Objective Try to discover the safe and effective inhibitors of lymphangiogenesis. Methods Lymphatic endotheial cells from pig thoracic duct were isolated and cultured. The observation of specimens by LM and EM was made. The control group, endostatin and PF-4 experimental groups were set.
