RESUMO

In nature, many organisms respond chemotactically to external chemical stimuli in order to extract nutrients or avoid danger. Inspired by this natural chemotaxis, micro/nanomotors with chemotactic properties have been developed and applied to study a variety of disease models. This chemotactic strategy has shown promising results and has attracted the attention of an increasing number of researchers. This paper mainly reviews the construction methods of different types of chemotactic micro/nanomotors, the mechanism of chemotaxis, and the potential applications in biomedicine. First, based on the classification of materials, the construction methods and therapeutic effects of chemotactic micro/nanomotors based on natural cells and synthetic materials in cellular and animal experiments will be elaborated in detail. Second, the mechanism of chemotaxis of micro/nanomotors is elaborated in detail: chemical reaction induced chemotaxis and physical process driven chemotaxis. In particular, the main differences and significant advantages between chemotactic micro/nanomotors and magnetic, electrical and optical micro/nanomotors are described. The applications of chemotactic micro/nanomotors in the biomedical fields in recent years are then summarized, focusing on the mechanism of action and therapeutic effects in cancer and cardiovascular disease. Finally, the authors are looking forward to the future development of chemotactic micro/nanomotors in the biomedical fields.

To achieve a fiber strain sensor with a large detection range and high sensitivity, this paper proposes a wave structured fiber SPR strain sensor. When subjected to axial strain, the wave structured fiber is stretched axially, increasing the stretchability of the sensor and achieving a large detection range strain sensing. Meanwhile, axial strain reduces the longitudinal amplitude of the fiber wave structure, effectively changing the total reflection angle of the transmitted beam at the peak and valley (SPR incidence angle) to achieve high sensitivity SPR strain sensing. The experiment indicates that the strain detection range of the sensor can reach 0-1800µÎµ, with a maximum strain sensitivity of 36.25pm/µÎµ. The wave structured fiber SPR strain sensor designed in this article provides a new approach to improve the range and sensitivity of strain detection.

The conical fiber SPR sensor is easy to manufacture and has been used in biochemical detection research, but it has the problem of structural fragility. This article proposes a spiral cone fiber SPR sensor, which introduces a spiral structure on the 76µm fiber coarse cone, achieving good coupling of the core mode into the cladding mode, and improving the physical strength and practicality of the cone-shaped fiber SPR sensor. By modifying the target protein on the surface of the sensor gold film, specific detection of ginsenoside Rg1, an active ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine ginseng, was achieved. The detection sensitivity was 0.138 nm/(µm/ml) and the detection limit was 0.22µm/ml. The proposed spiral cone fiber SPR sensor provides a new scheme for the specific detection of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine, which is structurally stable and physically strong.

AIMS: Despite metatranscriptomics becoming an emerging tool for pathogen surveillance, very little is known about the feasibility of this approach for understanding the fate of human-derived pathogens in drinking water sources. METHODS AND RESULTS: We conducted multiplexed microfluidic cards and metatranscriptomic sequencing of the drinking water source in a border city of North Korea in four seasons. Microfluidic card detected norovirus, hepatitis B virus (HBV), enterovirus, and Vibrio cholerae in the water. Phylogenetic analyses showed that environmental-derived sequences from norovirus GII.17, genotype C of HBV, and coxsackievirus A6 (CA6) were genetically related to the local clinical isolates. Meanwhile, metatranscriptomic assembly suggested that several bacterial pathogens, including Acinetobacter johnsonii and V. cholerae might be prevalent in the studied region. Metatranscriptomic analysis recovered 349 species-level groups with substantial viral diversity without detection of norovirus, HBV, and CA6. Seasonally distinct virus communities were also found. Specifically, 126, 73, 126, and 457 types of viruses were identified in spring, summer, autumn, and winter, respectively. The viromes were dominated by the Pisuviricota phylum, including members from Marnaviridae, Dicistroviridae, Luteoviridae, Potyviridae, Picornaviridae, Astroviridae, and Picobirnaviridae families. Further phylogenetic analyses of RNA (Ribonucleic Acid)-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) sequences showed a diverse set of picorna-like viruses associated with shellfish, of which several novel picorna-like viruses were also identified. Additionally, potential animal pathogens, including infectious bronchitis virus, Bat dicibavirus, Bat nodavirus, Bat picornavirus 2, infectious bursal disease virus, and Macrobrachium rosenbergii nodavirus were also identified. CONCLUSIONS: Our data illustrate the divergence between microfluidic cards and metatranscriptomics, highlighting that the combination of both methods facilitates the source tracking of human viruses in challenging settings without sufficient clinical surveillance.

