SAMU-192 e georreferenciamento de ocorrências atendidas: a experiência de Olinda, Pernambuco / Georeferencing emergency ambulance services: the experience of Olinda, Pernambuco

RESUMO

Relata-se a organização e o funcionamento do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU-192) do município de Olinda que, desde sua implantação, utiliza a ferramenta do georreferenciamento como forma de produzir informações inteligentes a partir do registro e da análise espacial dos atendimentos realizados. A análise dos dados registrados é feita pelo Núcleo de Geoprocessamento da Secretaria de Saúde de Olinda. Registra-se o desenvolvimento de ações para a difusão de hábitos saudáveis, como o programa Se Bole Oh! Linda, as ações educativas do Núcleo de Educação Popular em Saúde e as parcerias com a Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento e Meio Ambiente.

ABSTRACT

This article reports on the organization and operation of the Emergency Ambulance Service (SAMU-192) in the town of Olinda, which since its implementation has used the georeferencing tool as aform of producing intelligent information based on the recording and spatial analysis of services performed. Analysis of the data recorded is carried out by the Geoprocessing Center of the HealthSecretary of Olinda. The progress of healthy habit-promoting schemes are registered, such as the SeBole Oh! Linda program, the education actions of the Popular Education in Health Care Center and the partnerships with the Local Planning and Environment Secretary.
