial vehicle brake chambers for braking comfort is analyzed. The PCR measurement method based on a laminar flow resistance tube is proposed, and the PCR test system is designed. The simulation model of a PCR test system for commercial vehicle brake chambers is presented. By analyzing the simulation and experimental results, it is validated that the PCR test system of commercial vehicle brake chambers has the function of measuring PCR in real time. Finally, according to the MSA (Measurement System Analysis) evaluation method, the performance of the PCR test system for commercial vehicle brake chambers is analyzed, and the correctness and applicability of the test system are verified.

RESUMO

Low-contrast or uneven illumination in real-world images will cause a loss of details and increase the difficulty of pattern recognition. An automatic image illumination perception and adaptive correction algorithm, termed as GLAGC, is proposed in this paper. Based on Retinex theory, the illumination of an image is extracted through the discrete wavelet transform. Two features that characterize the image illuminance are creatively designed. The first feature is the spatial luminance distribution feature, which is applied to the adaptive gamma correction of local uneven lighting. The other feature is the global statistical luminance feature. Through a training set containing images with various illuminance conditions, the relationship between the image exposure level and the feature is estimated under the maximum entropy criterion. It is used to perform adaptive gamma correction on global low illumination. Moreover, smoothness preservation is performed in the high-frequency subband to preserve edge smoothness. To eliminate low-illumination noise after wavelet reconstruction, the adaptive stabilization factor is derived. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. By comparison, the proposed method yields comparable or better results than the state-of-art methods in terms of efficiency and quality.

RESUMO

Aiming at the engineering requirements of reducing the volume and improving the vibration characteristics of gears in the three-cylinder engine balanced system, a design and optimization method of gear structure is proposed based on the Design of Experiments (DOE) and proxy models. The paper analyzes the structure improvement process based on the gear design model and technical index requirements. By designing the plane characteristics of the weight-increasing module, the weight-reducing module and the elastic module, the calculation model of balance performance indices such as mass, moment of inertia and unbalance of new balanced vibration reduction gear are constructed. Then, a more efficient design method is proposed based on dynamic simulation and multidisciplinary optimization design platform (Isight). The results show that the new design method of gear structure can effectively reduce the structure improvement cycle. At the same time, the improved structure can reduce the thickness of the weight-increasing module by 6.3 mm and the vibration attenuation by more than 90%.