The purpose of this study was to explore the protective effect of SeMet on renal injury induced by AFB1 in rabbits and its molecular mechanism. Forty rabbits of 35 days old were randomly divided into control group, AFB1 group (0.3 mg AFB1/kg b.w), 0.2 mg/kg Se + AFB1 group (0.3 mg AFB1/kg b.w + 0.2 mg SeMet/kg feed) and 0.4 mg/kg Se + AFB1 group (0.3 mg AFB1/kg b.w + 0.4 mg SeMet/kg feed). The SeMet treatment group was fed different doses of SeMet diets every day for 21 days. On the 17-21 day, the AFB1 treatment group, the 0.2 mg/kg Se + AFB1 group and the 0.4 mg/kg Se + AFB1 group were administered 0.3 mg AFB1 /kg b.w by gavage (dissolved in 0.5 ml olive oil) respectively. The results showed that AFB1 poisoning resulted in the changes of renal structure, the increase of renal coefficient and serum biochemical indexes, the ascent of ROS and MDA levels, the descent of antioxidant enzyme activity, and the significant down-regulation of Nrf2, HO-1 and NQO1. Besides, AFB1 poisoning increased the number of renal apoptotic cells, rised the levels of PTEN, Bax, Caspase-3 and Caspase-9, and decreased the levels of PI3K, AKT, p-AKT and Bcl-2. In summary, SeMet was added to alleviate the oxidative stress injury and apoptosis of kidney induced by AFB1, and the effect of 0.2 mg/kg Se + AFB1 is better than 0.4 mg/kg Se + AFB1.

At present, fiber strain sensors are mainly of the grating type and interference type, while there is relatively little research on fiber surface plasmon resonance (SPR) strain sensors. In this Letter, we propose a highly sensitive fiber SPR strain sensor based on an n-type structure. The strain changes the shape of the fiber n-type structure, causing the transmission mode of light in the fiber to change, thereby changing the SPR incidence angle and causing the SPR resonance valley wavelength to shift, achieving highly sensitive SPR strain sensing. The test results indicate that the strain sensing sensitivity of the proposed sensor reaches 21.33 pm/µÎµ, and two n-type structures are connected in series to obtain a double n-type structure, further enhancing the strain sensing sensitivity to 33.44 pm/µÎµ. This fiber strain sensor has advantages of high sensitivity, low temperature cross talk, strong structural stability, and low production cost, and is expected to become a new solution for wearable intelligent monitoring equipment and strain sensors in the aerospace field.

OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to investigate the longitudinal circulating eosinophil (EOS) data impacted by the COVID-19 vaccine, the predictive role of circulating EOS in the disease severity, and its association with T cell immunity in patients with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.2 variant infection in Shanghai, China. METHODS: We collected a cohort of 1,157 patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron/BA.2 variant in Shanghai, China. These patients were diagnosed or admitted between Feb 20, 2022, and May 10, 2022, and were classified as asymptomatic (n = 705), mild (n = 286) and severe (n = 166) groups. We compiled and analyzed data of patients' clinical demographic characteristics, laboratory findings, and clinical outcomes. RESULTS: COVID-19 vaccine reduced the incidence of severe cases. Severe patients were shown to have declined peripheral blood EOS. Both the 2 doses and 3 doses of inactivated COVID-19 vaccines promoted the circulating EOS levels. In particular, the 3rd booster shot of inactivated COVID-19 vaccine was shown to have a sustained promoting effect on circulating EOS. Univariate analysis showed that there was a significant difference in age, underlying comorbidities, EOS, lymphocytes, CRP, CD4, and CD8 T cell counts between the mild and the severe patients. Multivariate logistic regression analysis and ROC curve analysis indicate that circulating EOS (AUC = 0.828, p = 0.025), the combination of EOS and CD4 T cell (AUC = 0.920, p = 0.017) can predict the risk of disease severity in patients with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.2 variant infection. CONCLUSIONS: COVID-19 vaccine promotes circulating EOS and reduces the risk of severe illness, and particularly the 3rd booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine sustainedly promotes EOS. Circulating EOS, along with T cell immunity, may have a predictive value for the disease severity in SARS-CoV-2 Omicron infected patients.

