OBJECTIVES: To investigate the predictive value of four-phase contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) for early complete response (CR) to drug-eluting-bead transarterial chemoembolization (DEB-TACE), with a particular focus on the quantitatively assessed wash-in and wash-out. METHODS: A retrospective analysis of preprocedural CECTs was performed for 129 HCC nodules consecutively subjected to DEB-TACE as first-line therapy. Lesion size, location, and margins were recorded. For the quantitative analysis, the following parameters were computed: contrast enhancement ratio (CER) and lesion-to-liver contrast ratio (LLC) as estimates of wash-in; absolute and relative wash-out (WOabs and WOrel) and delayed percentage attenuation ratio (DPAR) as estimates of wash-out. The early radiological response of each lesion was assessed by the mRECIST criteria and dichotomized in CR versus others (partial response, stable disease, and progressive disease). RESULTS: All quantitatively assessed wash-out variables had significantly higher rates for CR lesions (WOabs p = 0.01, WOrel p = 0.01, and DPAR p = 0.00002). However, only DPAR demonstrated an acceptable discriminating ability, quantified by AUC = 0.80 (95% CI0.73-0.88). In particular, nodules with DPAR ≥ 120 showed an odds ratio of 3.3(1.5-7.2) for CR (p = 0.0026). When accompanied by smooth lesion margins, DPAR ≥ 120 lesions showed a 78% CR rate at first follow-up imaging. No significative association with CR was found for quantitative wash-in estimates (CER and LLC). CONCLUSIONS: Based on preprocedural CECT, the quantitative assessment of HCC wash-out is useful in predicting early CR after DEB-TACE. Among the different formulas for wash-out quantification, DPAR has the best discriminating ability. When associated, DPAR ≥ 120 and smooth lesion margins are related to relatively high CR rates. KEY POINTS: • A high wash-out rate, quantitatively assessed during preprocedural four-phase contrast-enhanced CT (CECT), is a favorable predictor for early radiological complete response of HCC to drug-eluting-bead chemoembolization (DEB-TACE). • The arterial phase of CECT shows great dispersion of attenuation values among different lesions, even when a standardized protocol is used, limiting its usefulness for quantitative analyses. • Among the different formulas used to quantify the wash-out rate (absolute wash-out, relative wash-out, and delayed percentage attenuation ratio), the latter (DPAR), based only on the delayed phase, is the most predictive (AUC = 0.80), showing a significant association with complete response for values above 120.

BACKGROUND: Bile leak (BL) after hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB) surgery is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Aim of this study was to evaluate effectiveness and safety of percutaneous transhepatic approach (PTA) to drainage BL after HPB surgery. METHODS: Between 2006 and 2018, consecutive patients who were referred to interventional radiology units of three tertiary referral hospitals were retrospectively identified. Technical success and clinical success were analyzed and evaluated according to surgery type, BL-site and grade, catheter size and biochemical variables. Complications of PTA were reported. RESULTS: One-hundred-eighty-five patients underwent PTA for BL. Technical success was 100%. Clinical success was 78% with a median (range) resolution time of 21 (5-221) days. Increased clinical success was associated with patients who underwent hepaticresection (86%,p = 0,168) or cholecystectomy (86%,p = 0,112) while low success rate was associated to liver-transplantation (56%,p < 0,001). BL-site,grade, catheter size and AST/ALT levels were not associated with clinical success. ALT/AST high levels were correlated to short time resolution (17 vs 25 days, p = 0,037 and 16 vs 25 day, p = 0,011, respectively) Complications of PTA were documented in 21 (11%) patients. CONCLUSION: This study based on a large cohort of patients demonstrated that PTA is a valid and safe approach in BL treatment after HPB surgery.

