Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with stable COPD. Methods Sixty patients with COPD were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group. They were given basic medical treatment, and the rehabilitation group was given 6-minute walk training and shrink-lip breathing for 16 weeks. Results After treatment, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, 6MWD, SGRQ of the rehabilitation group improved more than those of the control group. Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation can improve the exercise tolerance and the life quality of patients with stable COPD.