The aim of this study was to investigate whether selenomethionine (SeMet) could attenuate intestinal injury in rabbits induced by ochratoxin A (OTA). Sixty 35-day-old IRA rabbits with similar weights were randomly assigned to the control group, OTA group (0.2 mg OTA/kg b.w), OTA+ 0.2 mg/kg Se (0.2 mg OTA/kg b.w + 0.2 mg SeMet/kg feed), OTA+ 0.4 mg/kg Se (0.2 mg OTA/kg b.w + 0.4 mg SeMet/kg feed) and OTA+ 0.6 mg/kg Se (0.2 mg OTA/kg b.w + 0.6 mg SeMet/kg feed). The rabbits were examined after oral administration of different doses of SeMet for 21 days and were intragastrically administered OTA for 7 consecutive days. The results showed that pretreatment with different doses of SeMet protected against the changes in serum biochemical indicators and the decline in production performance caused by OTA exposure. In addition, the activities of SOD, GSH-PX and T-AOC were significantly increased, and the levels of MDA and ROS were decreased after SeMet pretreatment; thus, oxidative damage in rabbit jejunum tissue due to OTA exposure was inhibited. SeMet stimulates Nrf2 and inhibits the NF-κB signalling pathway; the anti-inflammatory response and antioxidative stress in rabbits were improved, and the intestinal barrier damage caused by OTA exposure was improved. In summary, SeMet alleviates OTA-induced intestinal toxicity in rabbits by activating the Nrf2 pathway and inhibiting NF-κB activation. Moreover, 0.4 mg/kg SeMet induced the most significant improvement.

The burgeoning complexity of space missions has amplified the research focus on robots that are capable of assisting astronauts in accomplishing tasks within space stations. Nevertheless, these robots grapple with substantial mobility challenges in a weightless environment. This study proposed an omnidirectional continuous movement method for a dual-arm robot, inspired by the movement patterns of astronauts within space stations. On the basis of determining the configuration of the dual-arm robot, the kinematics and dynamics model of the robot during contact and flight phases were established. Thereafter, several constraints are determined, including obstacle constraints, prohibited contact area constraints, and performance constraints. An optimization algorithm based on the artificial bee colony algorithm was proposed to optimize the trunk motion law, contact point positions between the manipulators and the inner wall, as well as the driving torques. Through the real-time control of the two manipulators, the robot is capable of achieving omnidirectional continuous movement across various inner walls with complex structures while maintaining optimal comprehensive performance. Simulation results demonstrate the correctness of this method. The method proposed in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the application of mobile robots within space stations.

BACKGROUND: Gut microbiome has been linked to a regulatory role in cancer progression. However, whether broad-spectrum antibiotics (ATB) associated gut microbiome dysbiosis contributes to an impaired T cell immune function, and ultimately promotes lung cancer metastasis is not well known. METHODS: In this study, a retrospective analysis was performed in a cohort of 263 patients initially diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients, including the ATB group (patients with broad-spectrum antibiotics treatment) (n = 124), and non-ATB group (n = 139) as control. ATB patients were prescribed ATB for over 5 days within 30 days prior to the collection of blood and fecal specimens and followed surgical treatment or first-line therapy. T cell immune function and metastasis-free survival (MFS) were evaluated between the two groups. Gut microbiota was evaluated by 16S rDNA sequencing. The predictive value of T cell immunity for MFS was evaluated by ROC analysis and Cox regression analysis. RESULTS: Our results suggest that broad-spectrum antibiotics (ATB) impair T cell immune function in patients with either early-stage or advanced NSCLC, which likely contribute to the promotion of lung cancer metastasis. Results of the survival analysis show that metastasis-free survival (MFS) is significantly shorter in the ATB patients than that in the non-ATB patients with stage III NSCLC. The 16S rDNA sequencing shows that ATB administration contributes to a significant dysbiosis of the composition and diversity of gut microbiota. Moreover, ROC analysis results of CD4 (AUC 0.642, p = 0.011), CD8 (AUC was 0.729, p < 0.001), CD16 + 56 + (AUC 0.643, p = 0.003), and the combination of CD4, CD8 and CD16 + 56+ (AUC 0.810, p < 0.001), or Cox regression analysis results of CD4 (HR 0.206, p < 0.001), CD8 (HR 0.555, p = 0.009), which is likely regulated by ATB administration, have significantly predictive values for MFS. CONCLUSION: These results provide evidence of gut microbiome disturbance due to ATB administration is involved in the regulation of T cell immunity, and their predictive value for the tumor metastasis in lung cancer patients. Thus, gut microbiota may serve as a therapeutic target for lung cancer. Consequently, caution should be exercised before the long-term administration of broad-spectrum antibiotics in cancer patients.