PURPOSE: To evaluate the radiation dose reduction during endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) after the reconfiguration of a Philips AlluraXper FD20 X-ray system. METHODS: Between 2013 and 2015, we implemented a low-dose protocol (Eco dose) increasing the filtration with 1 mm of Al and 0.1 of Cu on both fluoroscopy and fluorography and halving the frames per second in fluoroscopy. The switch was complemented by hybrid operating room staff education and training in radiation protection. We compared two samples of 50 patients treated before the switch (normal dose) with 50 patients treated after the switch (Eco dose). Procedures were categorized into two different grades of complexity, standard and complex, intended as fenestrated/chimney/snorkel and EVAR plus additional embolization to prevent endoleak type II. We evaluated patient demographics, Air Kerma (AK), dose area product (DAP), and procedural data (fluoroscopy time, number of fluorographies, and iodinated contrast). Staff radiation dose was measured with film badge dosimeter on C-arm. RESULTS: The Eco-dose protocol witnessed a DAP reduction of 53% in standard EVARs and of 57% in complex EVARs and an AK reduction of 45% in standard and 57% in complex EVAR. The image quality in 2016 was perceived acceptable, as proven by the fact that fluoroscopy time, number of fluorographies, and contrast medium volumes did not have to be increased. We achieved a reduction in staff dose of 25.6%. CONCLUSIONS: Optimized angiographic system setting significantly reduced the radiation dose both to the patients and to the staff assuring safe EVAR procedures.

OBJECTIVES: To evaluate hepatic encephalopathy (HE) incidence after transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) and classify by gravity and frequency. METHODS: This is a retrospective study of 75 patients with no previous episodes of HE who underwent TIPS between 2008 and 2014 with clinical follow-up after 6 and 12 months. Patient risk factors evaluated include age, INR (international normalized ratio), creatinine, bilirubin, and MELD score (Model for End-of-stage Liver Disease). HE was reported using two classifications: (1) gravity divided in moderate (West-Haven grades I-II) and severe (III-IV); (2) frequency divided in episodic and recurrent/persistent. RESULTS: Overall HE incidence was 36% at 6 months, with 12 month incidence significantly decreased to 27% (p = 0.02). 13/75 (17%) patients had one episode of moderate HE, while 3/75 (4%) patients had severe recurrent/persistent HE. Age was the only pre-TIPS risk predictor. Post-TIPS bilirubin and INR showed variations from basal values only in the presence of diagnosed HE. Bilirubin significantly increased (p = 0.03) in correlation to HE severity, whereas INR changes correlated with temporal frequency (p = 0.04). HE distribution classified for severity is similar at 6 and 12 months, whereas when classified for frequency shows significant differences (p = 0.04). CONCLUSIONS: A classification by gravity and frequency attests post-TIPS HE as a manageable risk. Monitoring of bilirubin and INR may help on clinical management risk stratification.

AIMS: Alexithymia is a personality trait that consists of difficulty in identifying and acknowledging one's own and others' feelings. Recent studies reported that alexithymia is present in both anorexia (AN) and bulimia nervosa (BN). Brain morphological studies on healthy subjects showed that alexithymia correlates with several brain regions involved in emotions processing. The aim of this study was to investigate the anatomical correlates of alexithymia in AN and BN. METHODS: We performed a voxel-based morphometry study on 21 patients with AN and 18 with BN. Seventeen healthy subjects were used as a control group. Alexithymia, depression and anxiety were assessed with self-administered questionnaires and correlated to gray matter (GM) density in each group. RESULTS: In BN, alexithymia was correlated with the GM of the parietal lobe, in particular of the right angular gyrus. The correlation was predominantly linked with Difficulty Describing Feelings. In AN, we did not find correlations between GM and alexithymia. CONCLUSIONS: In BN, our results support the hypothesis that this trait may represent a relevant pathogenic or maintenance factor that contributes to relational difficulties, present in this pathology. In AN, the lack of correlation between GM volume and alexithymia may be influenced by atrophy in several brain regions that in turn can be, as previously reported, a consequence of caloric restriction. Also, the nature of alexithymia may be different from that of BN and controls and this trait could be secondary to a psychopathologic process specific to AN.

