RESUMO
Objective To explore the relation among the quality of the Paridis polyphylla and different species and growth conditions, and help to provide scientific foundation for introduction and cultivation of Paridis polyphylla. Methods The samples of Paridis polyphylla were collected by different varieties, different growth years, different harvest seasons and different altitude habitats. The content of saponins in Paridis polyphylla was measured by HPLC method according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015. The chromatographic column was ACQUITY UPLC? HSS T3 (3.0 mm× 100 mm, 1.8μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water (gradient elution), with flow rate of 0.5 ml/min, detection wavelength was 203 nm and column temperature at 35℃.Results Total saponin content ranged from 1.35% to 3.89% among the varieties studied. The content of each components were listed as:Paris polyphylla Smith(PS) >Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis(Franch.) Hand.-Mazz. (PY) >Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis(Franch.) Hara (PC). From 3 to 10 years old of PC, the longer the growth years made the higher the total saponin content. Furthermore, total saponin content of PC increased gradually with the altitudes rising from 400 to 800 meters. The total saponin content of PY harvesting in spring was much higher than that of other seasons. Conclusions The Results showed the importance for introducing and cultivating of Paridis polyphylla.
RESUMO
Objective To discuss clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome child-bearing. Methods Ultrasonography results of 421 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome were retrospective analyzed, a-mong which 163 were fueling, and 258 cases were not fueling. 400 cases of healthy volunteers were selected as control group, among which 45 cases were fueling, and 355 cases were not fueling. Ovarian volume and the number of follicles were detected by ultrasonography. Results The 163 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome group were obese, 45 cases of control group were non-obese, which showed significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). BMI and WHR of polycystic ovary syndrome group were apparently higher than control group (P<0.01). The number of follicles of polycystic ovary syndrome group were apparently more than control group (P<0.01). Ovarian volume of polycystic ovary syndrome group were apparently bigger than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome childbearing shows ovarian enlargement, ovarian surrounding cysts and other typical performance.
RESUMO
AIM: To investigate the platelet aggregations in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and the effect of ticlopidine treatment. METHODS: Platelet aggregations induced by adenosine diphosphate(ADP), epinephrine(EPI), collagen(Coll), arachidonic acid(ACA) in CHD group before and after ticlopidine treatment were measured by turbidity assay. RESULTS: Maximum ratios of platelet aggregations (max%) induced by ADP,EPI in CHD group (0.78?0.23,0.86?0.25) were significantly higher than that of control group (0.65?0.19,0.73?0.21, P
RESUMO
Aim To explore the best way of calculating antihypertensive effect of nifedipine GITS on trough to peak ratio (T/PR), and smoothness index (SI) of the drug from ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). Methods 32 cases of mild to moderate essential hypertension patients were enrolled and each was given 30 mg of nifedipine GITS once daily. ABPM was repeated for four weeks. ABPM data were analyzed statistically and T/PR calculated by both individual and whole group way. Results The casual blood pressure(CBP) and ABP were lowered by (24?12)/(12?8) mmHg and ( 14.5 ? 3.9 )/( 11.2 ? 3.0) mmHg .The T/PR by individual way was 0.65 ? 0.23 for SBP and 0.66 ? 0.25 for DBP, while by whole group way 0.62 for SBP and 0.68 for DBP. The smoothness index (SI), a new method for assessing the homogeneity of 24 hour blood pressure reduction by antihypertensive therapy, was 3.74 for SBP and 3.77 for DBP after treatment. Conclusion Nifedipine GITS lowers blood pressure effectively and smoothly for 24 hours long. Antihypertensive effects can be reflected by T/PR and SI.