BACKGROUND: The outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 at the end of 2019 sounded the alarm for early inspection on acute respiratory infection (ARI). However, diagnosis pathway of ARI has still not reached a consensus and its impact on prognosis needs to be further explored. METHODS: ESAR is a multicenter, open-label, randomized controlled, non-inferiority clinical trial on evaluating the diagnosis performance and its impact on prognosis of ARI between mNGS and multiplex PCR. Enrolled patients will be divided into two groups with a ratio of 1:1. Group I will be directly tested by mNGS. Group II will firstly receive multiplex PCR, then mNGS in patients with severe infection if multiplex PCR is negative or inconsistent with clinical manifestations. All patients will be followed up every 7 days for 28 days. The primary endpoint is time to initiate targeted treatment. Secondary endpoints include incidence of significant events (oxygen inhalation, mechanical ventilation, etc.), clinical remission rate, and hospitalization length. A total of 440 participants will be enrolled in both groups. DISCUSSION: ESAR compares the efficacy of different diagnostic strategies and their impact on treatment outcomes in ARI, which is of great significance to make precise diagnosis, balance clinical resources and demands, and ultimately optimize clinical diagnosis pathways and treatment strategies. PURPOSE: Total laparoscopic total gastrectomy (TLTG) has been limited in application because of the difficulty of intracorporeal oesophagojejunostomy. Theoretically, an intracorporeal single-stapling oesophagojejunostomy using a circular stapler could be commonly used and provide favourable outcomes for TLTG, as in open total gastrectomy(OTG), in which the use of circular staplers in oesophagojejunostomy is common and the standard procedure. This could be possible if use of a laparoscopic purse-string suture along the distal oesophagus were made easy and simple. However, the simple and optimal use of this procedure remains to be developed. METHODS: Between October 2018 and March 2020, 21 consecutive patients with gastric cancer underwent TLTG using the bracket-like suture method (BLSM) for intracorporeal circular-stapled oesophagojejunostomy in our institution. The surgical details and postoperative outcomes were analysed to evaluate this method. RESULTS: The mean operation time was 227.6 ± 13.6 min. The median time for the two-sided purse-string suture was 4 min (range, 3-5 min). It took an average of 11.5 min for the completion of purse-string suture and anvil placement. Tumour-free margins were achieved in 21 patients with a median length of 2.5 cm (range, 2-6 cm) proximal margin. Three patients developed postoperative complications. There was no mortality. During the median follow-up period of 12 months, no anastomosis-related complications were observed. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that the method cannot only facilitate safe and easy purse-string creation, using the simplest two-sided suture in a short amount of time by circular marking of the intended transection level for intracorporeal circular-stapled oesophagojejunostomy, but can also be completed by laparoscopic surgeons with basic laparoscopic suturing skills.