PURPOSE: The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of interventional radiology procedures in the treatment of major urological complications after kidney transplantation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Between 2000 and 2010, 1,146 kidney transplants were performed at our institution. A total of 146 major complications occurred, including 77 obstructions, 36 leaks and 33 associated perigraft fluid collections. Percutaneous treatment was carried out in 118/146 complications in 91 patients. In the case of stenosis-obstruction and fistulas (104 complications), the first therapeutic step was placement of a nephrostomy catheter, followed by balloon ureteroplasty, placement of external-internal catheters and double-J stents; 14/33 collections were drained under ultrasound guidance. RESULTS: In all 118 percutaneous interventions, we were able to place a nephrostomy or drainage catheter, with a technical success rate of 100 %. The long-term success rate was 49.6 %: in 57/115 (three patients were lost to follow-up) we obtained the complete resolution of the complication. The procedure-related mortality rate was 0 %. There was only one major complication and the rate of minor complications was 14.4 %. CONCLUSIONS: Interventional radiology is the first choice option in the treatment of urological complications after kidney transplantation.

PURPOSE: The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of percutaneous treatment of biliary strictures after paediatric liver transplantation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: In the period between October 1999 and October 2010, a total of 92 transplants in 86 children were performed at our Liver Transplant Centre. Eighteen patients had anastomotic biliary strictures (in four cases associated with intrahepatic bile duct stenosis). Percutaneous treatment (transhepatic biliary drainage and conventional/cutting balloon dilatation) was proposed as a first approach in 13/18 patients. Strict radiation protection precautions were taken in accordance with the ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable) principle. Mean follow-up time was 2,364 days. RESULTS: Surgical correction was required in 3/13 patients; in 8/13 cases, there was complete disappearance of clinical symptoms without bile duct dilatation; in one case, an asymptomatic persistent bile duct dilatation was detected while in the other case, the liver is currently in cirrhotic degeneration (69 % clinical success including the asymptomatic patient with biliary dilatation). Two of the five patients who were initially treated with surgery required percutaneous revision (clinical success of 100 %). There were two cases of long-term restenosis and two cases of transient haemobilia. CONCLUSIONS: Percutaneous procedures are safe and effective therapeutic options for the treatment of biliary strictures after paediatric liver transplantation.

We report the case of a 53-year-old patient subjected to percutaneous embolization of right and middle hepatic veins to induce liver segments 2-3 hypertrophy before extended right hepatic resection for a locally advanced type IIIa perihilar cholangiocarcinoma. Hepatic vein embolization (HVE) was performed 3 weeks after surgical recanalization of left portal vein (severely narrowed at its origin due to tumor infiltration) interposing an internal jugular vein graft between main and distal left portal vein. Nine days after HVE, future liver remnant volume increased from 395 to 501 cc, i.e. 25.1% of standardized total liver volume, allowing to perform a radical right hepatic trisectionectomy plus caudatectomy. He was discharged home on postoperative day 15th after an uneventful postoperative course, with no sign of posthepatectomy liver failure.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (LVDD) in cirrhotics are associated with circulatory dysfunction, hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) and heart failure in stressful conditions. Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) exacerbates the hyperdynamic circulation and challenges cardiac function. We evaluated the incidence and the impact of LVDD in cirrhotic candidates to TIPS for refractory ascites. METHODS: Among 135 patients who underwent TIPS for refractory ascites, 63 cases (child B/C 53/10, Na-model for end-stage liver disease 16.5 ± 0.9) who had 2D-transthoracic-echocardiography with tissue-Doppler-imaging pre-TIPS were retrospectively analysed (group A); in 23 cases cardiac and hormonal assessment before and after TIPS was available. 41 cirrhotics without refractory ascites treated by banding ligation for variceal re-bleeding were used as controls (group B). RESULTS: The prevalence of LVDD was higher in group A (59%; 22% with grade ≥2) as compared to group B (35%; 7% with grade ≥2) (P < 0.01 and P < 0.03). A lack of clinical response to TIPS occurred in 10 patients, all with LVDD (P < 0.03 vs. no LVDD) and in patients with grade ≥2 LVDD mostly (P < 0.02 vs. grade 1). Central venous pressure >20 mmHg after TIPS and left ventricular end-diastolic volume at basal were predictors of no response to TIPS (P = 0.01 and P = 0.004, respectively), which was an independent predictor of death. Elevated levels of NT-proBNP 3 days after TIPS were associated with advanced cardiac dysfunction (P = 0.005). CONCLUSION: NT-proBNP and careful LVDD investigation are useful to better select patients and to predict clinical response and mortality after TIPS.

