[Differences concerning some immunological markers in viral hepatitis A and B]. / Diferente privind unii markeri imunologici in hepatita virala A si B.

From the carried out investigations it results that in the acute period hepatitis A and B has an evolution with immunological alterations different in intensity and direction. In hepatitis B a more lasting immune reorganization was pointed out, at the basis of which are, possibly, autoimmune processes which are instituted even at the onset of the disease and which are subsequently conditioning the chronic affecting of the liver.