OBJECTIVE: Pulmonary embolism (PE) is a rare complication in bronchiectasis (BE) patients associated with a high rate of mortality and morbidity. However, data regarding bronchiectasis patients complicated with PE are limited. Early diagnosis of PE in bronchiectasis patients can improve the prognosis, this study aimed to investigate the clinical features and potential risk factors for early diagnosis of PE in bronchiectasis patients. METHODS: Data of Patients were collected from Tongji Hospital of Tongji University of China. Bronchiectasis patients complicated with pulmonary embolism were named as BE/PE group (n = 63), as well as contemporaneous aged- and sex-matched bronchiectasis patients without pulmonary embolism named as BE group (n = 189), at a ratio of 1:3(cases to controls). Clinical parameters and risk factors were analyzed. RESULTS: Univariate analysis shows that long-term bed rest, chronic lung disease, autoimmune disease, peripheral artery disease (PAD), tuberculosis history, dyspnea, blood homocysteine, CD4/CD8 ratio, or SIQIIITIII syndrome were closely correlated with the incidence of PE in the bronchiectasis patients (p < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis of significant variables showed that CD4/CD8 ratio (OR 1.409, 95% CI 1.045-1.901) and autoimmune disease (OR 0.264, 95% CI 0.133-0.524) are independent risk factors for BE/PE patients, compared with the BE patients. 53 out of 189 (28.0%) BE patients had hemoptysis, and 15 out of 63 (23.8%) BE/PE patients had hemoptysis (p > 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The coexistence of pulmonary embolism and bronchiectasis are rarely encountered and easily to be ignored. Early identification of the clinical characteristic and potential risk factors of pulmonary embolism in bronchiectasis patients may help optimize the treatment strategies.

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of selenomethionine (SeMet) in alleviating AFB1 induced intestinal injury by inhibiting intestinal oxidative stress. Forty 35-day-old rabbits were divided randomly into 4 groups (control group, AFB1 group, 0.2 mg/kg Se + AFB1 group, 0.4 mg/kg Se + AFB1 group). From the first day of the experiment, the two treatment groups were fed 0.2 mg/kg SeMet or 0.4 mg/kg SeMet daily for 21 days. On the 17th day, all rabbits in the model group and the two treatment groups were given intragastric AFB1 daily for 5 days. The ADG, ADFI and FCR of the rabbits were examined. Rabbit jejunum tissue was collected for hematoxylin- eosin staining (HE), PCNA detection, immunofluorescence and WB. Intestinal tissue IL-1ß, IL-6 and TNF-α were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that the production performance was decreased, the levels of ROS and MDA were increased in intestinal tissues, the activity of antioxidant enzymes was decreased and the expression levels of Nrf2 and HO-1 were decreased in AFB1-exposed rabbits. In addition, AFB1 induces an inflammatory response in the jejunum and promotes the expression of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1ß. SeMet pretreatment significantly improved the performance of the rabbits, alleviated intestinal oxidative stress and the inflammatory response. Therefore, we confirmed that SeMet protects against AFB1 induced oxidative damage and improves productivity in rabbits by activating the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway.

The indoor localization of people is the key to realizing "smart city" applications, such as smart homes, elderly care, and an energy-saving grid. The localization method based on electrostatic information is a passive label-free localization technique with a better balance of localization accuracy, system power consumption, privacy protection, and environmental friendliness. However, the physical information of each actual application scenario is different, resulting in the transfer function from the human electrostatic potential to the sensor signal not being unique, thus limiting the generality of this method. Therefore, this study proposed an indoor localization method based on on-site measured electrostatic signals and symbolic regression machine learning algorithms. A remote, non-contact human electrostatic potential sensor was designed and implemented, and a prototype test system was built. Indoor localization of moving people was achieved in a 5 m × 5 m space with an 80% positioning accuracy and a median error absolute value range of 0.4-0.6 m. This method achieved on-site calibration without requiring physical information about the actual scene. It has the advantages of low computational complexity and only a small amount of training data is required.

One of the major challenges for autonomous vehicles (AVs) is how to drive in shared pedestrian environments. AVs cannot make their decisions and behaviour human-like or natural when they encounter pedestrians with different crossing intentions. The main reasons for this are the lack of natural driving data and the unclear rationale of the human-driven vehicle and pedestrian interaction. This paper aims to understand the underlying behaviour mechanisms using data of pedestrian-vehicle interactions from a naturalistic driving study (NDS). A naturalistic driving test platform was established to collect motion data of human-driven vehicles and pedestrians. A manual pedestrian intention judgment system was first developed to judge the pedestrian crossing intention at every moment in the interaction process. A total of 98 single pedestrian crossing events of interest were screened from 1274 pedestrian-vehicle interaction events under naturalistic driving conditions. Several performance metrics with quantitative data, including TTC, subjective judgment on pedestrian crossing intention (SJPCI), pedestrian position and crossing direction, and vehicle speed and deceleration were analyzed and applied to evaluate human-driven vehicles' yielding behaviour towards pedestrians. The results show how vehicles avoid pedestrians in different interaction scenarios, which are classified based on vehicle deceleration. The behaviour and intention results are needed by future AVs, to enable AVs to avoid pedestrians more naturally, safely, and smoothly.