BACKGROUND: Left atrial appendage (LAA) morphology, investigated by computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, has proved to relate to the risk of cerebrovascular events in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). The aim of the present study was to assess reproducibility of transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) imaging in describing LAA morphology. METHODS: Two-hundred consecutive patients referred for TEE were enrolled. In the first group of 47 (23.5%) patients LAA morphology was analyzed by conventional TEE and described as ChickenWing, Windsock, Cactus or Cauliflower. In the second group of 153 (76.5%) patients, instead, a 3D-Xplane diagnostic algorithm was performed to stratify LAA morphology as linear (ChickenWing) or complex (Windsock/Cactus and Cauliflower). Interobserver variability within three independent readers was assessed in both groups of patients and stratified by operator's experience and training. In a subgroup of 19 (12.4%) patients, the agreement of LAA morphology description by 3D-Xplane diagnostic algorithm was compared to cardiac magnetic resonance. RESULTS: By conventional TEE the agreement among operators on LAA morphology classification was poor (ρ<0.13). The 3D-XPlane diagnostic algorithm, significantly increased interobserver agreement up to ρ=0.32 within all readers and up to ρ=0.82 among the experienced and specifically trained operators. LAA morphology description in this latter group provided strong agreement with cardiac magnetic resonance (up to ρ=0.77). CONCLUSIONS: LAA morphology assessment is challenging by conventional TEE. To improve reproducibility, the use of the 3D-Xplane technique combined with a specific diagnostic algorithm and training of the operators is fundamental.

Endovascular treatment of arterial injuries with stent-graft is a reliable alternative approach in patients not suitable for embolization or at high risk for surgery. The aim of our study was to evaluate the efficacy and the safety of the BeGraft stent-graft, a low-profile balloon expandable covered stent, for emergency endovascular treatment of iatrogenic arterial injuries.Between August 2015 and September 2018, 34 consecutive patients (mean age 71 ±â€Š12 years, 9 females) underwent implantation of BeGraft stent-grafts for iatrogenic arterial injuries (22 active bleedings, 11 pseudoaneurysms, and 1 enteric-iliac fistula). The primary endpoints were technical and clinical success and rates of major and minor complications. The secondary endpoint was the patency of the device during the follow-up. Imaging follow-up was performed by duplex ultrasound and/or computed tomography angiography (according to lesion site/target vessel), at 1-6-12-15 and 24 months.In all 34 patients (100%), the lesion or the defect was effectively excluded with a cumulative amount of 42 stent-grafts. The clinical success was documented in 30/34 patients (88.2%). Neither device- or procedure-related deaths, or major complications occurred. A minor complication was reported in 1 patient (2.9%), successfully treated during the same procedure. Thirty (88.2%) patients were available for a mean follow-up time of 390 ±â€Š168 days (minimum 184, maximum 770), with no observed loss of patency, yielding a 100% Kaplan-Meier cumulative survival patency function. The percentage of patent patients was 30/30 at 6 months, 22/22 at 12 months, and 5/5 at 15 months.Endovascular treatment of iatrogenic arterial injuries with the BeGraft stent-graft is minimally invasive and effective, with good patency rate at midterm follow-up.

We present the use of a self-expandable covered metallic stent (UVENTA; TaeWoong Medical, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea) to treat a ureteral stricture after kidney transplant. In this report, we describe the procedure and short-term outcomes of a patient with a recurrent distal stricture who did not respond to percutaneous balloon dilation. We decided to place this temporary stent as an alternative to complex surgery. The aim of the procedure was to get a chronic dilation of the stricture up to 7 mm to stabilize the fibrotic tissue. The procedure was easily and quickly performed by an antegrade and retrograde combined approach. The postoperative course was uneventful. The stent was left in situ for 7 months. No complications were noted, and the renal function remained stable. The stent was easily removed, and 5 months later there were no signs of recurrence. The UVENTA device was shown to be an easy, safe, and effective minimally invasive treatment for ureteral stricture in renal transplant. Proper permanence time and long-term results need to be explored.

Previous studies have shown that human liver stem-like cells (HLSCs) may undergo differentiation in vitro into urea producing hepatocytes and in vivo may sustain liver function in models of experimentally induced acute liver injury. The aim of this study was to assess the safety of HLSCs intrahepatic administration in inherited neonatal-onset hyperammonemia. The study was approved by the Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco on favorable opinion of the Italian Institute of Health as an open-label, prospective, uncontrolled, monocentric Phase I study (HLSC 01-11, EudraCT-No. 2012-002120-33). Three patients affected by argininosuccinic aciduria (patient 1) and methylmalonic acidemia (patients 2 and 3) and included in the liver transplantation list were enrolled. In all patients, HLSCs were administered by percutaneous intrahepatic injections (once a week for two consecutive weeks) within the first months of life. The first patient received 125,000 HLSCs x gram of liver/dose while the other two patients received twice this dose. No immunosuppression was administered since HLSCs possess immunomodulatory activities. None of the patients experienced infections, hyperammonemia decompensation, or other adverse events during the whole observation period. No donor specific antibodies (DSA) against HLSCs were detected. Patients were metabolic stable despite an increase (~30%) in protein intake. Two patients underwent liver transplantation after 19 and 11 months respectively, and after explantation, the native livers showed no histological alterations. In conclusion, percutaneous intrahepatic administration of HLSCs was safe in newborn with inherited neonatal-onset hyperammonemia. These data pave the way for Phase II studies in selected inherited and acquired liver disorders.

Biliary leaks complicating hepaticojejunostomy (HJA) or fistulas from cut surface are severe complications after liver transplantation (LT) and split-liver transplantation (SLT). The aim of the study was to describe our experience about the safety and efficacy of radiological percutaneous treatment without dilatation of intrahepatic biliary ducts. From 1990 to 2006, 1595 LTs in 1463 patients were performed in our center. In 1199 LTs (75.2%), a duct-to-duct anastomosis was performed, and in 396 (24.8%), an HJA was performed. One hundred twenty-nine anastomotic or cut-surface bile leakages occurred in 115 patients. Sixty-two biliary leaks occurred in 54 patients with HJA; in 48 cases, an anastomotic fistula was found. Cut-surface fistulas occurred in 14 cases: 5 in right SLTs and 5 in left SLTs. Twenty-two patients were treated with 23 percutaneous approaches for 17 HJA fistulas and 6 cut-surface leaks without intrahepatic bile duct dilatation. Two percutaneous therapeutic approaches were used: percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD) for fistula alone and PTBD with percutaneous drainage of biliary collection in patients with both complications. PTBD was successful in 21 cases (91.3%); the median delay from catheter insertion and leak resolution was 10.3 days (range: 7-41). The median maintenance of drainage was 14.8 days. In 1 patient, fistula recurrence after PTBD needed a surgical approach; after that, an anastomotic fistula was still found, and a new PTBD was successfully performed. In another patient, PTBD was immediately followed by retransplantation for portal vein thrombosis. There were no complications related to the interventional procedure. In conclusion, biliary fistulas after HJA in LT or after SLT can be successfully treated by PTBD. The absence of enlarged intrahepatic biliary ducts should not be a contraindication for percutaneous treatment.

AIMS: Several randomized trials of patients with carotid stenosis show increased adverse neurological events with stenting versus endarterectomy in the 30-day post-procedure. This study examines the incidence of new ischaemic lesions in patients treated in our centre using the new Roadsaver stent. METHODS AND RESULTS: Between September 2015 and January 2016, 23 consecutive patients (age 74.3 ± 7.3 years, 17.4 % female) underwent carotid artery stenting with the Roadsaver stent, a nitinol double-layer micromesh device. A distal protection device was used in all cases. Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging was performed 24 h before, and 24 h and 30 days after the procedure. The 24-h post-procedure imaging showed 15 new ipsilateral ischaemic lesions in 7 (30.4 %) patients: median volume 0.076 cm3 (interquartile range 0.065-0.146 cm3). All lesions were asymptomatic. The 30-day imaging showed complete resolution of all lesions and no new ischaemic lesions. Follow-up clinical and ultrasound examinations at 30 days and 6 months recorded no adverse cardiac or cerebrovascular events. CONCLUSIONS: Protected stenting with micromesh Roadsaver stent showed good safety and efficacy in the treatment of carotid stenosis, with a low incidence of delayed embolic events and new ipsilateral ischaemic brain lesions. These preliminary results are encouraging, but need to be confirmed with larger populations.