The rapid change of motion direction during running is beneficial to improving the movement flexibility of the quadruped robot, which is of great relevance to its research. How to make the robot change its motion direction during running and achieve good dynamic stability is a problem to be solved. In this paper, a method to change the running direction of the cheetah-inspired quadruped robot is proposed. Based on the analysis of the running of the cheetah, a dynamic model of the quadruped robot is established, and a two-level stability index system, including a minimum index system and a range index system, is proposed. On this basis, the objective function based on the stability index system and optimization variables, including leg landing points, trunk movement trajectory, and posture change rule, are determined. Through these constraints, the direction changes with good dynamic stability of the cheetah-inspired quadruped robot during running is realized by controlling the leg parameters. The robot will not roll over during high-speed movement. Finally, the correctness of the proposed method is proven by simulation. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the quadruped robot's rapid change of direction in running.

BACKGROUND: T-2 toxin is a mycotoxin produced by Fusarium species that is highly toxic to animals. Recent studies have indicated that Selenomethionine (SeMet) have protective effect against mycotoxins-induced toxicity. The aim of the present study was to investigate the protective effect of SeMet on T-2-toxin-induced liver injury in rabbit and explore its molecular mechanism. Fifty rabbits (30 d, 0.5 ± 0.1 kg) were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, T-2 toxin group, low, medium and high dose SeMet treatment group. The SeMet-treated group was orally pretreated with SeMet (containing selenium 0.2 mg/kg, 0.4 mg/kg and 0.6 mg/kg) for 21 days. On the 17th day, T-2 toxin group and SeMet-treated group were orally administered with T-2 toxin (0.4 mg/kg body weight) for 5 consecutive days. RESULTS: The results showed that low-dose SeMet significantly improved T-2 toxin-induced liver injury. We found that low-dose SeMet can reduce the level of oxidative stress and the number of hepatocyte apoptosis. Moreover, the levels of Bax, caspase-3 and caspase-9 were significantly reduced and the levels of Bcl-2 were increased. CONCLUSIONS: Therefore, we confirmed that low-dose SeMet may protect rabbit hepatocytes from T-2 toxin by inhibiting the mitochondrial-caspase apoptosis pathway.

Eco-tourism is rapidly developing in giant panda nature reserves in China, and is considered a popular tool for biodiversity conservation and the welfare of local communities. However, there is lack of empirical evidence on whether eco-tourism promotes the conservation behavior of local communities members, who live around nature reserves. To this end, this study constructed a framework to measure households' forest conservation activities, and conducted a questionnaire survey in 12 giant panda nature reserves in Sichuan Province, China. A total of 686 valid samples were obtained. A logit model was used to confirm whether income from community-based ecotourism (CBET) could enhance households' conservation behavior. The results show that households prefer three types of conservation practices, and CBET could significantly improve the income of households engaged in it. Income from CBET has motivated local households to participate in conservation activities; however, but the effects are different. In all three conservation activities, income from CBET has shown significant effects on promoting forest maintenance and protection activities, but not on reforestation ones. The results of this research could help us better understand the relationship between CBET and local households' conservation behavior. It also provides information for policymakers seeking for the best way to balance conservation and development.

In this paper, we propose a method aiming to measure the absolute distance via the slope of the inter-mode beat phase by sweeping the repetition frequency of the frequency comb. The presented approach breaks the inertial thinking of the extremely stable comb spacing, and the bulky phase-locking circuit of the repetition frequency is not required. In particular, the non-ambiguity range can be expanded to be infinite. To verify the performance of presented method, a series of distance experiments have been devised in different scenarios. Compared with the reference values, the experimental results show the differences within 25 µm at 65 m range in the laboratory, and within 100 µm at 219 m range out of the lab.