The aim of the study is to evaluate 3 different techniques of Denver peritoneovenous shunt (PVS) placement. Fifty-three patients with malignant ascites underwent placement of 55 Denver PVS by a surgical (33 cases) or percutaneous (18) or laparoscopically assisted (4) procedure. There were 2 cases of postoperative mortality due to cardiac failure, and 7 cases of shunt obstruction (2 of them required replacement). Twenty patients underwent subsequent palliative treatment with chemotherapy or surgery. Complication and control of ascites rates are similar for the 3 techniques. Placement of Denver PVS for the treatment of malignant ascites appears to be a safe and useful procedure. Surgical dissection of the jugular vein is not mandatory. The percutaneous technique is the easiest, fastest, and least invasive procedure. Laparoscopic-assisted positioning is recommended if a peritoneal biopsy and/or abdominal exploration is required for a definitive diagnosis.

BACKGROUND: Left atrial appendage (LAA) is the major source of cardiac thrombi in atrial fibrillation (AF) and plays a major role in cardioembolic events. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the correlation between LAA morphology and the burden of silent cerebral ischemia (SCI) as a new thromboembolic risk marker in patients with AF. METHODS: A total of 348 patients with AF undergoing transcatheter ablation were enrolled. A cerebral magnetic resonance (MR) was performed to assess SCI burden, while LAA morphology was studied by MR or computed tomography and categorized as follows: cactus in 52 (14.9%) patients, chicken wing in 177 (50.9%), wind sock in 101 (29.0%), and cauliflower in 18 (5.2%). RESULTS: SCIs were detected in 295 (84.8%) patients, with a median number of lesions of 23. SCI burden was related to LAA complexity: 30.8% and 17.3% patients with cactus, 30.5% and 22.0% with chicken wing, 13.9% and 27.7% with wind sock, and 16.7% and 38.9% with cauliflower LAA morphologies were in the first and fourth quartiles of number of SCI per patient, respectively (P = .035). After adjustment for potential confounders, only age (ß 0.12; 95% CI 0.08-0.16; P < .001), chicken wing (ß -0.28; 95% CI -0.51 to -0.04; P = .021), wind sock (ß 0.38; 95% CI 0.12-0.65; P = .005), and cauliflower (ß 0.61; 95% CI 0.07-1.14; P = .026) LAA morphologies were significantly related to SCI burden. CONCLUSION: LAA morphology relates to the burden of SCI in AF patients. Future research should corroborate if accessible methods (eg, echocardiography) are able to describe LAA morphology, permitting its use within universal thromboembolic risk predictors in AF patients.

Recent studies focussing on neuroimaging features of eating disorders have observed that anorexia nervosa (AN) is characterized by significant grey matter (GM) atrophy in many brain regions, especially in the cerebellum and anterior cingulate cortex. To date, no studies have found GM atrophy in bulimia nervosa (BN) or have directly compared patients with AN and BN. We used voxel-based morphometry (VBM) to characterize brain abnormalities in AN and BN patients, comparing them with each other and with a control group, and correlating brain volume with clinical features. We recruited 17 AN, 13 BN and 14 healthy controls. All subjects underwent high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with a T1-weighted 3D image. VBM analysis was carried out with the FSL-VBM 4.1 tool. We found no global atrophy, but regional GM reduction in AN with respect to controls and BN in the cerebellum, fusiform area, supplementary motor area, and occipital cortex, and in the caudate in BN compared to AN and controls. Both groups of patients had a volumetric increase bilaterally in somatosensory regions with respect to controls, in areas that are typically involved in the sensory-motor integration of body stimuli and in mental representation of the body image. Our VBM study documented, for the first time in BN patients, the presence of volumetric alterations and replicated previous findings in AN patients. We evidenced morphological differences between AN and BN, demonstrating in the latter atrophy of the caudate nucleus, a region involved in reward mechanisms and processes of self-regulation, perhaps involved in the genesis of the binge-eating behaviors of this disorder.
